Nursing Superintendent, Pharmacist, Health & Malaria Inspector और अन्य paramedical posts के लिए notification जारी है। Online application window 15 September से 14 October 2026 तक निर्धारित है।

इस recruitment में केवल “medical background” होना पर्याप्त नहीं है। Candidate को अपनी exact degree/diploma, course duration, professional registration और चुनी हुई post के parameters मिलाने होंगे। एक ही नाम वाले छोटे certificate और निर्धारित professional qualification को समान न समझें।

Educational Qualification: Post-wise Check
1. Nursing Superintendent
Annexure A में Registered Nurse and Midwife certificate के साथ Indian Nursing Council-recognised institution से तीन वर्ष का General Nursing and Midwifery course, अथवा B.Sc. Nursing दिया गया है। INC के निर्धारित special concessions के अंतर्गत qualification प्राप्त candidates के लिए भी provision है। अपना qualification route और applicable registration documents जाँचें।
2. Dialysis Technician
B.Sc. के साथ Diploma in Haemodialysis, अथवा reputed institution में दो वर्ष की satisfactory in-house training/experience in haemodialysis, जिसके supporting proof आवश्यक हैं।
B.Sc. in Dialysis Techniques, B.Sc. in Dialysis Technology और B.Sc. in Renal Dialysis Technology भी notification में acceptable qualifications के रूप में दिए गए हैं।
3. Health & Malaria Inspector Grade II
B.Sc. में Chemistry main/optional subject के रूप में पढ़ी हो। इसके साथ एक वर्ष का Health/Sanitary Inspector diploma, अथवा NCVT द्वारा दिया गया एक वर्ष का National Trade Certificate in Health Sanitary Inspector चाहिए।
Candidate check: केवल B.Sc. या केवल sanitary inspector course होने से दोनों requirements पूरी नहीं होतीं।
4. Audiologist & Speech Therapist
Recognised university से BASLP और Rehabilitation Council of India — RCI registration आवश्यक है।
5. Pharmacist — Entry Grade
Central/State Government-recognised university या institute से Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy (Allopathic) अथवा Doctor of Pharmacy, साथ में Pharmacy Act, 1948 के अंतर्गत pharmacist registration आवश्यक है।
इस CEN के Annexure A में Pharmacist के लिए B.Pharm/Pharm.D और registration दिए गए हैं। केवल D.Pharm को इस notice के आधार पर eligible न मानें। किसी पुराने recruitment की eligibility यहाँ लागू न करें।
6. Radiographer X-Ray Technician
10+2 में Physics और Chemistry के साथ recognised institute से दो वर्ष का Diploma in Radiography/X-Ray Technician/Radiodiagnosis Technology निर्धारित है। संबंधित diploma वाले science graduates को preference दी गई है।
Annexure A में कुछ Radiography/Medical Imaging B.Sc. degrees, दो वर्ष का Diploma in Radiation Technology और निर्धारित 10+2 के साथ Bachelor in Radiation Technology भी acceptable बताए गए हैं। अपनी degree का exact नाम उस list से मिलाएँ।
7. ECG Technician
10+2/Graduation in Science के साथ ECG Laboratory Technology, Cardiology, Cardiology Technician या Cardiology Techniques में reputed institution का Certificate/Diploma/Degree चाहिए। Certificate route के लिए minimum one-year duration दिया गया है।
8. Optometrist
B.Sc. in Optometry अथवा Diploma in Ophthalmic Technician; notification में course duration 3–4 years दी गई है। संबंधित Council/Licensing Body में registration भी जरूरी है।
9. Lab Assistant Grade II
12th Science के साथ DMLT अथवा DMLT के समकक्ष Medical Laboratory Technology certificate course, निर्धारित recognition, duration, full-time training और examination conditions के अधीन। 12th Science के साथ B.Sc. Medical Lab Technology भी acceptable है।
Certificate route में कम-से-कम एक वर्ष का course और अन्य prescribed conditions महत्वपूर्ण हैं। Annexure में full-time wording और ODL recognition संबंधी text दोनों दिए गए हैं; distance-mode या unusual qualification वाले candidates blanket eligibility assume करने के बजाय अपने exact course पर RRB से clarification लें।

Result Awaited Candidates: क्या Apply कर सकते हैं?
Prescribed educational/technical/professional qualification 14 October 2026 तक होनी चाहिए। Final examination result का इंतजार कर रहे candidates को apply नहीं करना चाहिए; official FAQ भी यही स्पष्ट करती है।
यदि certificate बाद में जारी हुआ लेकिन qualifying result cutoff तक घोषित था, तो notification में result declaration date साबित करने के लिए marksheets अथवा Board/University certificate संबंधी provisions हैं। बाद में certificate issue होने और बाद में exam pass होने को एक जैसा न समझें।
Age Relaxation और सही Cutoff
सभी posts में age 01 January 2027 को reckon होगी, लेकिन minimum और maximum age post-wise अलग हैं। सामान्य category relaxations:
- SC/ST: upper age में 5 वर्ष।
- OBC-NCL: upper age में 3 वर्ष।
- PwBD: UR/EWS के लिए 10, OBC-NCL के लिए 13 और SC/ST के लिए 15 वर्ष, post suitability तथा prescribed conditions के अधीन।
- Ex-servicemen: service deduction और community के अनुसार अलग formula; Para 5.2 देखें।
एक से अधिक grounds पर relaxation होने पर notice के अनुसार maximum applicable relaxation मिलेगा; उन्हें cumulative तरीके से जोड़ना नहीं है। SC/ST/OBC candidates द्वारा UR vacancies के विरुद्ध आवेदन में category-based age relaxation लागू नहीं होने का provision भी पढ़ें।
उदाहरण के लिए Nursing Superintendent की UR/EWS DOB window 02 January 1987–01 January 2007 है, दोनों तारीखें शामिल हैं। यही window Pharmacist या अन्य posts पर लागू नहीं होगी।
Calculation में सहायता के लिए Sarkari Nokrii Candidate Tools में सही cutoff डालें। साथ में Age Cutoff और Relaxation Guide पढ़ें। Tool eligibility certify नहीं करता।
Medical Standards: केवल CBT पास करना पर्याप्त नहीं
Vacancy table में हर post के सामने B1, C1 या C2 medical standard दिया है। Railway medical examination में उस post का prescribed standard पूरा करना होगा। PwBD suitability भी हर post के लिए अलग है और Annexure A में दी गई है।
- B1 posts: vision सहित निर्धारित medical tests लागू हैं।
- C1/C2 posts: इनके vision standards अलग हैं; दूसरे post का standard अपने post पर लागू न करें।
- LASIK: इसे blanket eligible/ineligible न मानें। B1 के लिए Para 3.0 में specific conditions हैं।
- Medical unfitness: notice के अनुसार required standard पूरा न होने पर alternative appointment नहीं दिया जाएगा।
Medical suitability का व्यक्तिगत निर्णय Railway medical process करेगा। अपनी medical history या vision concern हो तो application preference से पहले original standards समझें।
Application Fee और Refund

Refund attendance-linked है: केवल application submit करने से refund नहीं मिलता; CBT में उपस्थित होना जरूरी है।
Fee concession वाला Economically Backward Class — EBC, reservation वाले EWS/OBC से अलग है। केवल EWS certificate देखकर ₹250 fee चुनना सही नहीं होगा। EBC concession के लिए Para 7.3 और prescribed supporting document requirements पढ़ें।
Online payment Internet Banking, Debit/Credit Card या UPI से होगा। Modification fee ₹250 प्रति occasion है और non-refundable है।
RRB और Post Preferences कैसे चुनें?
Candidate केवल एक RRB में एक online application दे सकता है। उसी application में अपनी eligibility और available vacancies के अनुसार posts/preferences चुनें।
- Annexure A से eligible post categories पहचानें।
- Annexure B में उन posts की RRB/Zone और category-wise vacancies देखें।
- Age, medical standard और PwBD suitability जहाँ applicable हो, मिलाएँ।
- फिर RRB और preference order final करें।
केवल सबसे अधिक total vacancies वाला RRB देखकर चुनाव न करें। आपके eligible post और category की actual vacancies महत्वपूर्ण हैं। Chosen RRB submission के बाद modification window में भी नहीं बदलेगा।
Multiple applications, चाहे same RRB में हों या अलग RRBs में, rejection और debarment का कारण बन सकती हैं।
Selection Process और CBT Exam Pattern
Notified process: CBT → Document Verification → Medical Examination. RRB ने आवश्यकता पड़ने पर additional CBT कराने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखा है।

- Normal duration: 90 minutes.
- Eligible scribe-facility candidates: prescribed conditions के अनुसार 120 minutes.
- Negative marking: गलत answer पर allotted marks का one-third.

Minimum qualifying marks को selection cutoff न समझें। DV shortlisting merit और vacancies पर निर्भर होगी। Empanelment के लिए documents तथा medical requirements भी पूरी करनी होंगी।
Syllabus और Preparation Priorities
Professional Ability का syllabus post-specific है। Nursing candidate को Pharmacist का syllabus या Lab Assistant candidate को Radiographer का syllabus नहीं पढ़ना है। पूर्ण list Annexure C, printed page 33 में है।

Editorial study advice: अपनी professional qualification के notes को Annexure C की headings से map करें। पहले कमजोर topics पहचानें, फिर timed MCQs करें। गलत answer के सामने केवल सही option नहीं, गलती का कारण भी लिखें।
Common subjects के लिए छोटे नियमित sessions रखें। General Science में notice ने 10th-standard CBSE-level Physics, Chemistry और Life Sciences दिया है। अपनी core subject preparation के कारण common section पूरी तरह न छोड़ें।
RRB Paramedical 2026 के लिए Apply कैसे करें?
- Official unified RRB website खोलें और CEN 05/2026 की application entry देखें।
- निर्धारित application window में RRB Apply portal पर आगे बढ़ें।
- यदि 2024/2025/2026 के RRB notification के लिए account बनाया था, तो existing account इस्तेमाल करें।
- Saved personal और educational details जाँचें; पुराना data सही है, यह मानकर आगे न बढ़ें।
- एक RRB चुनें और eligible posts की preferences भरें।
- Live photograph capture करें तथा prescribed signature/documents upload करें।
- Preview में qualification, category, chosen RRB और preferences दोबारा पढ़ें।
- Application submit करें, applicable fee pay करें और registration number वाला print सुरक्षित रखें।
‘Create an Account’ की details और chosen RRB modification window में नहीं बदलेंगे। बाकी permitted corrections के लिए 17–26 October की window और ₹250 प्रति occasion fee निर्धारित है।
Live Photo और Signature: सही File तैयार करें
Photo: application module live photograph capture करेगा। पहले से मौजूद printed/digital photo की तस्वीर लेकर submit नहीं करनी है। Camera eye level पर रखें, चेहरा साफ दिखे और cap, mask या spectacles न पहनें। Notice में non-white, preferably dark clothing की सलाह है।

Documents Checklist और Final Review
- Matriculation/SSLC certificate — name और DOB के लिए।
- Post-specific degree/diploma और सभी relevant marksheets.
- Required professional registration — जहाँ applicable हो।
- Training/experience proof — जैसे applicable Dialysis qualification route.
- SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS तथा fee-concession documents, claim के अनुसार।
- PwBD certificate और scribe-related records, जहाँ applicable हों।
- Name change हुआ हो तो prescribed legal proof.
- Serving government/PSU candidates के लिए applicable employer intimation और DV-stage NOC.
- Final application, payment confirmation और registration number.

RRB Paramedical 2026 में कितनी vacancies हैं?
CEN 05/2026 में 590 vacancies और 9 post categories हैं। RRB/Zone-wise distribution Annexure B में है।
क्या सिर्फ 12th Science से apply कर सकते हैं?
सिर्फ 12th Science को सभी posts की qualification न समझें। संबंधित posts में prescribed technical diploma, degree या certificate भी जरूरी है।
क्या D.Pharm से Pharmacist के लिए apply कर सकते हैं?
