NTA Duplicate Scorecard: How to Apply, Fees, Documents and DigiLocker

NTA ने 17 September 2026 से Duplicate Scorecard जारी करने की निर्धारित प्रक्रिया लागू की है। इसमें सिर्फ एक request email भेजना पर्याप्त नहीं है। Application form, affidavit, identification, payment और अन्य applicable records का पूरा set तैयार करना पड़ता है।

यह guide आपको सही route चुनने, आवश्यक documents पहचानने और incomplete application से बचने में मदद करेगी। Fees, modes और formats में भविष्य में बदलाव हो सकते हैं; आवेदन से पहले official NTA procedure और annexures तथा latest notices देखें।

Step 1: Paid Application से पहले Scorecard कहाँ खोजें?

1. अपने पुराने records जाँचें

Downloads folder, registered email, सुरक्षित cloud backup और admission/document folder देखें। यदि original downloaded PDF मिल जाती है, तो पहले receiving institution की document requirement समझें। केवल print copy खोने और official electronic record उपलब्ध न होने में फर्क है।

2. Official exam website देखें

यदि संबंधित exam/year का result link अभी उपलब्ध है, तो official candidate login से download का विकल्प जाँचें। पुराने link का न खुलना अपने-आप यह साबित नहीं करता कि NTA का underlying result data भी उपलब्ध नहीं है।

3. DigiLocker में सही exam और year खोजें

1. Official DigiLocker website या app में login करें।
2. Document search में National Testing Agency या संबंधित examination खोजें।
3. Available document type और year/session चुनें।
4. माँगी गई details examination record के अनुसार भरें।
5. Successfully fetched document को Issued Documents में जाँचें और सुरक्षित रखें।

Options exam/year के अनुसार अलग हो सकते हैं। अपने द्वारा upload की गई scan और issuer से fetched document को एक ही चीज न मानें। Document-fetch error आने पर details, year और issuer selection जाँचें; error को तुरंत “record मौजूद नहीं है” न समझें।

Duplicate Scorecard क्या है और कौन आवेदन कर सकता है?

Duplicate Scorecard वह scorecard है जिसे NTA अपने examination records से verify करके original के स्थान पर जारी करता है। Official correspondence और application में इसी नाम का इस्तेमाल करें।

OM में eligibility के लिए original scorecard के निम्न circumstances बताए गए हैं:

• खो गया हो;
• चोरी हो गया हो;
• फट गया, mutilated या damaged हो गया हो;
• आग, बाढ़ या applicant के नियंत्रण से बाहर अन्य कारण से नष्ट हो गया हो।

Application सामान्यतः candidate के अपने examination record के लिए होगी। Deceased या legally incapacitated candidate के लिए legal heir/authorised representative का अलग प्रावधान है।

किन examinations पर लागू हो सकता है?

OM में NEET-UG, JEE Main, CUET UG/PG, UGC-NET और CSIR-NET जैसे NTA-conducted examinations का उल्लेख है। Applicability की वास्तविक शर्त यह है कि संबंधित examination NTA ने conduct किया हो, result data उसके records में उपलब्ध हो और scorecard DigiLocker में उपलब्ध न हो।

NTA Duplicate Scorecard Fee कितनी है?

Processing fee result declaration से बीते समय के अनुसार निर्धारित है। Fee की अवधि scorecard खोने की तारीख से नहीं गिननी है।

Delivery charges अलग हैं

Calculation example 1: यदि result को 4 वर्ष हुए हैं और Speed Post delivery चाहिए, तो processing और delivery का total ₹1,500 + ₹200 = ₹1,700 होगा।

Calculation example 2: यदि result को 7 वर्ष हुए हैं और overseas courier चाहिए, तो total ₹2,000 + ₹500 = ₹2,500 होगा।

इन examples में stamp paper, notarisation, photographs या application भेजने का खर्च शामिल नहीं है। ये illustrations हैं; record eligibility और current instructions अलग से जाँचें।

Fee payment कैसे होगा?

OM में designated NTA portal के integrated online gateway को पहला mode बताया गया है। जहाँ online payment feasible न हो, वहाँ “National Testing Agency” के favour में, payable at New Delhi Demand Draft का provision है। किसी अनverified UPI ID या personal account पर payment न करें।

20 वर्ष से अधिक पुराने result के लिए इस OM में अलग fee slab नहीं दिया गया है। ऐसे मामले में राशि या eligibility खुद तय करने के बजाय NTA से clarification लें।

Documents Checklist: कौन-से Papers लगेंगे?

Affidavit और indemnity एक document नहीं हैं

• Annexure II: State of execution में prescribed value के non-judicial stamp paper पर affidavit; value ₹10 से कम नहीं। First-Class Judicial Magistrate या duly appointed Notary Public से attestation।
• Annexure III: अलग Indemnity-cum-Undertaking; state-prescribed non-judicial stamp paper value ₹100 से कम नहीं और duly notarised। Format में दो witnesses की details/signatures हैं।

“₹10 minimum” का अर्थ हर राज्य में केवल ₹10 stamp paper ही पर्याप्त होना नहीं है। Prescribed state value और official format के अनुसार document बनवाएँ। दोनों formats को एक सामान्य self-declaration से replace न करें।

Identification Certificate पर कौन sign करेगा?

Annexure I के Section I को Central/State Government के Gazetted Officer या candidate द्वारा last attended institution के Principal/Head से sign और stamp कराना है। Format में certifying officer का applicant से personally acquainted होना भी आवश्यक बताया गया है।

Photo attestation पर ध्यान: Main procedure में Gazetted Officer या last institution head का विकल्प है, जबकि Annexure checklist/photo box में Gazetted Officer लिखा है। Form भरते समय इस wording difference को अनदेखा न करें; Gazetted Officer attestation दोनों descriptions से मेल खाता है। Alternative इस्तेमाल करना हो तो NTA से पुष्टि लें।

Aadhaar और identity documents

Main OM के paragraph 5.1(e) में government-issued photo ID की self-attested copy के साथ masked Aadhaar copy, या abroad resident applicant के लिए passport copy का उल्लेख है। Annexure checklist की wording अधिक संक्षिप्त है; केवल checklist देखकर main clause छोड़ें नहीं।

Application form में Aadhaar के आखिरी चार digits माँगे गए हैं। Masking official UIDAI guidelines के अनुसार रखें। Aadhaar या passport scans को public comments, social groups या blog पर साझा न करें।

FIR जरूरी है या Lost-Article Report भी चलेगी?

Procedure में केवल FIR ही नहीं, DDR, NCR और police-registered lost-article report भी सूचीबद्ध हैं। Relevant report उस jurisdiction की police से हो जहाँ loss/theft बताया गया है।

• Loss/theft: Applicable police report का supporting record दें।
• Report प्राप्त न हो सके: OM में ऐसे मामलों, including loss abroad, के लिए country of residence के Indian Embassy/Consulate attestation का विकल्प दिया है। इसका applicability अपने case में confirm करें।
• Damaged/mutilated scorecard: Original damaged document surrender करने पर paragraph 5.2 के अनुसार police-report requirement लागू नहीं होती।

Newspaper publication हर applicant की सामान्य mandatory requirement नहीं है। Competent Authority इसे appropriate cases में माँग सकती है—आमतौर पर 10 वर्ष से अधिक पुराने examination records या specified report/embassy attestation उपलब्ध न होने जैसे मामलों में।

Official PDF में कौन-से Pages भरने हैं?

Downloaded PDF में cover और blank pages होने से PDF viewer numbering और document पर printed numbering अलग है। नीचे दोनों दिए गए हैं:

“For Office Use Only” fields applicant स्वयं न भरे। Latest official copy में pagination बदलने पर annexure headings को आधार बनाएँ।

NTA Duplicate Scorecard Apply कैसे करें?

Step 1: सही examination record पहचानें

Exam name, year/session, application/registration number, roll number और exam centre details जुटाएँ। पुरानी registered email, confirmation page और admit card मदद कर सकते हैं। Form में result/rank “if remembered” optional है; लेकिन exam identifiers को स्वयं optional न मानें।

Step 2: DigiLocker availability जाँचें

यदि संबंधित scorecard वहाँ उपलब्ध है, तो पहले उसी route का उपयोग करें। Genuine retrieval issue हो तो official support लें।

Step 3: Annexure I भरें

Block letters में blue/black ink से या typed form भर सकते हैं। Overwriting पर applicant के initials चाहिए। Details original examination record से match करें। Name change या दूसरी variation हो तो form के संबंधित field में explanation और supporting document दें।

Step 4: Supporting documents पूरा करें

Affidavit, indemnity, photo attestation, identification certificate, applicable police/embassy record और ID copies तैयार करें। Originals और self-attested copies के बीच official instructions का फर्क बनाए रखें।

Step 5: Applicable fee और delivery option तय करें

Result declaration date के आधार पर slab चुनें। Delivery charge जोड़ें और official mode से payment का proof रखें।

Step 6: Current designated submission mode जाँचें

OM में NTA द्वारा designated portal के माध्यम से application का provision है। Notice में कोई specific operational application-portal URL नहीं दिया गया है। इसलिए NTA homepage को “active duplicate application form” बताकर इस्तेमाल न करें; पहले latest official instructions देखें।

Portal operational होने तक OM में नीचे के modes दिए गए हैं:

यह address 17 September 2026 के OM से लिया गया है। Future application भेजने से पहले current NTA address और submission instructions फिर जाँचें। हर examination के लिए अलग application आवश्यक है।

Step 7: Submission का record सुरक्षित रखें

Final application copy, email timestamp, payment proof, postal receipt और tracking details रखें। Dispatch का proof और NTA को complete application प्राप्त होने की तारीख अलग हो सकती है; processing timeline समझते समय यह अंतर महत्वपूर्ण है।

कितने दिनों में Duplicate Scorecard मिलेगा?

15 working days का अर्थ: यह 15 calendar days या आपके email भेजने के अगले 15 दिन का unconditional promise नहीं है। Complete application और fee receipt महत्वपूर्ण है। Postal/courier transit के कारण document हाथ में आने की तारीख अलग हो सकती है।

यदि deadline निकट है, तो जिस institution को scorecard देना है उससे उसकी submission requirements स्पष्ट करें। NTA request भेजने से किसी दूसरे institution की deadline स्वतः extend नहीं होती।

Duplicate Scorecard की Authenticity कैसे जाँची जाएगी?

OM के अनुसार duplicate में NTA records के आधार पर candidate details, examination information और applicable marks/percentile/rank शामिल होंगे। इसमें competent authority का digital signature, unique verification identifier और NTA website के माध्यम से verification के लिए QR code दिया जाएगा।

OM इसे original के स्थान पर इस्तेमाल किए जाने योग्य authentic examination record बताता है, जिसमें NBEMS के FMGE-related submission और NMC registration से जुड़े उपयोग का भी उल्लेख है। संबंधित receiving authority की बाकी eligibility और document requirements अलग से पूरी करनी होंगी।

यह duplicate जारी करने की प्रक्रिया है। इससे marks, category या result का पुनर्मूल्यांकन अथवा validity period का extension नहीं होता।

Special Cases: विदेश, पुराने Results और Second Duplicate

विदेश में रहने वाले candidates

Passport copy, applicable embassy/consulate attestation, complete overseas address, country code और courier option ध्यान से भरें। International delivery का additional fee ₹500 बताया गया है। Overseas residence होने से बाकी supporting-document requirements स्वतः समाप्त नहीं होतीं।

बहुत पुराने results

पुराने bulletins में retention periods होने के बावजूद OM actual underlying data उपलब्ध होने पर application consider करने की बात कहता है। लेकिन हर पुराने year का record उपलब्ध होने का आश्वासन नहीं है। Fee table में 10–20 years slab होने से सभी पुराने या दूसरी agencies के examinations automatically covered नहीं हो जाते।

पहले मिला duplicate भी खो गया

Second/subsequent duplicate केवल तब जारी होगा जब competent authority documentary evidence से संतुष्ट हो कि पहले वाला duplicate भी lost, stolen, damaged या destroyed हुआ है। Previous duplicate का विवरण छिपाएँ नहीं।

Candidate deceased या legally incapacitated है

Legal heir/authorised representative आवेदन कर सकता है। Normal documents में applicable adaptations के अलावा certified death certificate/order of incapacity, legal-heir/succession certificate या prescribed legal-heirship affidavit, तथा document माँगने के purpose का specific undertaking चाहिए। Exact requirements paragraph 12 से मिलाएँ।

Original बाद में मिल जाए

Prescribed declarations के अनुसार recovered original NTA को surrender करना होगा। Duplicate प्राप्त करने के बाद original और duplicate को अलग identities या inconsistent claims के लिए इस्तेमाल न करें।

Application अधूरी रहने के सामान्य कारण

• गलत exam year/session या roll/application number लिखना।
• DigiLocker में उपलब्ध document के लिए paid duplicate route अपनाना।
• Annexure I का Identification Certificate खाली छोड़ना।
• Affidavit और Indemnity-cum-Undertaking में से केवल एक देना।
• State stamp-paper requirement और minimum denomination में फर्क न समझना।
• Photos की prescribed attestation छोड़ देना।
• Damaged case में damaged original surrender न करना।
• Email के बाद hard copies dispatch न करना।
• Delivery fee या payment proof अधूरा रखना।
• Deficiency communication देखकर भी समय पर rectification न करना।

Scorecard आगे सुरक्षित कैसे रखें?

Official document download होने के बाद उसकी unchanged copy सुरक्षित रखें। File name में exam, year और document type रखें; अनावश्यक रूप से पूरा Aadhaar number जैसी sensitive detail filename में न लिखें। एक सुरक्षित backup और submission-ready copy रखें।
