Kerala PSC Draftsman Grade II Recruitment 2026 के लिए Category No. 151/2026 जारी की गई है। भर्ती Kerala Ports Service के Hydrographic Survey Wing में है। Notification में दो existing vacancies और ₹31,100–66,800 pay scale दिया गया है।
Application Kerala PSC One Time Registration profile से online करना है। यह statewide general direct recruitment है। लेकिन केवल SSLC pass होना पर्याप्त नहीं है—notification में दी गई technical qualification भी जरूरी है।

Educational Qualification: दोनों Requirements जरूरी

क्या ITI Draughtsman या B.Tech Civil वाले Apply कर सकते हैं?
इस notification में direct technical qualification के रूप में ITI Draughtsman certificate या B.Tech का नाम अलग से नहीं दिया गया है। Equivalent qualification claim करने वाले candidates को verification के समय equivalency साबित करने वाला Government order प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
इसलिए किसी qualification को केवल “higher” या “similar” मानकर automatic acceptance न मानें। Notification में Rule 10(a)(ii), Part II of KS&SSR लागू बताया गया है; अपने qualification route की official acceptance जांचें।

Age Limit और Date-of-Birth Window
- General age range: 18–40 years.
- General DOB window: 2 January 1986 से 1 January 2008 तक, दोनों dates शामिल।
- Relaxation: SC, ST और Other Backward Communities को notification के अनुसार usual relaxation लागू है।

Experience: Preferential Clause और SC/ST Provision
Notice में reputed drawing office का experience, preferably Chart Drawing से संबंधित, preferential qualification के रूप में लिखा गया है। कोई specific minimum number of years इस section में नहीं दिया गया है।
साथ ही experience certificate के बाद notice बताता है कि:
- Experience basic academic qualification प्राप्त करने के बाद का होना चाहिए।
- SC/ST candidates के मामले में experience पर insist नहीं किया जाएगा।
- ऐसे selected candidates recruitment के बाद required experience प्राप्त करेंगे।
Candidate decision: notice की preferential heading को बनाए रखते हुए बाकी clauses भी पढ़ें। बिना experience वाले candidate, या अपने experience की acceptability में doubt रखने वाले candidate, Category 151/2026 का reference देकर Commission से clarification लें। किसी unspecified experience duration को अपने-आप mandatory न मानें।
Chart Drawing Experience Certificate कौन जारी कर सकता है?
Notification निम्न institutions को competent बताता है:
- Hydrographic Service of the Indian Navy.
- Hydrographic Survey Wing of the Government of Kerala.
- Survey Organisation of the Ministry of Transport, Government of India.
- Hydrographic Survey Organisations of maritime states in India.
- Hydrographic Survey Organisations of major ports in India.
Generic private-office experience letter को इन listed chart-drawing certification conditions का स्वतः substitute न मानें। अपने experience की nature और issuing authority दोनों जांचें।
Experience Certificate और Declaration: पूरी Guide
Official English notification के pages 2–3 में Certificate of Experience और अलग Declaration दिया गया है। Experience claim करने वाले candidates को prescribed format में records तैयार करने हैं।

Declaration को candidate की self-declaration या किसी भी व्यक्ति की सामान्य attestation न समझें। Format में registers inspect करने के लिए authorised officer की certification मांगी गई है। Applicable authority में doubt हो तो Commission से पूछें।
Format में regular, temporary, paid apprentice, trainee और casual labour जैसी entries हैं। इन options की मौजूदगी अकेले यह साबित नहीं करती कि हर प्रकार का experience इस post के लिए स्वीकार होगा। Experience की relevance और notification conditions अलग से लागू हैं।

- Kerala PSC official website खोलें और One Time Registration route चुनें।
- Existing candidate अपनी User ID/password से login करें; नया applicant पहले profile बनाए।
- Profile की personal details, DOB, qualification और applicable category claims जांचें।
- Experience claim है तो prescribed particulars और scanned certificate पहले upload करें।
- Notification में Category 151/2026 — Draftsman Grade II, Kerala Ports Service चुनें।
- उस post के सामने Apply Now से application पूरा करें।
- Preview में details और claims check करके final submission करें।
- My applications से submitted application की printout/soft copy save करें।
OTR profile बना लेना post के लिए application submit करने के बराबर नहीं है। Category 151/2026 का submitted application record अलग check करें।
Photo और ID Instructions
- पहली बार profile बनाने वाले candidates को पिछले छह महीने में लिया गया photograph upload करना है।
- Photograph के नीचे candidate का नाम और photo लेने की date स्पष्ट printed होनी चाहिए।
- Requirements पूरी करने वाला uploaded photo notification के अनुसार upload date से दस वर्ष तक valid है।
- Aadhaar card वाले candidates profile में Aadhaar को ID proof के रूप में जोड़ें।
- File size और dimensions live portal की instructions के अनुसार रखें।
Application Fee और Correction Rules
No application fee. Application provisional है और submission के बाद उसे alter या delete नहीं किया जा सकता।
Notification यह भी स्पष्ट करता है कि last date के बाद की गई profile correction पहले वाले application में reflect नहीं होगी। इसलिए profile ठीक कर देने को पुराने submitted application की automatic correction न मानें।
Submission record या status में समस्या होने पर application status और error-resolution guide देखें। Commission से correspondence में User ID और application printout का reference रखें।
Selection, Exam Confirmation और Admission Ticket
Notification में exam date, marks distribution, question count, negative marking या interview schedule नहीं दिया गया है। इसलिए अभी कोई निश्चित exam pattern घोषित नहीं किया जा सकता।
यदि written/OMR/online test आयोजित होता है:
- OTR profile से prescribed time में exam confirmation देना होगा।
- Confirmation नहीं देने पर application reject की जाएगी।
- Confirmed candidates के लिए test date तक के अंतिम 15 दिनों में admission-ticket generation/download की सुविधा होगी।
- Exact confirmation period और ticket availability examination calendar में प्रकाशित होगी।
- Profile और registered mobile पर आने वाली information check करनी होगी।
अभी किस तैयारी पर ध्यान दें?
Official syllabus आने तक qualification verification, certificate preparation और diploma-level fundamentals की revision करें। Engineering drawing, scales, dimensions, surveying basics और chart interpretation का revision professional preparation के लिए उपयोगी हो सकता है; यह official exam syllabus नहीं है।

Ranked List, Reservation और Probation
Notification के अनुसार ranked list कम-से-कम एक वर्ष तक लागू रहेगी और prescribed conditions में अधिकतम तीन वर्ष तक चल सकती है। एक वर्ष के बाद नई list आने या तीन वर्ष पूरे होने, जो पहले हो, के अनुसार validity समाप्त होगी।
List की validity के दौरान reported vacancies के विरुद्ध भी advice दिया जा सकता है। इसका अर्थ अभी दो से अधिक vacancies confirmed होना या हर ranked candidate को appointment मिलना नहीं है।
Reported total vacancies में eligible differently abled candidates के लिए 4% reservation का provision है, संबंधित Government orders के अनुसार। केवल दो vacancies का percentage निकालकर exact reserved seats घोषित न करें; applicable disability suitability और allocation official instructions से जांचें।
Probation: joining से शुरू होने वाले continuous three-year period के भीतर कुल two years on duty की probation निर्धारित है।
Document Checklist
