उत्तर प्रदेश अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग ने कृषि निदेशालय के अंतर्गत अवर अभियंता — Junior Engineer (Agriculture) के 134 पदों के लिए मुख्य परीक्षा हेतु आवेदन आमंत्रित किए हैं। आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 7 October 2026 है।
इस भर्ती में केवल engineering qualification पर्याप्त नहीं है। निर्धारित शैक्षिक अर्हता के साथ PET-2025 की शर्त और mains shortlisting भी समझना जरूरी है।

Horizontal Reservation
Notification में women 26, ex-servicemen 6, dependants of freedom fighters 2 और outstanding sportspersons 2 का horizontal reservation दिया गया है। PwBD table में Hard of Hearing के लिए 2 तथा OA/OL/LC/Dw/AAV वाली identified group के लिए 3 पद दिखाए गए हैं।
ये 134 पदों के अतिरिक्त vacancies नहीं हैं। Horizontal reservation संबंधित vertical category के भीतर adjust होगा। अपनी disability category और prescribed certificate को page 7 की table तथा applicable provisions से मिलाएँ।
OA: One Arm; OL: One Leg; LC: Leprosy Cured; Dw: Dwarfism; AAV: Acid Attack Victims। सभी disability categories को स्वतः suitable न मानें।
Educational Qualification: कौन Apply कर सकता है?
Advertisement में essential educational qualification के दो हिस्से हैं:
- उत्तर प्रदेश माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद की High School examination या सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त equivalent examination पास हो।
- प्राविधिक शिक्षा परिषद, उत्तर प्रदेश से Agricultural Engineering में 3-year diploma या सरकार द्वारा उसके equivalent मान्यता प्राप्त, AICTE-approved qualification हो।
Candidate को आवश्यक qualification और उससे संबंधित certificates 7 October 2026 तक acquire/possess करना जरूरी है। केवल course में enrolled होना qualification प्राप्त करने के बराबर नहीं है।
Equivalent Qualification और B.Tech को लेकर सावधानी
Advertisement के संलग्नक-1 में 26 October 2024 का Technical Education Board letter और AICTE diploma-branch reference शामिल है। Agriculture Engineering की relevant row में Agricultural Engineering और Agricultural Technology entries दी गई हैं।
इस annexure में अन्य engineering branches भी हैं, लेकिन उनका वहाँ मौजूद होना यह नहीं बताता कि वे सभी इस Agriculture JE post के लिए eligible हैं। अपने course की recognition, duration और applicable equivalence को advertisement के साथ मिलाएँ।
Preferential Qualification
अन्य बातें समान होने पर निम्न candidates को preference का प्रावधान है:
- Territorial Army में minimum 2 years service; या
- NCC का “B” Certificate।

PET-2025 Requirement और Mains Shortlisting
इस recruitment में केवल वे candidates आवेदन कर सकते हैं जो prescribed qualification रखते हैं, PET-2025 में शामिल हुए हैं और जिनका PET-2025 scorecard आयोग ने जारी किया है।
- Main examination की shortlisting PET-2025 normalized score के आधार पर होगी।
- Absolute score या normalized score में zero अथवा उससे कम/negative marks वाले candidates को mains के लिए shortlist नहीं किया जाएगा।
- Category-wise advertised vacancies के 15 गुना candidates shortlist करने का प्रावधान है। Last cutoff score तक समान normalized score रखने वाले candidates भी नियम के अनुसार शामिल होंगे।
- PET result में Under Investigation/Provisional status वाले candidates की participation और आगे की candidature notice की conditions तथा आयोग के अंतिम निर्णय के अधीन रहेगी।
Age Limit: 1 July 2026 के अनुसार जाँचें
Advertisement में recruitment advertisement वाले calendar year की 1 July को minimum age 18 years और maximum age 40 years की condition है। इस 2026 advertisement के लिए reference date 1 July 2026 बनती है।
SC/ST और अन्य applicable categories को संबंधित Uttar Pradesh government rules के अनुसार upper-age relaxation मिलेगा। Government employees के लिए notice में prescribed conditions के साथ 5-year upper-age relaxation का उल्लेख भी है। किसी दूसरी recruitment की relaxation table यहाँ स्वतः लागू न करें।

Other-State Candidates और Reservation
Notice के अनुसार Uttar Pradesh के मूल निवासी न होने वाले candidates को UP reservation का लाभ नहीं मिलेगा और उन्हें unreserved category में माना जाएगा। Reserved-category claim, domicile और certificate format सही मिलाना जरूरी है।

Women, PwBD, ex-servicemen और अन्य specified horizontal categories के candidates अपनी original category के अनुसार शुल्क देंगे।
Payment credit/debit card, internet banking, UPI या SBI e-challan के prescribed process से किया जा सकता है। Payment और reconciliation दोनों का status जाँचें।
Salary and Post Nature
Advertisement की vacancy table में Pay Level-6 दिया गया है। Reference pay band ₹9,300–₹34,800 और grade pay ₹4,200 भी दर्ज है। Exact monthly in-hand salary को इससे सीधे calculate नहीं किया जा सकता; applicable allowances और deductions प्रभाव डालेंगे।
Table में posts की nature “स्थायी व अस्थायी” दी गई है। इसलिए सभी 134 posts को एक ही permanent-status claim के साथ प्रस्तुत करना सही नहीं होगा। Appointment conditions संबंधित rules और appointment order के अनुसार होंगी।
Selection Process
- Online application: Prescribed eligibility के साथ application और processing fee पूरी करें।
- PET-based shortlisting: PET-2025 normalized score से mains के लिए candidates चुने जाएँगे।
- Written main examination: Selection का आधार written examination है।
- Eligibility/document verification: Commission के निर्देश के अनुसार originals और prescribed records प्रस्तुत करने होंगे।
Advertisement में interview-based selection नहीं दिया गया है। यदि परीक्षा multiple shifts/days में होती है, तो notified provisions के अनुसार normalization लागू होगा। Exam date के लिए अलग official notice देखना होगा।

- एक objective, multiple-choice question paper होगा।
- Total duration: 2 hours / 120 minutes।
- हर question 1 mark का होगा।
- हर गलत answer पर 0.25 mark की negative marking होगी।
Illustration: 70 correct और 20 incorrect answers होने पर इन answers का net contribution 70 − (20 × 0.25) = 65 marks होगा। यह केवल marking समझाने का उदाहरण है, expected cutoff नहीं।

इन 13 topics से 5-5 questions निर्धारित हैं, अर्थात 65 questions। किसी एक technical unit को पूरे subject section का replacement न मानें।
Part 2: Computer and IT — 15 Questions
Computer/IT/Internet/WWW का परिचय और applications, hardware/software, input/output, IP address, IT gadgets, email, printer/tablet/mobile, MS Word और Excel, operating systems, social networking, e-governance, digital financial tools और cybersecurity शामिल हैं।
Contemporary technology में Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Internet of Things और इस क्षेत्र में भारत की उपलब्धियों का ज्ञान भी syllabus में है।
Part 3: Uttar Pradesh General Information — 20 Questions
UP का history, culture, art, architecture, festivals, folk dance, literature, regional languages, heritage, customs, tourism, geography, environment, natural resources, climate, soil, forests, wildlife, minerals, economy, agriculture, industry, employment, polity, administration और current events शामिल हैं।

Preparation कैसे शुरू करें?
यह editorial study advice है; Commission का prescribed study schedule नहीं। Exam date घोषित न होने पर भी उपलब्ध syllabus के अनुसार तैयारी शुरू की जा सकती है।
- पहला काम: 13 technical units की checklist बनाकर strong, average और weak topics चिन्हित करें।
- Daily technical session: Concepts के साथ numericals और topic-wise MCQs करें।
- Computer और UP GK: दोनों मिलकर 35 marks के हैं; इन्हें technical revision के अंत तक न टालें।
- Error notebook: गलत answer का कारण लिखें—concept, formula, calculation या question-reading error।
- Timed practice: Coverage बनने पर 100-question, 120-minute practice करें और accuracy देखें।
तीन घंटे उपलब्ध हों तो शुरुआती working plan में लगभग 110 minutes technical, 30 minutes UP information, 25 minutes Computer/IT और 15 minutes error revision रख सकते हैं। अपनी कमजोरी के अनुसार समय बदलें।
How to Apply: PET Registration से Application तक
- Official UPSSSC website खोलें: Live Advertisement Segment में Advertisement 19-Exam/2026 चुनें।
- Detailed notice पढ़ें: Junior Engineer Agriculture post और qualification conditions confirm करें।
- PET-2025 registration से authenticate करें: Registered mobile/email पर प्राप्त OTP से login करें।
- Auto-filled details जाँचें: PET record से दिखाई जा रही personal information को ध्यान से पढ़ें।
- Qualification details भरें: Institution, passing year, certificate number/date आदि सही दर्ज करें।
- Photo और signature देखें: PET-2025 वाली photo/signature auto-display होगी; इस application में बदलने की अनुमति नहीं दी गई है।
- Other details और declaration पूरी करें: Preferential qualification आदि जहाँ applicable हों, सही claim करें।
- Processing fee pay करें: Prescribed payment process follow करें और reconciliation status जाँचें।
- Application print सुरक्षित रखें: Successful payment/reconciliation के बाद submitted form download करें।
- जरूरी correction समय पर करें: केवल permitted fields में 14 October 2026 तक correction करके revised print लें।
पैसा कट गया लेकिन Form Submit नहीं दिख रहा?
केवल bank debit message से application complete न मानें। Applicant Dashboard में application और fee status देखें। Notice में “Update Your Transaction ID by Double Verification” तथा “Verify Transaction ID” process दिया गया है।
Payment pending/failed या reconciliation incomplete होने पर advertisement की instructions के अनुसार status verify करें। बिना status जाँचे बार-बार payment करने के बजाय official reconciliation process अपनाएँ। Fee payment की last date 7 October और reconciliation की last date 14 October का अंतर याद रखें।
Correction Window: क्या बदल सकते हैं?
Final submission के बाद Applicant Dashboard → संबंधित advertisement → Modify Application में OTP verification के माध्यम से permitted corrections किए जा सकते हैं।
Notice में correspondence address, specified personal/reservation details, qualification-related details और marital status जैसे fields का उल्लेख है। हर field editable नहीं है। खासकर PET photo और signature को इस form में बदलने की अनुमति नहीं है।
Correction की अंतिम तिथि 14 October 2026 है। बदलाव के बाद revised application print लेकर details फिर जाँचें।

EWS Certificate: विशेष Date Requirement
EWS candidates के लिए advertisement में 1 April 2026 से 7 October 2026 के बीच issued certificate मांगा गया है, जो financial year 2025–26 की income पर आधारित और 2026–27 के लिए valid हो। केवल पुराना EWS certificate होने को पर्याप्त न मानें।
Reservation/relaxation के अन्य certificates भी prescribed format और relevant deadline की conditions के अनुसार होने चाहिए। महिला candidates के caste claim में notice पिता पक्ष से जारी caste certificate की शर्त बताता है।
