RITES Consultant Recruitment 2026: Overview

Vacancies, eligibility और schedule का आधार RITES का official detailed advertisement है। आवेदन करते समय सही VC number चुनना जरूरी है।

Important Dates: Application, Document Scrutiny और Interview

Document scrutiny/interview online या in person हो सकता है। Registered email/official chat group पर online link भेजे जाने का प्रावधान है। Applications की संख्या के अनुसार RITES अलग date-wise schedule भी जारी कर सकता है।

Post-wise Vacancy और Monthly Payment

तीनों posts की location Haryana है। Notification में district/site का अलग नाम नहीं दिया गया है। Advertised vacancy count बदलने का अधिकार RITES ने सुरक्षित रखा है।

1. Senior Resident Engineer / S&T Eligibility

VC No.: YP/26-R1/26

Educational qualification

Recognised university/institution से Electrical या Electronics Engineering में diploma अथवा equivalent qualification निर्धारित है। इसी discipline में engineering degree preferred है। Indian Railways के Retired/VRS Gazetted Officer या दूसरे देशों की equivalent railway system background को भी preference clause में शामिल किया गया है।

Total experience

• Diploma के बाद: Railway Signalling infrastructure projects में 10 वर्ष का experience.
• Degree के बाद: इसी क्षेत्र में 7 वर्ष का experience.

इसके साथ relevant experience का कोई एक route

1. PMC/Construction/General Consultant/Signalling Contractor route: RRI/SSI/PI से जुड़े काम में degree के बाद कम-से-कम 4 वर्ष या diploma के बाद 6 वर्ष का experience.
2. ASTE/Assistant Manager route: Railways S&T में ASTE (Signal) या ऊपर; RITES/IRCON/RVNL में S&T Assistant Manager या ऊपर; अथवा notification में बताए equivalent grades/Site Engineer arrangements में कम-से-कम 5 वर्ष.
3. DSTE/Manager route: Railways S&T में DSTE (Signal) या ऊपर; RITES/IRCON/RVNL में S&T Manager या ऊपर; अथवा specified equivalent grades/Senior Site Engineer arrangements में कम-से-कम 3 वर्ष.

Equivalent organisations में notification के अनुसार Konkan Railway, MRVC, DFCCIL और Metro Rail Corporations शामिल हैं। Specific designation और contract-employment equivalence के लिए PDF की Category 1 की पूरी wording मिलाएँ।

2. QS and Billing Engineer Eligibility

VC No.: YP/28-R1/26

Qualification: Recognised university/institution से Civil Engineering में diploma या equivalent। Civil Engineering degree preferred है।

Relevant experience में project components के detailed estimates तैयार करना, billing, budgeting और cost control शामिल हैं। काम Railway Infrastructure projects या notification में वर्णित “eligible works” से संबंधित होना चाहिए। हर तरह के civil project को अपने-आप eligible मानकर आवेदन न करें।

काल्पनिक self-check: किसी Civil Engineering graduate के पास 5 वर्ष की service है, लेकिन estimating/billing/budgeting/cost-control का relevant experience केवल 1 वर्ष है। वह केवल overall experience पूरा होने से इस post की 2-year relevant-experience condition पूरी नहीं करता।

3. Drawing & Design Engineer / S&T Eligibility

VC No.: YP/30-R1/26

Qualification: Electronics and Communication, Electronics या Electrical Engineering में recognised diploma/equivalent। इन्हीं disciplines में degree preferred है।

Total experience: Railway Signalling work की designing में diploma के बाद 7 वर्ष या relevant graduation के बाद 4 वर्ष।

Relevant experience के alternative routes

• Consultant/Contractor/OEM route: Graduation के बाद 2 वर्ष या diploma के बाद 4 वर्ष, PMC/General Consultant/Construction Agency/Signalling Contractor के साथ RRI/SSI/PI अथवा Electronic Interlocking system OEM से संबंधित निर्धारित experience.
• JE/Senior Executive route: Railways में JE (Signal)/JE (Design) या ऊपर, अथवा specified RITES/IRCON/RVNL/equivalent S&T grades में कम-से-कम 2 वर्ष का designing experience.
• SE/Assistant Manager route: Railways में SE (Signal)/SE (Design) या ऊपर, अथवा specified organisations के Assistant Manager/equivalent S&T grades में कम-से-कम 2 वर्ष का designing experience.

यह design-focused role है। केवल signalling installation, general maintenance या unrelated electrical work के वर्षों को automatically designing experience न मानें। अपने certificates में actual nature of work देखना जरूरी है।

Age Limit और Experience Cutoff कैसे जाँचें?

तीनों posts के लिए maximum age 63 वर्ष है। Age, experience और बाकी eligibility conditions की cutoff date 11 October 2026 है।

Initial engagement 12 महीने का है। Performance और project requirement के आधार पर extension संभव है, लेकिन notification के general terms के अनुसार 65 वर्ष की आयु के बाद extension नहीं दिया जाएगा। Entry age और extension ceiling दो अलग conditions हैं।

कौन-सा experience जोड़ते समय सावधानी रखें?

Notification teaching, academic, fellowship और PhD research experience को qualifying work experience का हिस्सा नहीं मानता। Internship भी count नहीं की जाती।

Training के बारे में post-table note में on-the-job training का exception है, जबकि General Instructions में training/internship को exclude किया गया है। यदि आपकी eligibility on-the-job training अवधि जोड़ने पर निर्भर करती है, तो इसे स्वतः eligible मानने के बजाय RITES से deadline से पहले written clarification लें।

Qualification प्राप्त करने की तारीख के लिए notification final examination, result, marksheet और degree dates में निर्धारित earliest-date rule देता है। अपने post-qualification experience की calculation करते समय General Instructions का संबंधित paragraph जरूर पढ़ें।

Consultancy Terms: ₹55,000–₹70,000 को Regular Salary Package न समझें

Notification के अनुसार selected person का status Independent Consultant होगा। यह arrangement RITES के regular staff-member status या employer–employee relationship के रूप में वर्णित नहीं है।

• Monthly payment: Senior Resident Engineer के लिए ₹70,000; बाकी दोनों posts के लिए ₹55,000.
• Payment basis: Registered attendance के आधार पर month पूरा होने के बाद payment.
• Benefits: Notification में PF/ESI/Gratuity जैसे statutory benefits की entitlement नहीं दी गई है।
• Tax: Applicable deductions के बाद payment होगा; quoted amount को guaranteed in-hand amount न मानें।
• Leave: प्रत्येक completed month के लिए 1.5 दिन; calendar year से आगे accumulation नहीं।
• Other assignments: Full-time engagement होने पर consultancy अवधि में अन्य assignment लेने की अनुमति नहीं है।
• TA/DA: Interview attend करने, assignment join करने या completion पर TA/DA admissible नहीं है।
• Insurance: Insurance arrangements की responsibility consultant पर रखी गई है।

Extension automatic नहीं है। Notification में normal notice arrangements के साथ termination की अलग contractual provisions भी हैं। Join करने का निर्णय लेने से पहले पूरी contractual section पढ़ें।

Selection Process: Interview के बाद भी Client Approval जरूरी है

1. Complete online application: Form और relevant documents submit करें।
2. Document scrutiny/verification: Qualification, age और claimed experience verify होगा।
3. Interview: केवल shortlisted/eligible candidates आगे जाएँगे।
4. Client CV approval: Suitable candidates के CV संबंधित client को भेजे जाएँगे।
5. Engagement/deployment: Client approval, work award और project/company requirement के आधार पर होगा।

Selection mode interview only है; इस advertisement में written examination निर्धारित नहीं है। Interview में technical skills, subject knowledge, experience, communication और interpersonal skills का assessment बताया गया है।

Interview और Document Scrutiny Venue

Online option: Video conferencing/online link registered email ID या official chat group के माध्यम से साझा किया जाएगा। Candidates को RITES की date-wise instructions और allotted schedule का पालन करना चाहिए।

Documents Checklist: Annexure-A भी तैयार रखें

Online application की registration number वाली copy print करके sign करें। Verification/interview के लिए originals और self-attested copies रखें। मुख्य documents:

• 10th/High School certificate — Date of Birth proof;
• 12th marksheet और applicable diploma/degree की सभी semester/year marksheets;
• Diploma/degree certificate और applicable higher qualifications;
• Previous employers के experience certificates;
• Claimed experience periods और relevant work का supporting evidence;
• Identity/address proof और PAN;
• Applicable relieving letter तथा Government/PSU employees का NOC;
• Filled Annexure-A — notification के अंत में दिया document checklist.

Current job का proof

Current employment के लिए experience certificate/joining letter के साथ पिछले 3 महीने की salary slips या last financial year/latest Form 16 तथा job continuity दिखाने वाले relevant records तैयार रखें। Salary/CTC claims के लिए suitable supporting documents भी माँगे गए हैं।

सभी scanned documents clear और readable होने चाहिए। Hard copies post/courier से RITES office नहीं भेजनी हैं। इन्हें online upload करना है और originals selection के समय प्रस्तुत करने हैं।

अपनी files व्यवस्थित करने के लिए government job application documents checklist पढ़ें। Recruitment-specific Annexure-A को इसके स्थान पर छोड़ें नहीं।

How to Apply Online for RITES Consultant Recruitment 2026

1. Official RITES website खोलें और Career section में जाएँ।
2. YP/26-R1/26, YP/28-R1/26 और YP/30-R1/26 वाला Individual Consultants advertisement पहचानें।
3. अपने qualification और experience से match करने वाला VC number चुनें।
4. Valid email ID के साथ online registration/application पूरा करें।
5. Identity proof की details सही भरें; वही original document आगे verification में उपलब्ध होना चाहिए।
6. Qualification, relevant experience और employment details भरकर supporting documents upload करें।
7. Filled Annexure-A और बाकी required records instructions के अनुसार तैयार/upload करें।
8. Preview में सभी entries जाँचें और 11 October 2026, 23:00 से पहले submit करें।
9. Generated registration number और submitted application copy सुरक्षित रखें।
10. 13–14 October की scrutiny और 15–16 October के interview schedule के लिए registered email तथा official updates देखें।

Interview Preparation: अपने Project Experience को Evidence के साथ रखें

नीचे role-based preparation suggestions हैं; ये RITES द्वारा जारी अलग syllabus नहीं हैं। Official assessment में technical knowledge और experience शामिल होने के कारण अपनी वास्तविक project responsibilities पर तैयारी उपयोगी होगी।

• Senior Resident Engineer / S&T: जिन RRI/SSI/PI projects पर काम किया, उनमें अपनी responsibility, coordination, technical decisions और project issues समझाने की तैयारी करें।
• QS and Billing Engineer: Estimates, quantity records, billing checks, budgeting और cost-control decisions के वास्तविक examples व्यवस्थित करें।
• Drawing & Design Engineer / S&T: Railway signalling design scope, drawing checks और संबंधित interlocking-system work में अपनी exact contribution स्पष्ट करें।

एक experience sheet में project name, employer, exact dates, designation और relevant responsibilities लिखें। Confidential client drawings या documents बिना अनुमति साझा न करें; supporting certificates और अनुमत professional examples का उपयोग करें।
