APPSCCE 2026 Syllabus: Prelims, Mains, Optional and Study Plan

APPSCCE syllabus 2026 की तैयारी में national General Studies के साथ Arunachal Pradesh की history, society, geography, administration और development को जोड़ना जरूरी है। Updated syllabus में state-specific topics केवल अतिरिक्त general knowledge नहीं हैं—वे Prelims, Mains GS I और Essay का घोषित हिस्सा हैं।

यह guide exam pattern को practical preparation से जोड़ता है। पहले selection stages समझें, फिर subject-wise checklist बनाएँ और अंत में अपने current level के अनुसार study plan अपनाएँ।

APPSCCE क्या है और यह guide किसके लिए है?

APPSCCE का पूरा नाम Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Combined Competitive Examination है। यह guide Arunachal Pradesh की परीक्षा के लिए है; Andhra Pradesh APPSC या किसी दूसरे राज्य की Combined Competitive Examination का syllabus नहीं है।

2026 recruitment में 135 posts notified हैं। इस article का मुख्य उद्देश्य syllabus, paper strategy और preparation है; vacancies, application fee, reservation और physical requirements के लिए linked recruitment guide तथा official advertisement देखें।

Exam pattern: Prelims और final merit में अंतर

• Prelims screening stage है; उसके marks final merit में नहीं जुड़ते।
• CSAT में minimum 33%, अर्थात 66/200 चाहिए।
• दोनों Prelims papers में उपस्थित होना mandatory है।
• Mains के सात merit papers का total 1,750 और interview का 275 है।
• Final merit total 2,025 है; qualifying English के 300 marks इसमें नहीं जुड़ते।
• Prelims question papers English में होंगे।

Prelims Paper I: General Studies syllabus

Official base syllabus और amendment को मिलाकर ये areas तैयार करने हैं:

इन topics को पढ़ने का practical तरीका

Polity में institution का नाम याद करने के साथ उसका काम समझें। Geography में map और process जोड़ें। Economy में definitions के साथ cause-effect relation पढ़ें। History में chronology तथा events के बीच संबंध बनाएँ।

हर topic के बाद छोटा MCQ set करें। गलत answer के सामने केवल correct option न लिखें—यह भी लिखें कि गलती concept, fact, question-reading या unsupported guess में से किस वजह से हुई।

Prelims Paper II: CSAT syllabus और strategy

• Reading comprehension।
• Interpersonal skills, including communication skills।
• Logical reasoning और analytical ability।
• Decision-making और problem-solving।
• General mental ability।
• Basic numeracy: numbers, relations और orders of magnitude जैसे Class X स्तर के areas।
• Data interpretation: charts, graphs, tables और data sufficiency, Class X स्तर।

CSAT diagnostic कैसे करें?

1. Official previous paper को timed conditions में solve करें।
2. Comprehension, numeracy और reasoning की performance अलग दर्ज करें।
3. Accuracy अच्छी लेकिन paper अधूरा है तो time management सुधारें।
4. Basic calculations या comprehension बार-बार गलत हों तो पहले foundation पर काम करें।

Daily practice की मात्रा diagnostic से तय करें। Mathematics में confidence होने से comprehension अपने-आप मजबूत नहीं हो जाती, और अच्छी English होने से quantitative section स्वतः पूरा नहीं होगा।

Negative marking और attempt strategy

2026 advertisement objective questions के wrong answers पर one-third negative marking बताता है। Calculation करते समय question के allotted marks के अनुसार deduction समझें और actual paper instructions पढ़ें।

काल्पनिक उदाहरण: यदि practice set में प्रत्येक question 2 marks का है, तो 45 correct और 15 wrong पर score 90 − 10 = 80 होगा। केवल attempted questions की संख्या देखकर performance न मापें।

दो rounds की practice कर सकते हैं: पहले स्पष्ट questions; फिर समय बचने पर वे questions जिनमें elimination का ठोस आधार हो। इसे अपनी mock performance से परखें, fixed “इतने attempts safe हैं” formula न मानें।

Mains syllabus: paper-wise coverage

Qualifying English — 300 marks

इस paper में comprehension, précis writing, usage/vocabulary और short essays शामिल हैं। Syllabus इसे matriculation या equivalent standard का qualifying paper बताता है। Answers English में देने हैं।

2026 advertisement के अनुसार सभी categories को 33%, अर्थात 99/300 हासिल करना होगा। English qualify करने पर ही अन्य subject papers evaluate किए जाएँगे। इसलिए इसे तैयारी के आखिरी कुछ दिनों पर न छोड़ें।

Practice: सप्ताह में एक précis, एक comprehension set और एक short essay करें। शब्द-सीमा, मूल passage का अर्थ और grammatical clarity पर feedback लें।

Essay — 250 marks: updated structure

Essay preparation में generic national issues के साथ Arunachal-specific content bank बनाना जरूरी है। Introduction, arguments, examples, counterview और balanced conclusion का अभ्यास करें।

GS I — History, culture, geography and society

• Indian art, literature और architecture; ancient से modern periods।
• Modern Indian history, freedom struggle और प्रमुख contributors।
• Post-independence consolidation और reorganisation।
• World history: industrial revolution, wars, colonialism/decolonisation और political philosophies।
• Indian society, diversity, women, population, poverty, urbanisation और globalisation।
• Social empowerment, communalism, regionalism और secularism।

Arunachal-specific syllabus: यह हिस्सा छोड़ना महँगा पड़ सकता है

Official 2026 syllabus PDF के अंतिम दो pages में 2024 amendment संलग्न है। इसे base syllabus के साथ पढ़ना है।

Prelims में जोड़ा गया क्षेत्र

North-East की history और Arunachal Pradesh के land, people, economy तथा heritage की basic understanding।

Mains GS I में शामिल state/regional topics

1. North-East की topography, river systems, transport, communication और natural hazards।
2. Arunachal के land, people, history और culture।
3. Traditional village institutions, including chieftainship system।
4. Mines, minerals, water resources, forests और wildlife।
5. Location, physiography, climate और biodiversity।
6. Trade, commerce और economy।
7. Social और developmental issues।
8. McMahon Line।
9. Administrative evolution of Arunachal Pradesh।
10. Bengal Eastern Frontier Regulation, 1873 — Inner Line Permit से संबंधित topic।
11. Assam Frontier (Administration of Justice) Regulation, 1945।
12. North East Frontier (Tracts) Administration Regulation, 1954 तथा North East Frontier Agency (Administration) Regulation, 1965।

यह सूची syllabus topics बताती है; संबंधित laws के वर्तमान legal interpretation का विकल्प नहीं है। Historical evolution पढ़ते समय अलग-अलग वर्ष और provisions को एक-दूसरे में न मिलाएँ।

State notes को पाँच folders में बाँटें

• Map folder: rivers, physiography, transport और resources।
• History folder: chronology, administration और प्रमुख institutional developments।
• Society folder: culture, communities और traditional institutions; बिना आधार generalisation न करें।
• Development folder: economy, livelihoods, infrastructure और social services।
• Issue folder: current issue → background → stakeholders → challenges → possible response।

जहाँ figures इस्तेमाल करें, source और year साथ लिखें। अलग years के statistics को मिलाकर trend न बनाएँ। State departments, official reports और reliable primary records से facts verify करें।

Optional subjects: एक subject चुनें, दो papers होंगे

Optional के दो papers, 250 marks प्रत्येक, कुल 500 marks के हैं। नीचे rules में listed choices हैं:

Optional चुनने का तीन-दिन का test

1. Day 1: अधिकतम दो realistic subjects shortlist करें। दोनों के complete syllabus पढ़ें।
2. Day 2: प्रत्येक का एक topic पढ़कर कुछ previous questions के answer outlines बनाएँ।
3. Day 3: familiarity, interest, resources, feedback access और completion time की तुलना करें।

Qualifying marks और selection cutoff अलग हैं

उदाहरण: किसी candidate के सात merit papers का aggregate minimum से ऊपर है, लेकिन एक paper में applicable minimum नहीं है। केवल aggregate पर्याप्त नहीं होगा। इसी तरह minimum eligibility threshold पार करना competitive shortlist की guarantee नहीं है।

Mains admission के लिए लगभग vacancies के 12 गुना तथा interview के लिए 1:3 ratio, अथवा Commission के निर्णय के अनुसार, candidates बुलाए जाने का provision है।

11-week study plan: 21 September से 6 December 2026

यह preparation framework है, official timetable नहीं। शुरुआत बिल्कुल zero से हो तो 11 सप्ताह में पूरी mastery का दावा realistic नहीं होगा। अपने diagnostic के अनुसार targets चुनें और weekly progress से plan बदलें।

Optional और English को शुरुआती सप्ताहों में छोटे consistent slots दें। Prelims के नजदीक objective revision की जरूरत बढ़ेगी; balance अपने preparation level के अनुसार बदलें।

Daily timetable: full-time और working candidates

Breaks इन focused hours से अलग हैं। किसी दिन full mock हो तो वह routine blocks की जगह ले सकता है; उसे छह घंटे की पढ़ाई के ऊपर अनिवार्य अतिरिक्त बोझ न बनाएँ।

हर Sunday अपनी तैयारी कैसे review करें?

1. Coverage: कौन-से syllabus units independently समझा सकते हैं?
2. Recall: notes बंद करके क्या याद आता है?
3. Performance: fresh questions में accuracy कितनी है?
4. Repeat errors: पिछली गलती फिर क्यों हुई?
5. Next week: तीन priority tasks और एक backlog task चुनें।

एक chapter पढ़ लेना completion का पहला stage है। उसके questions solve करना और कुछ दिन बाद recall कर पाना अलग stages हैं। Tracker में इन्हें अलग रखें।

PYQs और mock tests का सही उपयोग

APPSC Question Booklet section में APPSCCE Prelims GS और CSAT के available papers देखें। पुराने paper का उपयोग करने से पहले उसका year, stage और syllabus context मिलाएँ।

• पहला attempt solutions देखे बिना करें।
• Questions को syllabus headings के अनुसार tag करें।
• गलतियों को concept, factual recall, comprehension, calculation और guess में बाँटें।
• कुछ papers unseen रखें ताकि final assessment वास्तविक रहे।
• Mock scores तभी compare करें जब paper difficulty और marking sufficiently comparable हों।

केवल answer key याद हो जाने पर उसी paper का बढ़ा हुआ score नई learning का विश्वसनीय प्रमाण नहीं है। Fresh questions से improvement जाँचें।

Mains answer-writing: facts को argument में बदलें

Question की demand पहले पहचानें: explain, analyse, discuss या evaluate। हर answer में एक जैसा तैयार introduction चिपकाने के बजाय उसी issue पर लिखें।

1. Opening: प्रश्न का context या relevant definition।
2. Main analysis: साफ dimensions और logical arguments।
3. Evidence: verified fact, appropriate example, map या diagram।
4. Balance: relevant limitations या alternative viewpoint।
5. Conclusion: प्रश्न से जुड़ा realistic way forward।

Practice exercise: Arunachal development answer

यह अभ्यास प्रश्न है, predicted exam question नहीं: “Remote areas में connectivity बढ़ाते समय environmental protection और community interests के बीच संतुलन कैसे बनाया जा सकता है?”

Outline में access to services, livelihoods, ecological risks, local consultation, disaster resilience, maintenance और measurable implementation को जोड़ सकते हैं। Unsupported statistics या सभी communities के बारे में एक जैसा दावा न करें।

Ethics case study के लिए framework

Facts → stakeholders → ethical conflict → available options → consequences → reasoned action → safeguards। केवल values की सूची लिखना पर्याप्त नहीं; बताएँ कि चुना गया action lawful, workable और fair कैसे होगा।

Essay preparation: हर सप्ताह एक national और एक state outline

हर सप्ताह दोनों essay parts के लिए एक-एक outline बनाएँ। समय हो तो उनमें से एक full essay लिखें। Topic से भटकाव, repetitive points और unsupported claims अलग से mark करें।

State essay के लिए facts notebook में केवल festival names या historical dates न रखें। Social change, institutions, ecology, development और public-service challenges के बीच links बनाइए। यही सामग्री GS answers और interview में भी उपयोगी हो सकती है।

Prelims के बाद क्या करें?

• Optional के दोनों papers का detailed revision और answer practice शुरू/तेज करें।
• GS I–IV के timed answers तथा full-paper writing बढ़ाएँ।
• Qualifying English में précis और comprehension नियमित रखें।
• Essay के national और Arunachal parts का balanced अभ्यास करें।
• DAF, original documents और applicable service-specific requirements की तैयारी रखें।

2026 advertisement में Mains और interview dates घोषित नहीं हैं। किसी अनुमानित date को official schedule न मानें।

Resources चुनने का practical तरीका

हर subject के लिए एक समझ आने वाला primary source, official syllabus, PYQs और concise revision notes पर्याप्त starting system है। Material बदलने से पहले तय करें कि पुराना source अपर्याप्त है या उसका अभ्यास अधूरा है।

Arunachal topics के लिए relevant state departments, official reports, gazette documents और reliable primary records इस्तेमाल करें। Current affairs notes में घटना के साथ syllabus link लिखें—जैसे governance, biodiversity, development या security।

क्या APPSCCE Prelims के marks final merit में जुड़ते हैं?

नहीं। Prelims screening stage है। Final merit में सात Mains merit papers और interview के marks शामिल होते हैं।

CSAT में कितने marks चाहिए?

33%, अर्थात 66/200 marks। दोनों Prelims papers में उपस्थित होना भी mandatory है।
