Advertisement में कोई online registration window या email submission procedure नहीं दिया गया है। यहाँ apply करने का निर्धारित तरीका physical reporting है।

Eligibility: MBBS, Internship और Registration

Notification Junior Resident और Tutor के लिए निम्न common eligibility criteria देता है:

MBBS: Recognized university से MBBS degree।
Internship: Interview की तारीख तक internship पूरी होनी चाहिए।
Medical registration: Candidate NMC/MCI/State Medical Council के साथ registered होना चाहिए।
Age: Interview की तारीख पर 30 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं।

इस advertisement में MD/MS या minimum post-MBBS work experience की अलग अनिवार्य शर्त नहीं दी गई है। किसी दूसरे ESIC hospital की eligibility यहाँ स्वतः लागू न करें।

Internship चल रही है तो क्या समझें?

Notice internship completion को interview date से जोड़ता है। चूँकि interview date अभी घोषित नहीं है, unfinished internship वाले candidates को अपनी eligibility confirmed नहीं माननी चाहिए। Application stage पर उपलब्ध records सही-सही दिखाएँ और subsequent official schedule/clarification देखें।

तीन दस्तावेज अलग-अलग जाँचें: MBBS degree, internship completion certificate और medical council registration। केवल degree certificate होने से बाकी दो conditions स्वतः पूरी नहीं होतीं।

Age Limit और Cutoff Date

Maximum age 30 years as on the date of interview है। Advertisement date या 8 October application date को age cutoff बनाकर calculation न करें।

इस notice में SC/ST/OBC/PwBD आदि के लिए category-wise age relaxation की numerical table नहीं दी गई है। इसलिए कोई अतिरिक्त वर्ष मानकर eligibility तय न करें। लागू relaxation की जरूरत होने पर recruitment authority की official clarification देखें।

Cutoff date समझने के लिए हमारी age limit और relaxation guide उपयोगी है। Date calculation और document preparation के लिए Candidate Tools देख सकते हैं; ये official eligibility approval का विकल्प नहीं हैं।

Salary: लगभग ₹1,12,054 प्रति माह

Notification के अनुसार consolidated remuneration Central Government pay matrix के Level 10 के अनुसार होगी। इसमें लगभग ₹1,12,054 प्रति माह की राशि बताई गई है और ESIC Headquarters के संबंधित letter का संदर्भ दिया गया है।

इसे guaranteed in-hand salary न समझें। Notice में take-home calculation या विस्तृत allowance/deduction breakup नहीं है। Appointment offer में actual payable components और deductions देखें।

Tenure: क्या पूरे एक वर्ष की नौकरी सुनिश्चित है?

Seats अधिकतम एक वर्ष अथवा ESIC Bond Junior Resident और regular Tutor की joining तक भरी जाएँगी, जो पहले हो। इसलिए यह unrestricted permanent appointment या guaranteed full-year tenure नहीं है।

Private practice किसी भी प्रकार की allowed नहीं है।
Hostel accommodation/quarter availability के अनुसार मिल सकता है; allotment guaranteed नहीं है।
Authority vacancy न भरने, dates बदलने या interview cancel करने का अधिकार रखती है।
Document verification और interview के लिए TA/DA नहीं मिलेगा।
आने और ठहरने की व्यवस्था candidate को स्वयं करनी होगी।

Payment instruction: Main advertisement कहता है कि fee interview के समय केवल cash में collect की जाएगी।

Form और notice की wording में अंतर: Annexure-A में “DD No/Online Transaction No.” वाला generic field है, लेकिन main advertisement का specific instruction cash payment at interview है। केवल form field देखकर advance online payment या DD न बनवाएँ। Fee field को recruitment desk के निर्देशानुसार पूरा करें।

₹50,000 Security Deposit: Application Fee से अलग

Selected candidate को ₹50,000 security deposit जमा करना होगा। Advertisement इसे State Bank of India के ESI Fund Account No. 1, payable at MIA, Alwar से जोड़ता है।

यह ₹500 application fee नहीं है और इसे सभी applicants से advance application payment के रूप में नहीं माँगा गया है। Selection के बाद exact payment procedure और account details official appointment instructions से लें।

Notice में refund timeline, forfeiture conditions या detailed deposit policy नहीं दी गई है। Joining decision से पहले इन शर्तों को लिखित appointment terms में समझें; deposit को स्वतः refundable या non-refundable मानना उचित नहीं होगा।

Selection Process: Interview और Possible Screening

Terms के अनुसार selection और merit oral interview के आधार पर होंगे। साथ ही notice आवश्यक होने पर screening test की संभावना रखता है।
