Professor — 10 पद

Associate Professor — 16 पद

Department names ऊपर notification के अनुसार रखे गए हैं। अपने specialty और cadre की vacancy देखें; केवल institution का total vacancy count देखकर eligibility तय न करें।

Qualification, Teaching और Research Experience

Notice ने सभी posts के लिए एक समान degree या fixed experience-years table नहीं दी है। इसमें qualification, teaching और research experience को respective post तथा specialty के latest applicable NMC (MCI) notifications/guidelines के अनुसार पूरा करने को कहा गया है।

इसलिए “MD/MS के साथ इतने वर्ष अनुभव सभी पदों के लिए पर्याप्त” जैसा blanket claim सही नहीं होगा। अपने cadre, specialty और applicable qualification route को अलग-अलग जाँचें।

• Academic qualification और recognised institution के documents.
• Teaching appointments, designation और service dates का प्रमाण।
• Research papers/publications और संबंधित supporting records.
• Required professional registration certificate.

Central/State Government/PSU से equivalent posts पर retired candidates और recognised/approved private medical institutions में कार्यरत eligible candidates भी apply कर सकते हैं। Retired Army Medical Teachers के लिए अलग applicable provisions और experience-equivalence documents हैं।

Age Limit: Interview Date पर 67 वर्ष तक

Professor, Associate Professor और Assistant Professor के लिए age 25 September 2026 को 67 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।

Consolidated Remuneration

ऊपर वही figures दी गई हैं जो notification के remuneration table में हैं। इन्हें guaranteed take-home amount न मानें। Consolidated remuneration के अतिरिक्त अन्य allowances नहीं दिए जाने का उल्लेख है।

• ESIC tenure के दौरान private practice allowed नहीं है।
• Remuneration revision applicable government/ESIC provisions के अनुसार होगी।
• Retrospective rate revision के arrears के बारे में notice ने restriction दी है।

Contract की अवधि और जरूरी Conditions

Engagement अधिकतम पाँच वर्ष या faculty की 70 वर्ष age, जो पहले हो, तक होगी। साथ में termination और regular incumbent की appointment संबंधी conditions लागू हैं।

• यह purely contractual appointment है।
• दोनों पक्षों में से कोई भी एक महीने की notice पर contract terminate कर सकता है।
• Regular confirmation या continuation का अधिकार नहीं मिलता।
• पाँच वर्ष contractual tenure पूरा करने पर gratuity या अन्य pecuniary benefits की entitlement नहीं बताई गई है।
• Selected candidates को appointment offer मिलने के बाद immediately join करना होगा।

Application Fee और Demand Draft

जहाँ fee लागू हो, Demand Draft निम्न विवरण से तैयार करना है:

• Payee: ESI Savings Fund A/c No. 2
• Payable at: New Delhi
• Bank: Any scheduled bank
• DD issue date: Advertisement की issue date के बाद

Notice की issue date 14 September 2026 है। केवल Demand Draft accepted है; दूसरे payment mode से fee स्वीकार नहीं होगी। Fee non-refundable है।

Walk-in Interview: Date, Reporting और Venue

Reporting window को पूरे interview की duration न समझें। Documents की checking और interview में अलग समय लग सकता है; अपना दिन उसी अनुसार plan करें। ESIC ने आवश्यकता पड़ने पर venue बदलने का अधिकार रखा है, इसलिए यात्रा से पहले official updates देखें।

Application Form कहाँ से लें?

Interview Documents Checklist

• Prescribed application form, पूरी तरह भरा हुआ।
• दो recent passport-size photographs.
• Date of Birth proof.
• Academic qualification certificates.
• Teaching experience certificates.
• Research papers/publications के supporting documents.
• Applicable category/subcategory certificates.
• DMC registration certificate, जैसा notice में माँगा गया है; specialty-specific uncertainty पहले स्पष्ट करें।
• Applicable fee का Demand Draft.
• Retired candidates के लिए PPO, जहाँ applicable हो।
• Serving candidates के लिए employer का NOC.
• Retired AFMS Medical Teachers के लिए DGAFMS-issued equivalent teaching experience certificate.

Originals और self-attested copies दोनों रखें। केवल scanned documents या phone में images लेकर पहुँचना पर्याप्त नहीं होगा।

OBC/EWS और NOC की विशेष शर्तें

OBC/EWS certificates Central Government proforma में और interview date से एक वर्ष से अधिक पुराने नहीं होने चाहिए, जैसा notice में कहा गया है। EWS के लिए prescribed Income and Asset Certificate भी आवश्यक है।

Internal departmental candidates of ESIC Hospital Basaidarapur को NOC से छूट दी गई है, लेकिन HOD की written recommendation चाहिए। दूसरे serving candidates इस exception को अपने ऊपर लागू न करें।

Selection Process

Selection Board के सामने interview performance के आधार पर selection होगा। Result website पर प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा। Application submit करना या provisional interview opportunity मिलना selection की guarantee नहीं है।

Higher faculty post के लिए eligible candidates को lower faculty post के विरुद्ध interview की अनुमति का provision भी है। किसी upgradation का निर्णय eligibility और Selection Board recommendation के अनुसार होगा; इसे automatic higher designation/pay का अधिकार न समझें।

Candidate के लिए Practical Preparation

1. अपना row चुनें: Department, cadre और category को vacancy table से मिलाएँ।
2. Eligibility file बनाएँ: Degree, registration, teaching experience और publications को अलग sections में रखें।
3. Missing proof पहले पहचानें: Employment dates या publications के claims unsupported न रहें।
4. Form और DD समय पर तैयार करें: Interview की सुबह prescribed format या bank instrument खोजने पर निर्भर न रहें।
5. Joining readiness जाँचें: Notice immediate joining कहती है; current employer की obligations और NOC पहले संभालें।

यह organisation advice है; कोई additional official eligibility condition नहीं।
