HPPSC Assistant Professor Anthropology Recruitment 2026 के लिए online applications आमंत्रित हैं। Relevant subject में Master’s qualification और NET/स्वीकार्य eligibility test अथवा notification में निर्धारित exemption पूरी करने वाले candidates इस अवसर की जाँच कर सकते हैं।

इस भर्ती को समझते समय designation के साथ employment terms पढ़ना जरूरी है। Advertisement में Group A — Job-Trainee और ₹35,000 प्रति माह emoluments दिए गए हैं। इसे regular Assistant Professor pay scale का offer मानकर आवेदन का निर्णय न लें।

HPPSC Anthropology Recruitment 2026: मुख्य जानकारी

Important dates: age cutoff और qualification cutoff अलग हैं

Age को application deadline पर calculate न करें। वहीं essential qualification deadline तक होनी चाहिए। परीक्षा में provisional admission मिलने से missing qualification पूरी नहीं मानी जाएगी।

Job-Trainee status और ₹35,000 salary का अर्थ

Recruitment और engagement, Himachal Pradesh Department of Personnel की 19 July 2025 की Job-Trainee scheme notification तथा बाद के applicable orders/guidelines के अनुसार governed होगी। Advertisement में monthly emoluments ₹35,000 बताए गए हैं।

इस notice के आधार पर regular UGC pay scale, अतिरिक्त allowances, निश्चित regularisation date या guaranteed in-hand amount का दावा नहीं किया जा सकता। वर्तमान नौकरी छोड़ने से पहले scheme और eventual appointment terms पढ़ें।

Educational qualification: Master’s और eligibility test

Master’s degree requirement

Relevant subject में good academic record के साथ Master’s degree level पर कम-से-कम 55% marks या equivalent grade चाहिए। Indian University की degree अथवा Government of India द्वारा recognised equivalent foreign degree का provision है।

Post Anthropology की है। किसी allied subject की degree को स्वतः relevant/equivalent मानने के बजाय doubtful cases में HPPSC से clarification लें।

NET / SLET / SET requirement

Candidate को UGC, CSIR या notice में स्वीकार्य equivalent/accredited eligibility test की requirement पूरी करनी होगी। Advertisement NET/SLET को minimum eligibility condition बताता है और specified PhD exemption का provision देता है।

SET की geographic validity: 1 June 2002 से पहले आयोजित UGC-accredited SET qualify करने वाले candidates के लिए notice में all-India eligibility का provision है। उस तारीख से आयोजित SET के लिए eligibility संबंधित state की universities/colleges तक सीमित बताई गई है। दूसरे राज्य का हाल का SET HP में स्वतः valid न मानें।

क्या PhD होने से NET automatically exempt है?

नहीं। Advertisement में 11 July 2009 से पहले M.Phil/PhD programme registration वाले specified PhD candidates के exemption के लिए ये conditions दी गई हैं:

• PhD regular mode में awarded हो।
• Thesis का evaluation कम-से-कम दो external examiners ने किया हो।
• Open PhD viva-voce हुआ हो।
• PhD work से दो research papers published हों, जिनमें कम-से-कम एक refereed journal में हो।
• PhD work पर conferences/seminars में कम-से-कम दो presentations हों।

इन conditions का certification notice में निर्दिष्ट university authorities से होना चाहिए। किसी अन्य PhD exemption claim को इस advertisement में स्वतः शामिल मानकर NET requirement न छोड़ें।

Master’s marks relaxation: UR vacancies का ध्यान रखें

Qualification section में SC/ST/OBC-NCL, specified disability categories और September 1991 से पहले Master’s pass करने वाले PhD holders के लिए 55% से 50% के provisions हैं। लेकिन advertisement की eligibility conditions relaxed standards पर selection और UR consideration के बारे में अलग restrictions भी बताती हैं।

Desirable qualification: Himachal Pradesh के customs, manners और dialects की जानकारी तथा राज्य की परिस्थितियों में कार्य करने की suitability।

Age limit और दूसरे राज्यों के candidates

Age limit 18–45 वर्ष, as on 1 January 2026 है। Matriculation/Secondary certificate में दर्ज DOB के अनुसार age जाँची जाएगी।

Notice के clarification के अनुसार listed HP reserved categories के लिए age relaxation संबंधित reserved vacancy उपलब्ध होने से जुड़ी है। इस advertisement में सभी 5 posts UR हैं, इसलिए सामान्य category-based five-year relaxation को automatically लागू न मानें। HP Government employees के applicable service-rule provisions अलग से जाँचें।

दूसरे राज्यों के reserved-category candidates को General/UR candidates माना जाएगा; HP reservation और state-specific age-relaxation benefits उपलब्ध नहीं होंगे। इसका अर्थ यह नहीं कि सभी outside-HP candidates barred हैं—उन्हें applicable UR eligibility पूरी करनी होगी।

Application fee: सभी के लिए ₹600

Advertisement की fee table स्पष्ट रूप से category या gender की परवाह किए बिना सभी candidates से ₹600 uniform fee बताती है। महिलाओं या reserved categories के लिए किसी दूसरी HPPSC भर्ती का exemption यहाँ लागू न करें।

• Payment online Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI या prescribed digital mode से करें।
• Fee deadline: 16 October 2026, 11:59 PM.
• Fee non-refundable है और किसी दूसरी examination के लिए reserve/adjust नहीं होगी।

Online application कैसे भरें?

1. HPPSC website पर Apply Online खोलें।
2. One Time Registration for Examinations में नया profile बनाएँ या existing account से login करें।
3. Dashboard में Advertisement 61/9-2026 — Assistant Professor (Anthropology) चुनें।
4. Personal details, qualification, category और eligibility claims भरें।
5. Required certificates, latest photo और signature upload करें।
6. हर uploaded document का preview खोलकर readability जाँचें।
7. ₹600 fee pay करके application final submit करें।
8. Submitted application और payment acknowledgement सुरक्षित रखें।

Submission के बाद सामान्य corrections/modifications की अनुमति नहीं है। Category change का सीमित prescribed procedure अलग है; इसे open correction window न समझें।

Documents checklist

• Matriculation certificate — age proof।
• Relevant degree certificates और सभी वर्षों की marksheets/consolidated marksheet।
• NET/SET या applicable exemption का documentary proof।
• PhD exemption claim होने पर आवश्यक university certification और supporting records।
• Category certificate तथा Bonafide Himachali certificate, जहाँ claim के लिए लागू हों।
• Experience certificate, जहाँ आवश्यक हो।
• Latest photograph और signature, portal की prescribed specifications में।
• Regular Government service में होने पर employer intimation और required NOC।

Selection process: Screening, SAT और Personality Test

सामान्य scheme में दो written papers और उसके बाद Personality Test है। दोनों papers एक ही दिन अलग sessions में आयोजित किए जाने का provision है।

Conditional exception: यदि eligible candidates और advertised posts का ratio 20 से कम हो, तो notice के अनुसार candidates को केवल Paper II और Personality Test देना होगा। Commission की आगे की exam notice से अपने case का schedule confirm करें।

Paper I: subject-wise marks

Paper I merit के आधार पर Paper II answer sheets evaluate की जाएँगी। Up to 25 vacancies के लिए scheme में advertised vacancies की 20 गुना answer sheets का provision है—इन 5 posts के लिए सामान्य गणना 100 होती है। Paper I में zero या negative marks पाने वाले merit list का हिस्सा नहीं होंगे।

Option E rule: unanswered question को खाली न छोड़ें

• Wrong answer: उस question के allotted marks का एक-चौथाई deduction।
• Multiple answers: wrong answer के समान penalty।
• Blank response: वही one-fourth penalty।
• Attempt नहीं करना हो: prescribed option E चुनें।

काल्पनिक उदाहरण: यदि किसी question का मूल्य 1 mark है, तो wrong या blank response पर 0.25 mark कटेगा। यह scoring illustration है; question-wise marks actual paper instructions से देखें।

SAT और Personality Test qualifying marks

Scheme में General-category SAT qualifying threshold 45%, अर्थात 54/120 और Personality Test threshold 40%, अर्थात 12/30 है। Reserved-category thresholds क्रमशः 40% और 30% दिए गए हैं, लेकिन इस all-UR advertisement में lower standards को अपने ऊपर स्वतः लागू न मानें।

Minimum marks हासिल करना interview call या selection की guarantee नहीं है। Final ranking SAT और Personality Test के marks से बनेगी; screening marks इस final 150 में शामिल नहीं हैं।

Anthropology syllabus और तैयारी कैसे शुरू करें?

Advertisement कहता है कि Paper II का detailed descriptive syllabus official website पर अलग से upload किया जाएगा। इसलिए generic Anthropology syllabus को इस recruitment का confirmed syllabus न मानें।

तब तक यह practical preparation approach रख सकते हैं:

• Screening: HP GK, national/international affairs और दोनों languages के लिए नियमित समय रखें।
• Subject revision: अपने postgraduate Anthropology notes व्यवस्थित करें; official SAT syllabus आने पर topic mapping करें।
• Descriptive practice: स्पष्ट introduction, concept explanation, relevant examples और concise conclusion के साथ answers लिखें।
• Timed practice: 3-hour descriptive paper के लिए writing speed और answer planning विकसित करें।
• Teaching discussion: किसी academic concept को students के लिए सरल तरीके से समझाने का अभ्यास करें। यह preparation suggestion है, घोषित interview syllabus नहीं।

Exam city, admit card और reporting instructions

Advertisement में examination station Shimla है। Commission centre बदल सकता है; CBT के लिए lab availability के अनुसार Himachal Pradesh में अन्य centre allot हो सकता है।

E-admit card official website से download करना होगा; post से नहीं भेजा जाएगा। Notice downloaded admit card पर prescribed space में self-attested या Gazetted Officer-attested passport-size photograph लगाने की बात कहता है। जारी admit card की instructions ध्यान से पढ़ें।

Answer-key objections और provisional rejection

Objective answer key पर objections के लिए publication day छोड़कर 5 दिन का समय और ₹100 प्रति objected question non-refundable fee निर्धारित है। Objection online supporting references के साथ देना होगा। Final answer key पर आगे representation स्वीकार नहीं होगा।

Provisionally rejected candidates के लिए notice में 10 दिन, Sundays और holidays सहित representation का provision है। इसलिए OTR account, email और Commission updates देखते रहें। इसे qualification cutoff के बाद missing eligibility हासिल करने की छूट न समझें।
