RITES Assam Consultant Recruitment 2026: Overview

Post-wise Vacancies, Qualification और Experience

VC number ध्यान से चुनें: Advertisement 2026 में जारी है, लेकिन तीन Civil positions के VC numbers में /25 है। Form में इन्हें अनुमान से /26 न करें। ICT का code YP/61-R1/26 है।

ICT Engineer की Additional Eligibility

• Latest hospital software, databases, front ends और cloud systems का knowledge तथा experience।
• English पर अच्छा command।
• Assamese language पर अच्छा command रखने वाले candidate को preference।
• Hospital Management Information System में minimum one project का evidence।

सिर्फ सामान्य IT experience को hospital-system project requirement का replacement न मानें। CV में project, अपनी भूमिका, technology और relevant dates स्पष्ट रखें।

Civil Positions में Preference और Language

Construction Manager के लिए hospital/high-rise building projects में Project Manager या Construction Manager की capacity में direct site experience को preference दी गई है। तीनों Civil roles में English और Hindi की working knowledge चाहिए।

Road, railway या अन्य civil works का अनुभव अपने आप high-rise building construction experience नहीं बन जाता। अपने projects की relevance को notification की exact requirement से मिलाएँ।

Age और Experience की Cutoff Date

चारों positions की maximum age 62 years है। Age, experience और अन्य eligibility criteria 20 October 2026 तक reckon किए जाएँगे।

General terms में extensions satisfactory performance और project requirement पर निर्भर हैं तथा 65 वर्ष की आयु से आगे extension नहीं देने की शर्त है। 65 years extension ceiling है, initial application age limit नहीं।

Candidate Tools Age Calculator में 20 October 2026 cutoff रखें। Final eligibility supporting documents और RITES के assessment पर निर्भर है।

कौन-सा Experience Count नहीं होगा?

Advertisement के अनुसार training, internship, teaching, academic, fellowship और PhD research experience को required experience में count नहीं किया जाएगा।

Example: यदि Civil degree holder के पास 10 वर्ष qualifying high-rise construction experience है, तो experience threshold के आधार पर Construction Supervisor role देखा जा सकता है। वही 10 वर्ष Field Engineer की 12-year या Construction Manager की 15-year requirement पूरी नहीं करते। बाकी conditions अलग से लागू होंगी।

Qualification Acquiring Date का विशेष Rule

RITES ने qualifying qualification की date के लिए नीचे दिए dates में earliest का प्रावधान दिया है:

• Final qualifying examination वाले महीने का last day; exact written-exam date stated होने पर वह date।
• Result declaration date।
• Marksheet issue date।
• Degree issue date।

इस recruitment-specific rule के अनुसार records जाँचें। सामान्य eligibility guide की किसी default date को यहाँ सीधे लागू न करें।

ICT Engineer: ₹7,560 Per Day को Monthly Salary न समझें

ICT role के लिए additional terms विशेष रूप से महत्वपूर्ण हैं:

• Total work requirement 12 months on an intermittent basis है।
• यह work period पूरे 3-year project tenure या project completion तक spread होगा।
• Services लेने से कम से कम 7 days पहले intimation दी जाएगी, जिसमें stint की dates और working days बताए जाएँगे।
• ₹7,560 केवल marked attendance के आधार पर payable है।
• Work periods के बीच weekly off और Gazetted Holidays के लिए payment नहीं है।

Illustrative calculation: किसी stint में 10 eligible attended days होने पर service-payment calculation 10 × ₹7,560 = ₹75,600 होगी, applicable tax deductions से पहले। यह 10 days की guaranteed deployment नहीं है।

Company द्वारा बुलाए जाने पर valid tickets और journey proof के आधार पर New Delhi–Guwahati round-trip air travel का actual reimbursement बताया गया है। Multi-city या अन्य routes covered नहीं हैं। इसे interview travel reimbursement न समझें; interview के लिए general terms में TA/DA नहीं है।

Civil Roles: Project Duration और Contract Duration का अंतर

तीनों Civil roles के लिए tentative project/work duration 30 months है, लेकिन initial engagement 12 months की है। Performance और project requirement के अनुसार extension हो सकती है। पूरे 30 months की guaranteed engagement मानना सही नहीं होगा।

Advertised payments services के लिए हैं; इन्हें permanent PSU pay scale या guaranteed in-hand salary न समझें। Notification के अनुसार PF/ESI/Gratuity जैसे statutory employee benefits का entitlement नहीं दिया गया है। Applicable TDS काटा जाएगा।

Individual Consultant का status independent consultant है। General terms में own insurance responsibility, conflict-of-interest conditions और full-time appointment होने पर दूसरी assignment न लेने की शर्त भी है। Joining/assignment completion और interview के लिए TA/DA admissible नहीं बताया गया है।

Important Dates और Interview Venue

Advertisement इस schedule को tentative dates के अंतर्गत देता है। Candidate-wise schedule और आगे के updates RITES Selection Schedule page पर देखें। अपने reporting slot के लिए latest communication follow करें।

Online document scrutiny/interview का link registered email ID या official chat group से साझा किया जाएगा। Application के बाद published schedule के अनुसार selection process के लिए report करें। Online mode चुनने पर link/slot की स्थिति समय से जाँचें।

Selection Process: Interview के बाद भी Client Approval जरूरी

1. Online application और uploads: Registration के साथ relevant documents submit करें।
2. Document scrutiny: Qualification, age और experience proof की जाँच होगी।
3. Interview: Scrutiny के बाद eligible/shortlisted candidates को interview में अनुमति मिलेगी।
4. Assessment: Technical skills, subject knowledge, experience, communication और interpersonal skills देखे जाएँगे।
5. Client approval: Suitable candidates के CV client के साथ share होंगे। Approved CV वाले candidate को engagement letter जारी किया जा सकता है।
6. Deployment: Work/project award तथा company/client requirement के अधीन होगा।

Online Application Guide: Step by Step

1. RITES Vacancies page खोलें और संबंधित VC number का advertisement पढ़ें।
2. Official Online Registration खोलें। अपनी qualification/experience के अनुरूप post चुनें।
3. Personal details, active email और identity-proof details सही भरें। यही identity proof आगे original में प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
4. Academic qualification तथा experience periods को supporting records के अनुरूप भरें।
5. सभी relevant scanned documents clear और readable रूप में upload करें।
6. Final submission से पहले VC number, dates और attachments जाँचें। Submitted application alter नहीं की जा सकती।
7. Generated Registration Number और submitted form की copy सुरक्षित रखें।
8. Form print करके sign करें; originals और self-attested copies scrutiny/interview के लिए तैयार रखें।
9. Annexure-A पूरा करें और official instructions के अनुसार upload/produce करें।
10. 21–23 October scrutiny window और 27–28 October interview schedule की तैयारी रखें।

Candidate किसी भी संख्या में vacancies के लिए apply कर सकता है, लेकिन हर selected post की eligibility अलग से पूरी होनी चाहिए। Application fee सभी categories of posts के लिए Nil है।

Form भरते समय पाँच जरूरी Checks

Experience Checklist: केवल “15 Years Experience” लिखना पर्याप्त नहीं

RITES के लिए experience की अवधि के साथ उसका nature भी relevant होना चाहिए। अपनी working sheet में नीचे की entries तैयार करें:

Current employment के लिए advertisement experience certificate/joining letter के साथ last three months’ salary slips अथवा last financial year/latest Form 16 और continuity साबित करने वाले अन्य documents का उल्लेख करता है। Salary/CTC proof के लिए suitable records भी माँगे गए हैं।

Employer certificate में project detail कम हो तो उपलब्ध authentic supporting records से claim स्पष्ट करें। Confidential project/client material बिना अनुमति share न करें। Unsupported experience claim rejection का कारण बन सकता है।

Documents और Annexure-A Filling Guide

PDF के page 13 पर Annexure-A document checklist है। Page 14 “For official use only” है; उस verification section को candidate न भरे।

• Printed और signed online application, Registration Number सहित।
• 10th/High School certificate for DOB और 12th marksheet।
• Diploma/Graduation के सभी semester/year marksheets और certificates।
• Post-graduation/अन्य qualification records, जहाँ लागू हों।
• Past experience certificates और current-employment supporting records।
• Identity/address proof, Aadhaar और PAN, checklist के अनुसार।
• Applicable relieving letter/experience certificate; Government/PSU employees के लिए NOC जहाँ लागू हो।
• Recent passport-size colour photographs।

Photo count: Main document list में एक photograph और Annexure-A में दो recent colour photographs हैं। दोनों requirements पूरा करने के लिए दो photographs तैयार रखें।

Annexure-A कैसे भरें?

1. हर document के सामने Submitted column में सही Y/N भरें। Not applicable entry हो तो remarks में स्पष्ट करें।
2. Experience certificates की list chronological order में लिखें।
3. Blood group, marital status/spouse details जहाँ लागू हों, और category की entries भरें।
4. Declaration के नीचे signature, name और document-submission date लिखें।
5. Post name तथा exact VC number दर्ज करें।
6. Originals तथा self-attested copies तैयार रखें। Online scrutiny के लिए भी instructions के अनुसार उपस्थित रहना जरूरी है।

PDF Merger और Candidate Tools Document Checklist से files व्यवस्थित कर सकते हैं। Portal के actual file-size/format instructions follow करें; advertisement से कोई unlisted upload limit assume न करें।

Interview Preparation: Post के अनुसार क्या तैयार करें?

RITES ने technical knowledge, experience और communication को assessment parameters बताया है। नीचे practice suggestions हैं, official question bank या अलग syllabus नहीं।

अपना उत्तर इस Structure में तैयार करें

Project context → आपकी जिम्मेदारी → समस्या → आपका action → verified result → supporting record. केवल employer का बड़ा नाम बताने के बजाय अपना actual contribution समझाएँ। Numbers तभी दें जब उन्हें support कर सकें।

पाँच दिन का Practical Preparation Plan

1. Day 1: Eligibility और documents audit; experience gaps पहचानें।
2. Day 2: दो relevant projects की concise summaries बनाएँ।
3. Day 3: Applied role के technical concepts और real site/system decisions revise करें।
4. Day 4: Mock interview करें; answers की clarity और unsupported claims सुधारें।
5. Day 5: Annexure-A, originals/copies तथा online connectivity या in-person logistics जाँचें।

Online candidate camera, microphone, internet और readable documents पहले तैयार रखे। In-person candidate travel/stay अपने खर्च पर plan करे; interview TA/DA नहीं है।

Application online portal से ही करनी है। नीचे का email केवल genuine clarification के लिए है, application submission का विकल्प नहीं। पहले advertisement और official FAQs पढ़ें।

RITES ने VC number, registration/roll number, full name और registered email सहित query भेजने को कहा है। Registration issue के कारण number नहीं बना हो तो number invent न करें; उस समस्या को साफ लिखें। Last-minute query पर निर्भर रहने के बजाय समय से clarification माँगें।

Final Checklist Before Submission

• सही post और VC number चुना है।
• Age तथा experience 20 October 2026 पर calculate किया है।
• Degree/Diploma route के अनुसार years requirement पूरी है।
• Relevant project experience के supporting records हैं।
• ICT की intermittent daily-payment या Civil की monthly-payment conditions समझी हैं।
• सभी scans upload किए हैं और submitted form save किया है।
• Annexure-A, originals और self-attested copies तैयार हैं।
• 20 October की 11:00 PM deadline और scrutiny/interview dates नोट हैं।
• Client approval और project requirement को final deployment की शर्त समझा है।
