RITES Assistant Manager Recruitment 2026: मुख्य जानकारी

RITES Limited, Ministry of Railways के अंतर्गत एक Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise है। इस notification में Assistant Manager (Civil Engineer / Airports) के लिए नियमित नियुक्ति प्रस्तावित है। आवेदन करने से पहले qualification के साथ काम की वास्तविक प्रकृति, category-wise vacancy और experience documents का मिलान करना जरूरी है।

Important Dates: आवेदन और परीक्षा कब है?

Category-wise Vacancy: किन श्रेणियों में पद हैं?

किसी category में अलग vacancy न होने का अर्थ यह नहीं है कि उस category का उम्मीदवार UR पद के लिए आवेदन नहीं कर सकता। लेकिन UR पद के लिए निर्धारित eligibility और selection standards पूरे करने होंगे। Reserved-post concessions को सभी आवेदकों पर एक समान लागू न समझें। Vacancies की संख्या बदल सकती है।

Educational Qualification और Minimum Marks

मुख्य qualification Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering है। Degree तथा institution की recognition संबंधी शर्तें advertisement के अनुसार पूरी होनी चाहिए।

• UR पदों के लिए: First class degree / minimum 60% marks की शर्त दी गई है। UR पद के लिए आवेदन करने वाले SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD उम्मीदवारों पर भी यह qualification standard लागू होता है।
• Reserved पदों के लिए: Notification में applicable reserved category candidates के लिए minimum 50% marks दिए गए हैं। इस भर्ती में एक ST vacancy है।
• Equivalent qualification: Institution of Engineers (India) की Sections A & B examination भी notification में बताई गई Government equivalence और AICTE recognition की शर्तों पर स्वीकार्य है।
• CGPA/DGPA: Percentage स्पष्ट न होने पर university/institution की conversion formula का document देना होगा।

यदि institution की कोई conversion formula नहीं है, तो advertisement authorized representative द्वारा signed undertaking का प्रावधान बताता है; उसी स्थिति में 10-point scale पर minimum 6 को 60% माना जाएगा। अपनी ओर से arbitrary CGPA conversion न करें।

2 Years Experience: कौन-सा काम Relevant है?

Notification में कम-से-कम 2 वर्ष का post-qualification experience निम्न कामों से संबंधित माँगा गया है:

• Airport planning;
• Airfield pavements की design;
• Detailed estimates की preparation.

केवल designation में “Civil Engineer” लिखा होना पर्याप्त प्रमाण नहीं है। आपके experience certificate और supporting records से काम की अवधि के साथ relevant responsibilities भी स्पष्ट होनी चाहिए।

Experience calculation में क्या शामिल नहीं है?

Notification के अनुसार training period, on-the-job training के अपवाद को छोड़कर, तथा internship, teaching, academic, fellowship और PhD research experience को आवश्यक अनुभव में नहीं गिना जाएगा।

Apprenticeship का अलग प्रावधान: Apprentices Act, 1961 के अंतर्गत relevant discipline/area की apprenticeship training minimum post-qualification experience के लिए विचारणीय है, बशर्ते बाकी सभी eligibility conditions पूरी हों। हर internship को apprenticeship के बराबर न मानें।

Document tip: Offer letter अकेले experience proof नहीं है। Joining/relieving records, experience certificate और current employment की continuity दिखाने वाले salary records जैसे supporting documents तैयार रखें।

Qualification date तय करने के लिए advertisement की General Instructions, clause 11 में final examination, result, marksheet और degree dates संबंधी विशेष नियम हैं। केवल degree print होने की तारीख से अनुभव गिनना सही नहीं हो सकता; अपने records को उस clause से मिलाएँ।

Age Limit और Relaxation कैसे समझें?

सामान्य upper age limit 32 वर्ष है। Age तथा अन्य eligibility conditions की cutoff 8 October 2026 है।

Civil discipline की suitability table में locomotor disability के लिए OA/OL तथा hearing impairment के लिए HI दिया गया है। संबंधित functional classification और physical requirements को पूरा पढ़ें।

Cutoff date पर उम्र समझने के लिए Candidate Tools तथा age limit और relaxation guide उपयोगी हो सकते हैं। Tool का calculation किसी reservation benefit या eligibility की आधिकारिक पुष्टि नहीं है।

Salary, Probation और Posting

Assistant Manager (Civil Engineer / Airports) का notified pay scale ₹40,000–₹1,40,000 है। सामान्यतः pay scale के minimum पर pay fix किया जाएगा। पात्र Government/PSU कर्मचारियों के लिए proper channel/NOC और company policy के अधीन pay protection का प्रावधान है।

Basic pay के अतिरिक्त applicable DA, allowances, Performance Related Pay, medical facilities, HRA/lease accommodation और company rules के अनुसार retirement-related benefits दिए गए हैं।

• शुरुआत में probation की अवधि एक वर्ष होगी।
• Confirmation performance, documents की verification और निर्धारित screening test से जुड़ा है।
• Confirmation order जारी होने तक probation जारी रह सकता है।
• Posting company की जरूरत के अनुसार भारत में कहीं भी या विदेश में हो सकती है।
• Notification के अनुसार दो वर्ष की service पूरी होने तक outside jobs के लिए employee application forward नहीं किया जाएगा।

Application Fee: Category Table के साथ Footnote भी पढ़ें

SC/ST/PwD candidates से ली गई fee, applicable written exam/interview में participation तथा category certificate scrutiny के बाद, GST/bank charges काटकर source account में refund करने का प्रावधान है। इसके लिए fee payment के समय category certificate upload करना आवश्यक बताया गया है। EWS के लिए इसी refund benefit का उल्लेख नहीं है।

Payment सफल होने के बाद invoice download करें। Invoice generate/download न होने पर registration details के साथ rectt@rites.com पर समय रहते संपर्क करें। बिना successful fee payment वाला application incomplete माना जाएगा।

Selection Process और Written Test Pattern

Selection में written test, documents की scrutiny, original document verification और interview शामिल हैं। Appointment के लिए RITES standards के अनुसार medical fitness भी जरूरी है।

Interview और Final Merit

• Interview के लिए vacancy संख्या के मुकाबले 1:6 ratio में candidates बुलाने का प्रावधान है।
• Written Test का weightage 60% और Interview का 40% है।
• Interview में Technical & Professional Proficiency के लिए 30 तथा Personality, Communication & Competency के लिए 10 का weightage दिया गया है।
• Interview में UR/EWS के लिए minimum 60%; applicable reserved posts पर SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD के लिए 50% qualifying standard है।
• Aggregate के लिए अलग minimum qualifying marks नहीं दिए गए हैं।
• Selection process में Hindi या English का विकल्प दिया गया है।

Minimum qualifying marks प्राप्त करना interview call या final selection की guarantee नहीं है। Written result, vacancies और eligibility scrutiny भी महत्वपूर्ण हैं।

Official Syllabus: Civil / Airports में क्या पढ़ना है?

इस recruitment का syllabus airport engineering पर केंद्रित है। नीचे official topics को पढ़ने में आसानी के लिए समूहों में व्यवस्थित किया गया है; यह topic-wise marks distribution नहीं है।

Preparation के लिए Practical Approach

Editorial study advice: अपनी तैयारी को official syllabus की checklist से शुरू करें। Airport planning और pavement design के concepts revise करने के बाद quantity, BOQ, drainage तथा measurement problems की practice करें। अपने project experience से interview के लिए ऐसे उदाहरण तैयार करें जिनमें आपकी responsibility और technical decision स्पष्ट हो।

Written test में 125 questions के लिए 150 minutes हैं—औसतन लगभग 72 seconds प्रति question। यह केवल time-management calculation है। Practice में आसान questions पहले हल करने और कठिन questions पर बाद में लौटने की strategy जाँचें। Official subject-wise question count दिया नहीं गया है।

Written Test Centres

Notification में Delhi/Gurgaon, Kolkata, Bangalore, Mumbai, Bhubaneswar और Guwahati दिए गए हैं। Online application में दो centre preferences देनी होंगी।

Delhi/Gurgaon के अलावा बाकी centres tentative हैं और candidate संख्या तथा RITES के निर्णय पर निर्भर करेंगे। Preference वाला centre मिलना सुनिश्चित नहीं है। Exact address और reporting details अलग से बताई जाएँगी। Selection process के लिए TA/DA payable नहीं है।

RITES Recruitment 2026: Online Apply कैसे करें?

1. Official website खोलें: RITES website के Career section में जाएँ।
2. सही vacancy पहचानें: VC No. RG/30/26 और Assistant Manager (Civil Engineer / Airports) वाला advertisement चुनें।
3. Eligibility का मिलान करें: Qualification, marks, age, airport-related experience और category conditions जाँचें।
4. Registration करें: Generated Registration Number सुरक्षित रखें। आगे login और communication में इसकी जरूरत होगी।
5. Application भरें: Personal details, education और experience dates documents के अनुसार दर्ज करें।
6. Documents upload करें: सभी relevant certificates तथा प्रत्येक claimed experience period का proof clear scans में upload करें।

Document Checklist: Apply करने से पहले तैयार रखें

• High School certificate — date of birth proof;
• Academic/professional qualification certificates और सभी applicable semester/year marksheets;
• University/institution का percentage conversion document, जहाँ आवश्यक हो;
• Applicable category और PwBD certificates;
• Identity और address proof तथा PAN card;
• प्रत्येक claimed employment period के supporting records;
• Current employment की continuity दिखाने वाले relevant documents;
• Salary/CTC proof के लिए applicable salary slip, Form 16, earning card या अन्य suitable document;
• Application में किए गए अन्य claims के supporting certificates.

Experience records को chronological order में, advertisement के upload instructions के अनुसार single PDF में व्यवस्थित करें। केवल offer letter पर निर्भर न रहें। Scan साफ हों और dates तथा designation पढ़े जा सकें।

Document verification/interview के लिए: Printed और signed application, originals, self-attested copies, एक recent passport-size colour photograph तथा Annexure-A की दो भरी हुई copies तैयार रखें। Annexure-A official PDF के page 10 पर है। Call letter में दिए additional instructions भी लागू होंगे।

Government/PSU आदि में regular employment वाले उम्मीदवार proper channel/NOC की शर्त पढ़ें। Interview के बाद दिया गया NOC specified pay protection/joining benefits के लिए स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
