Admit Card सही Download और Print कैसे करें? PDF, Photo और कटे हुए Pages की Practical Guide
Admit card screen पर सही दिख रहा है, लेकिन print में आधा page गायब है? Photo या signature दिखाई नहीं दे रहा? या समझ नहीं आ रहा कि city slip लेकर जाना है या अलग admit card?
इस guide में समस्या पहचानने, original file सुरक्षित रखने, print settings जाँचने और जरूरत पड़ने पर सही authority से correction कराने का तरीका समझें।

पहले तय करें: Download Problem है, Print Problem या Admit Card Error?
एक ही symptom के अलग कारण हो सकते हैं। उदाहरण के लिए photo गायब होने का कारण अधूरा download, viewer problem या authority की original file में error हो सकता है। इसलिए सीधे print shop बदलने या PDF edit करने से पहले नीचे की जाँच करें।

City Intimation Slip, Application Form और Admit Card में अंतर
Document download हो जाना ही पर्याप्त नहीं है। उसके शीर्षक और instructions से पहचानें कि वह किस उद्देश्य के लिए जारी किया गया है।

CBT, physical test, skill test, document verification और interview के लिए अलग call letters हो सकते हैं। पुराने stage का admit card अगले stage में स्वतः valid नहीं मानें।
Official Admit Card Link कैसे पहचानें?
- Recruiting authority की official website से शुरुआत करें।
- उसी exam, recruitment year और selection stage का notice खोलें।
- Notice या official website से linked candidate portal इस्तेमाल करें।
- Login करने से पहले URL और page का purpose जाँचें।
- Admit card release date तथा download window पढ़ें।
Official recruitment portal किसी authorised service-provider domain पर भी हो सकता है। इसलिए केवल “.gov.in नहीं है” देखकर उसे fake या केवल familiar logo देखकर genuine घोषित न करें। Official website से link की पुष्टि करें।

Computer से Admit Card Download करने का तरीका
- Official candidate portal में login करें: Notice में माँगी गई registration details इस्तेमाल करें।
- सही exam और stage चुनें: Multiple applications होने पर candidate record ध्यान से मिलाएँ।
- Download / Print Admit Card option खोलें: Page और photograph पूरी तरह load होने दें।
- Official PDF download करें: यदि portal PDF देता है, उसकी original file save करें।
- यदि print-only page है: Portal का prescribed Print option इस्तेमाल करें। जहाँ supported हो, print dialog में Save as PDF से local copy रख सकते हैं।
- Saved file दोबारा खोलें: सभी pages, photo, signature और details जाँचें।
Chrome में page/file खोलकर Windows पर Ctrl+P या Mac पर Command+P से print dialog खोला जा सकता है। Available destination में printer या Save as PDF चुनें। Browser और device के अनुसार options अलग हो सकते हैं। Google Chrome की official printing help देखें।
Mobile से Admit Card Download करते समय क्या करें?
- Official portal supported browser में खोलें।
- Login के बाद admit card download option इस्तेमाल करें।
- Downloads / Files folder में saved document खोजें।
- File खोलकर प्रत्येक page zoom करके जाँचें।
- Print shop को भेजते समय original PDF file भेजें, उसकी cropped screenshot नहीं।
किसी phone में option Download, Share, Print या browser menu में हो सकता है। Exact path device पर निर्भर करेगा। Mobile layout ठीक न आने पर official browser guidance देखें या computer पर वही portal खोलकर जाँचें।
File को पहचानने योग्य नाम दें, जैसे “Exam-Stage-Admit-Card.pdf”। File name में Aadhaar number, password या अनावश्यक personal details रखने की जरूरत नहीं है।
Admit Card Print Settings: कौन-सा Option कब देखें?
सबसे पहले admit card पर लिखे printing instructions पढ़ें। जहाँ settings निर्धारित नहीं हैं, वहाँ नीचे के points troubleshooting के लिए उपयोग करें।

“Fit” और “Actual Size” में क्या अंतर है?
Adobe Acrobat में Fit page को selected paper के printable area में समायोजित करता है। Actual Size scaling के बिना print करता है; content printable area से बड़ा होने पर हिस्सा कट सकता है। इसलिए preview देखे बिना किसी एक option को सभी admit cards के लिए सही न मानें। Adobe की official page-size guidance में इन options का अंतर दिया है।
यदि authority ने exact size, scaling या margins दिए हैं, तो वे instructions प्राथमिक हैं। General print setting बदलने से पहले देखें कि required layout तो नहीं बदल रहा।
Official Example: Delhi Police के Print Instructions क्या कहते हैं?
SSC Northern Region द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए document के पहले page पर Delhi Police Constable Executive Exam 2025 के admit card download difficulties का उल्लेख है। दूसरे page पर Delhi Police का notice reproduced है, जिसमें Constable Executive, Head Constable Ministerial, Head Constable AWO/TPO और Constable Driver के fresh admit cards/e-admission certificates की printing समझाई गई है।
उस notice में incorrect और correct print-format examples के साथ ये निर्देश हैं:
- Screen पर scanned photograph और signature जाँचें।
- Mismatch या missing photo/signature होने पर SSC Northern Region से तुरंत संपर्क करके corrected admit card लें।
- Inkjet या laser printer इस्तेमाल करें।
- Page Setup में A4 paper चुनें।
- Top, Left, Bottom और Right margins को 0 या None रखें।

Print आधा कट रहा है या Layout बदल गया है: Step-by-Step Fix
- Original saved file खोलें: देखें कि content उसी में पूरा है या नहीं।
- Print preview देखें: Name, photograph, venue, barcode और instructions सभी visible होने चाहिए।
- Paper settings मिलाएँ: Application और printer, दोनों में सही paper size रखें।
- Orientation और pages-per-sheet देखें: Original layout से मेल रखें।
- Prescribed margins/scale लागू करें: Specific instruction न होने पर preview में complete content वाला option जाँचें।
- Saved file को दूसरे PDF viewer में खोलकर देखें: Browser में समस्या होने पर local file से printing का प्रयास करें।
- एक test copy निकालें: Screen preview सही होने के बाद भी actual paper जाँचें।
Printer की printable-area limitation भी ध्यान में रखें। केवल margins को zero करने से हर printer edge-to-edge print करने लगेगा, यह मानना सही नहीं है। Required layout नहीं आ रहा हो तो compatible printer या print service इस्तेमाल करें।
Example: Preview सही है, लेकिन Right Side कट रही है
मान लीजिए PDF में venue पूरा दिख रहा है, लेकिन paper पर address का आखिरी हिस्सा गायब है। पहले paper size और printer settings जाँचें। जहाँ official instructions अनुमति दें, suitable scaling से complete content वाला preview लें। Venue को अलग से type करके जोड़ना या address की image paste करना सही समाधान नहीं है।
Photo या Signature Missing है: Reprint करें या Correction माँगें?

PDF नहीं खुल रही, Login Fail है या Download अटक रहा है
PDF file open नहीं हो रही
File download पूरा हुआ है या नहीं जाँचें। Fresh login के बाद official link से दोबारा download करें। यदि file के भीतर error/login page है, तो केवल उसका extension बदलकर “.pdf” करने से admit card नहीं बनेगा।
Password-protected PDF
Portal, official message या notice में password format दिया है तो वही इस्तेमाल करें। Date-of-birth format अपने-आप assume न करें। Personal document को अनजान PDF-unlock website पर upload करने के बजाय official support लें।
Registration number या password भूल गए
Official “Forgot Registration Number / Password” option उपलब्ध हो तो उसका उपयोग करें। Application acknowledgement, registered email और SMS records देखें। Cyber café या किसी व्यक्ति को अनावश्यक रूप से OTP/password देना जरूरी नहीं है।
Website temporarily unavailable है
Official announcements देखें और कुछ समय बाद फिर प्रयास करें। Exam निकट है या download window बंद होने वाली है तो समस्या का screenshot, time और error details लेकर official helpdesk से संपर्क करें। Server error को application rejection का प्रमाण न मानें।
Colour Print, Black-and-White, Screenshot और Lamination
- Colour या black-and-white: संबंधित exam की instructions निर्णायक हैं। Requirement स्पष्ट न हो तो colour को अनिवार्य या black-and-white को निश्चित रूप से accepted घोषित न करें।
- Mobile screenshot: उसे paper admit card का substitute न मानें। Screenshot में pages, instructions या image quality कम हो सकती है।
- Single-sided या double-sided: Prescribed format देखें। Signature, verification और instruction pages को अनजाने में न बदलें।
- Lamination: बिना official guidance के न कराएँ, विशेषकर जहाँ invigilator signature, thumb impression या marking की जगह हो।
- Barcode/QR: साफ, पूरा और बिना fold/crop के रखें। अपने phone से scan हो जाना official acceptance की guarantee नहीं है।
Print Shop पर यह पाँच बातें स्पष्ट बताएं
- Original PDF/official print page का पूरा layout चाहिए।
- Exam notice में दिए paper size और settings follow करें।
- Photo, candidate details, code या instructions crop/edit न करें।
- सभी required pages निकालें और पहली copy पहले दिखाएँ।
- काम पूरा होने के बाद shared computer से logout करें और अपनी temporary downloaded copies हटवाएँ।
यदि extra backup copy रखना चाहें, तो वह अपनी सुविधा के लिए है; उसे हर exam की mandatory two-copy requirement न समझें।
Helpdesk को शिकायत कैसे भेजें?
Complaint केवल official contact पर भेजें। समस्या को स्पष्ट करने के लिए ये details उपयोगी हैं:
- Exam name, year और stage
- Registration / roll number, जितना official helpdesk माँगे
- समस्या कब और कहाँ दिख रही है: login, original PDF या print
- Exact error message और relevant screenshot
- Device/browser तथा किए गए basic troubleshooting steps
- Registered contact details और correction/request का स्पष्ट विवरण

Password या OTP न भेजें। Personal details केवल verified official channel पर साझा करें। Ticket number या sent-email record सुरक्षित रखें। Complaint भेजने से exam entry स्वतः approved नहीं हो जाती; authority की response और applicable instructions follow करें।

क्या सभी admit cards A4 paper पर print करने होते हैं?

क्या हर admit card के margins zero रखने चाहिए?
