KSFE Peon Watchman Recruitment 2026 के लिए Kerala Public Service Commission ने Category No. 152/2026 जारी की है। Kerala State Financial Enterprises Limited में Peon/Watchman के 55 existing vacancies घोषित हैं। Pay scale ₹24,500–42,900 है और application Kerala PSC के One Time Registration profile से करना है।

Who Can Apply? Eligible Employee Categories
Notification में KSFE के निम्नलिखित part-time employee categories का उल्लेख है:
- Part-Time Sweeper-cum-Scavenger
- Packer
- Despatcher
- Gardener
इन categories में काम करने वाले employees को prescribed educational qualification, age और service conditions भी पूरी करनी होंगी। किसी अन्य company में समान काम का experience अपने-आप इस KSFE-specific service requirement का विकल्प नहीं बनता।
“Direct Recruitment” का अर्थ यहां क्या है?
इस notification में direct recruitment शब्द है, लेकिन उसका दायरा स्पष्ट रूप से eligible KSFE part-time employees तक सीमित है। इसलिए headline में केवल “6th Pass Government Job” देखकर सामान्य candidates को आवेदन नहीं करना चाहिए।
Notification की notes में part-time employees के लिए 33⅓% direct-recruitment reservation और उसके बाद open-market vacancies का rotation बताया गया है। Qualified part-time employees न मिलने पर open-market filling का provision भी है। इन notes का मतलब यह नहीं कि Category 152/2026 में सभी बाहरी candidates आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
55 vacancies को अपनी तरफ से employee/open-market seats में विभाजित न करें। इस notice में Peon और Watchman का अलग numerical breakup भी नहीं दिया गया है।
Educational Qualification और Service Requirement
Standard VI Pass या Equivalent
Minimum educational qualification Standard VI (New) pass या equivalent है। Notification में applicable equivalence/higher-qualification provisions भी दिए गए हैं। यदि equivalence का claim करते हैं तो Commission द्वारा मांगे जाने पर संबंधित Government order प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
Higher qualification रखने से required KSFE service condition समाप्त नहीं होती। Qualification और service दोनों अलग eligibility checks हैं।
तीन वर्ष की Service किस तारीख तक पूरी होनी चाहिए?
Notification के अनुसार company में कम-से-कम तीन वर्ष की service आवेदन की तारीख तक पूरी होनी चाहिए। इसे केवल closing date तक service पूरी होने की condition समझना गलत होगा।
किसी eligible employee के service record के अनुसार तीन वर्ष 20 October 2026 को पूरे होते हैं। उसे 10 October को application submit करके future service claim नहीं करनी चाहिए। Required service पूरी होने के बाद, बाकी conditions satisfied होने पर और 4 November की deadline से पहले आवेदन करना होगा। Service की गणना office record और prescribed rules से confirm कराएँ।
Service breaks, अलग posts पर periods या किसी अवधि की admissibility में doubt हो तो Head of Office/Commission से clarification लें। Notification में इन situations की अलग calculation formula नहीं दिया गया है।

इस category में सामान्य recruitment वाली OBC/SC/ST age-relaxation assumptions लागू न करें। Notification की exact DOB range को अपने official date-of-birth record से match करें।

Salary, Reservation और Probation
Pay scale ₹24,500–42,900 घोषित है। इसे सभी selected candidates की fixed in-hand salary न मानें। Applicable allowances, deductions और service rules के आधार पर actual payable amount अलग हो सकता है।
Appointed candidates के लिए joining date से एक वर्ष की probation बताई गई है।
Notification में eligible differently abled candidates के लिए 4% reservation का उल्लेख है, संबंधित Government Order G.O.(Rt) No.136/2025/SJD dated 6 June 2025 के अनुसार। Eligible disability categories और suitability के लिए notice में linked order देखें। Percentage से अपनी ओर से rounded seat count न बनाएं।

- Notification section में Category No.152/2026 — KSFE Peon/Watchman पहचानें।
- Post के सामने Apply Now चुनें और मांगी गई details सही भरें।
- Application date तक required service पूरी होने और category match की पुष्टि करें।
- Final submission से पहले सभी entries और claims check करें।
- Profile के My applications section से submitted application का printout/soft copy save करें।
