RRB Paramedical 2026: Current Cycle की जरूरी जानकारी

CEN 05/2026 में नौ categories के लिए कुल 590 vacancies notified हैं। यह page syllabus और preparation के लिए है। RRB-wise vacancies, fees और पूरी application प्रक्रिया के लिए हमारा RRB Paramedical Recruitment 2026 का detailed guide देखें।

अगले recruitment cycle के readers: यह guide 2026 notification पर आधारित है। Future notification आने पर pattern, qualifications और syllabus का मिलान करें; किसी भी rule को हमेशा समान रहने वाला न मानें।

Selection Process: CBT → DV → Medical

Notified process में Computer Based Test, Document Verification और Medical Examination शामिल हैं। RRB जरूरत पड़ने पर additional CBT आयोजित करने का अधिकार रखता है।

इस notice में ALP जैसा CBAT या CHSL जैसा typing test निर्धारित नहीं है। दूसरी Railway/SSC परीक्षा का selection pattern यहाँ लागू न करें।

CBT Exam Pattern और Marks Distribution

• Duration: सामान्यतः 90 minutes।
• Question type: Four-option objective MCQs; एक correct answer।
• Negative marking: प्रत्येक wrong answer पर 1/3 mark।
• Standard: संबंधित post की minimum professional/technical qualification के अनुरूप।
• Section timers: इस notice में अलग-अलग sectional time limits नहीं दी गई हैं।

*यह distribution indicative है। इसे हर paper में बिल्कुल इसी संख्या की guarantee न मानें।

Compensatory Time और Exam Language

Notice में scribe facility के लिए eligible candidates हेतु 120-minute duration का प्रावधान है। Section 11.7 में eligible candidates के लिए compensatory time की विस्तृत शर्तें हैं; eligible व्यक्ति scribe न लेने पर भी निर्धारित conditions के अनुसार compensatory time चुन सकता है। इसे हर PwBD candidate को बिना eligibility check मिलने वाला benefit न समझें।

CBT के लिए English, Hindi और 13 regional languages का विकल्प दिया गया है: Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu और Urdu। Questions opted language तथा English में प्रदर्शित होंगे।

Nursing candidates को foundational sciences, patient-care subjects और nursing management/research सभी areas cover करने हैं।

Revision method: Optical calculations, instruments और clinical concepts को अलग practice sets में रखें। केवल optics numerical practice से पूरा professional syllabus cover नहीं होता।

Professional syllabus के अतिरिक्त नीचे के common subjects सभी notified posts के लिए हैं। Arithmetic और Reasoning syllabus अलग समझने के लिए दिखाए गए हैं, लेकिन pattern table में दोनों का combined allocation है।

Notice current affairs के लिए निश्चित “पिछले छह महीने” या “एक वर्ष” की सीमा नहीं देता। Revision के लिए अपना manageable period चुन सकते हैं, लेकिन उसे official limit न बताएँ। Static topics और current developments दोनों पढ़ें।

General Science

Official scope Physics, Chemistry और Life Sciences — 10th-standard CBSE syllabus तक है।

Study checklist के उदाहरण: School-level motion, electricity, light, chemical reactions, acids-bases, cells, life processes और environment जैसे chapters को अपनी current textbooks से revise करें। ये अध्ययन को व्यवस्थित करने के उदाहरण हैं; notification में इनके अलग-अलग question counts नहीं दिए गए हैं।

Negative Marking: अपना Raw Score कैसे निकालें?

Practice raw score = सही उत्तर − (गलत उत्तर ÷ 3)

पहले दो examples में correct answers बराबर हैं, लेकिन अधिक गलत answers से दूसरे candidate का score कम है। Attempt count अकेले performance नहीं बताता। यह raw practice calculation है, official processed score या selection prediction नहीं।

Minimum Qualifying Marks बनाम Selection Cutoff

Ex-servicemen और PwBD candidates पर भी उनकी community के अनुसार qualifying standard लागू होता है। Reserved PwBD vacancies के विरुद्ध shortage होने पर निर्धारित conditions में 2 marks की relaxation का प्रावधान है; यह सभी PwBD candidates के लिए automatic relaxation नहीं है।

Notice के अनुसार CBT performance के आधार पर vacancies के बराबर candidates DV के लिए बुलाए जाएँगे। Tie होने पर older candidate को पहले रखा जाता है; age भी समान होने पर given name का alphabetical order उपयोग किया जाता है।

8-Week Study Plan: अपने Available Time के अनुसार अपनाएँ

Editorial plan: यह आठ सप्ताह की preparation template है, official exam countdown नहीं। Exam date घोषित होने पर available weeks के अनुसार इसे छोटा या बड़ा करें। पहले से तैयार candidates diagnostic test के आधार पर कमजोर areas को अधिक समय दें।

Working Candidates के लिए 2-Hour Daily Routine

• 65 minutes: Professional subject study और MCQs;
• 20 minutes: Arithmetic/Reasoning, alternate focus;
• 15 minutes: General Science;
• 10 minutes: General Awareness;
• 10 minutes: Error-log revision.

यह starting allocation है। यदि professional syllabus पहले से मजबूत है और common subjects कमजोर हैं, तो mock evidence के आधार पर time बदलें। Weekly full mock के लिए अलग uninterrupted slot रखें।

90-Minute Mock में Time Allocation का उदाहरण

Practice के लिए 55 minutes professional questions, 25 minutes common subjects और 10 minutes review का trial कर सकते हैं। यह official sectional timer नहीं है। अगले mock में देखें कि किस section को वास्तव में अधिक समय चाहिए।

100 questions और 90 minutes का औसत 54 seconds प्रति question है। हर question में उतना समय देना आवश्यक नहीं—सीधे questions जल्दी हल करके calculation-heavy questions के लिए समय बचाएँ।

ये conceptual practice examples हैं, official previous-year questions नहीं।

Mock Test Analysis: Score के बाद क्या देखें?

Mock देने के बाद केवल total score लिखकर अगला test शुरू न करें। गलतियों का कारण पहचानना revision की दिशा तय करता है।

Accuracy = correct answers ÷ attempted answers × 100. उदाहरण: 60 correct और 15 wrong पर 75 attempts, accuracy 80%। साथ में net score और unattempted questions भी देखें; अकेली accuracy पूरी तस्वीर नहीं है।

Preparation से पहले Eligibility भी जाँचें

Paramedical posts में degree/diploma का नाम, recognition, course duration और professional registration महत्वपूर्ण हैं। केवल “medical background” होने से सभी posts की eligibility नहीं बनती।

*Age as on 1 January 2027; applicable relaxations और suitability conditions के लिए official notice देखें। Medical codes का अर्थ केवल सामान्य health certificate नहीं है।

• Prescribed qualification closing date तक पूरी होनी चाहिए; final result awaiting candidates eligible नहीं हैं।
• Nursing, pharmacy, audiology या optometry जैसे posts में applicable registration requirements अलग से जाँचें।
• Qualification equivalence की पूरी सूची Annexure A में पढ़ें।
• एक CEN के लिए multiple applications न करें; chosen RRB और account details की restrictions समझें।
• Medical suitability, category certificates और employer NOC, जहाँ लागू हो, तैयारी के साथ जाँचें।

Admit Card, Exam Day और Document Verification

CBT date, city intimation और e-call letter के लिए official RRB updates देखें। इस guide में अनुमानित admit-card release date नहीं दी गई है। City information और actual exam-centre instructions को अलग पहचानें।

• E-call letter पर reporting time, gate-closing time और required identity documents पढ़ें।
• Calculator और अन्य prohibited electronic gadgets examination premises में न ले जाएँ।
• Scribe/compensatory-time eligibility हो तो निर्धारित registration और certificates समय से पूरे करें।
• DV के लिए original qualification और अन्य prescribed records तैयार रखें।
• Government/PSU employment में applicable NOC requirement पहले समझें।
