यहाँ 0 का अर्थ उस designation में vacancy नहीं दिखाई गई है। PwD और Ex-Servicemen vacancies घोषित संख्या में शामिल हैं; इन्हें 85 के ऊपर अतिरिक्त पद न जोड़ें।
Educational qualification और eligibility कैसे जाँचें?
Advertisement में educational qualifications को NMC guidelines dated 30 June 2025 के अनुसार निर्धारित किया गया है। इसमें प्रत्येक specialty और designation के लिए qualification, experience तथा publications की विस्तृत संख्यात्मक सूची नहीं दी गई है। इसलिए सभी पदों के लिए एक समान “MD/MS/DNB eligible” लिखकर पात्रता तय करना उचित नहीं है।
अपना आवेदन तैयार करते समय ये चार बातें मिलाएँ:
- Designation: Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor या Senior Resident—आप किस पद की requirements पूरी करते हैं?
- Specialty: आपकी qualification और experience संबंधित advertised department के लिए स्वीकार्य हैं या नहीं?
- Academic record: लागू teaching experience, publications और आवश्यक training/certification का documentary proof उपलब्ध है या नहीं?
- Medical registration: State Medical Council/NMC registration में संबंधित qualifications updated हैं या update के लिए आवेदन का प्रमाण उपलब्ध है?

Age limit: Faculty और Senior Resident के नियम अलग हैं

Age/eligibility का reference: notice में eligibility criteria को interview की तारीख के अनुसार बताया गया है। Government of India के prevailing norms के अनुसार age relaxation लागू होगी। इस notice में सभी categories की numeric relaxation अलग से नहीं दी गई है।
50 वर्ष वाले exception में department का नाम होने का अर्थ यह नहीं कि उस department में Senior Resident vacancy भी उपलब्ध है। ऊपर की vacancy table से दोनों बातें अलग-अलग मिलाएँ।
Final interview date की पुष्टि होने के बाद DOB से उम्र जाँचने के लिए Sarkari Nokrii Candidate Tools का उपयोग करें। Relaxation समझने के लिए Age Limit and Relaxation Guide उपयोगी है; calculator eligibility का आधिकारिक प्रमाण नहीं है।

ये notification में दिए remuneration figures हैं। इन्हें guaranteed in-hand salary न मानें। Applicable allowances, ESIC rules और tax deductions के अनुसार actual payment अलग हो सकता है।

Application fee का mode: Demand Draft, favouring “ESIC Saving Fund A/c No.-2”, payable at Namkum। Notice इसे application form के साथ जमा करने को कहता है।
₹30,000 security deposit joining पर अलग DD के माध्यम से लिया जाएगा। Successful completion of contract और No Dues Certificate देने पर refund की शर्त है। यह ₹500 application fee का हिस्सा नहीं है।
ESIC Ranchi Recruitment 2026 के लिए आवेदन कैसे करें?
Step 1: अपनी vacancy और category मिलाएँ
Official notification में department, designation और category देखें। एक से अधिक पदों के लिए आवेदन करना हो तो प्रत्येक post के लिए अलग application आवश्यक है।
Step 2: Prescribed application format प्राप्त करें
Notice में prescribed format अनिवार्य है और अन्य format या incomplete application को reject करने की बात कही गई है। उपलब्ध 7-page PDF में अलग application-form annexure शामिल नहीं है। ESIC Recruitment Section में संबंधित entry के attachments देखें; format न मिलने पर recruitment office से माँगें। साधारण CV को prescribed form का विकल्प न मानें।
Step 3: Self-attested documents तैयार करें
Application में दी जानकारी को degree, registration, experience और category documents से मिलाएँ। नीचे दी checklist के अनुसार readable copies तैयार रखें।
Step 4: लागू fee और submission details confirm करें
Fee exemption न होने पर ₹500 का DD निर्धारित नाम से तैयार करें। Email submission करने वाले उम्मीदवार exact submission address और original DD handling की पुष्टि कर लें।
Step 5: Deadline तक application पहुँचाएँ
Notice Speed Post, by hand अथवा email की अनुमति देता है और speedy delivery के लिए email की सलाह देता है। आवेदन 21 September 2026 तक प्राप्त होना चाहिए।

Step 6: Interview communication देखते रहें
Application के बाद registered email, spam folder और ESIC recruitment page नियमित देखें। Interview के लिए shortlist होना या provisional appearance मिलना final eligibility approval नहीं है।
Documents checklist: आवेदन और interview के लिए
Notification में निम्न documents की self-attested copies माँगी गई हैं:
- Class 10 marksheet/certificate — date of birth के लिए।
- MBBS की सभी marksheets, attempt certificate और degree certificate।
- MD/MS/DNB/अन्य संबंधित examinations की marksheets, attempt और degree certificates।
- लागू EWS/OBC/SC/ST/PwD certificate, Central Government job के निर्धारित format में।
- Recent passport-size photograph।
- Updated State/NMC medical registration certificate।
- Publications के प्रमाण और experience certificates।
- ICMR/NMC biomedical research examination completion certificate, यदि हो।
- NMC Revised/Basic Medical Education Workshop completion certificate, यदि हो।
- Relieving/NOC certificate, जहाँ लागू हो।
- Aadhaar और PAN card।
- Demand Draft, जहाँ fee लागू हो।

Medical registration update pending हो तो?
Notice के अनुसार updated registration न होने पर interview में update के लिए आवेदन का प्रमाण प्रस्तुत करना होगा। Updated registration अथवा applied proof, दोनों न होने पर interview की अनुमति नहीं मिल सकती या result withheld रह सकता है। चयन होने पर joining के समय updated registration certificate देना अनिवार्य है।
NOC अभी जारी नहीं हुआ हो तो?
Government/Autonomous/Statutory Institution में कार्यरत candidates को preferably interview के समय employer NOC रखना चाहिए। तत्काल उपलब्ध न होने पर NOC जारी करने के लिए दिए application की copy प्रस्तुत करने का प्रावधान है।
EWS और OBC certificate की जाँच
EWS certificate FY 2025–26 पर आधारित और 1 April 2026 या उसके बाद जारी होना चाहिए। OBC Non-Creamy Layer certificate Central Government के निर्धारित format और लागू amended instructions के अनुसार होना चाहिए।
Selection process और interview की तैयारी
Selection academic credentials और Selection Board के सामने interview performance के आधार पर होगा। Advertisement में written examination या academic/interview marks का numerical weightage नहीं दिया गया है।
Result ESIC recruitment section में प्रकाशित होगा। Offer of appointment email से भेजा जाएगा और joining उसी offer की instructions के अनुसार होगी। Interview में भाग लेने या documents जमा करने के लिए TA/DA नहीं मिलेगा।
व्यावहारिक तैयारी: अपना academic record आसानी से verify करवाएँ
ये preparation suggestions हैं, official interview syllabus नहीं:
- Experience timeline: degree completion से वर्तमान पद तक month/year के अनुसार service record बनाएँ।
- Publication index: प्रत्येक publication का title, journal, year और supporting copy क्रम से रखें।

आवेदन में किन गलतियों से बचें?
- पूरे 85 पदों को अपनी specialty की vacancies समझ लेना।
- Prescribed application की जगह केवल resume भेज देना।
- Interview की असंगत printed date को स्वयं बदलकर मान लेना।
- SR की 50-year exception को सभी departments पर लागू कर देना।
- Email application में original DD की प्रक्रिया confirm न करना।
- Faculty eligibility में experience/publication requirements जाँचे बिना केवल PG degree पर भरोसा करना।
- Application receipt deadline को dispatch deadline समझना।
- ₹30,000 security deposit को application fee समझकर पहले ही भेज देना।

क्या application fee सभी के लिए ₹500 है?
नहीं। SC/ST, महिला, Defence Ex-Servicemen और PH candidates को fee exemption है। अन्य categories के लिए ₹500 non-refundable fee है।
₹30,000 कब जमा करना है?
यह selected candidate का security deposit है, जो joining के समय देना है। Application fee से अलग है और notice की completion तथा no-dues conditions के अनुसार refundable है।
क्या केवल CV भेजकर आवेदन कर सकते हैं?

क्या selection के बाद private practice कर सकते हैं?
