APPSCCE 2026 Recruitment के लिए Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission ने Advertisement No. 5/2026 जारी किया है। इसके माध्यम से राज्य सरकार के विभिन्न Group A और Group B services/posts की कुल 135 vacancies भरी जानी हैं। इनमें Civil Service के 60, Police Service के 10 और Assistant Section Officer के 38 पद शामिल हैं।
इस परीक्षा का पूरा नाम Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Combined Competitive Examination 2026 है। चयन में Preliminary Examination और Main Examination शामिल हैं; Main Examination में written papers तथा interview होंगे।

Notification की vacancy table में Civil Service के 2, District Information & Public Relation Officer के 1 और Assistant Section Officer के 2 पद PwBD के लिए चिह्नित हैं। ये कुल 135 में शामिल 5 पद हैं, अतिरिक्त vacancies नहीं।
- Civil Service: 1 Deaf & Hard of Hearing; 1 notification में बताए Autism, Intellectual Disability, Specific Learning Disability और Mental Illness category group के लिए।
- DIPRO: 1 specified locomotor disability category के लिए।

कौन आवेदन कर सकता है? PRC, APST और language rules
1. Citizenship और Permanent Residence Certificate
Candidate Indian citizen और Arunachal Pradesh का inhabitant होना चाहिए। राज्य की competent authority से जारी valid Permanent Residence Certificate — PRC आवश्यक है।
2. Indigenous APST status
Candidate Arunachal Pradesh का original inhabitant हो और competent authority से जारी Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe — APST certificate रखता हो। यह शर्त केवल किसी भी राज्य के Scheduled Tribe certificate से पूरी नहीं होती।
3. Indigenous tribal language proficiency
Candidate को notification में संदर्भित notified indigenous tribal languages में से कोई भाषा बोलनी आनी चाहिए और local indigenous tribes का working knowledge होना चाहिए। Language test का implementation संबंधित Government notification के अनुसार होगा। इस advertisement में अलग language-test date या detailed marking scheme नहीं दी गई है।

Educational qualification और final-year candidates
Candidate के पास notification में निर्धारित recognised university/institution से graduate degree या Government द्वारा घोषित equivalent qualification होनी चाहिए।
Appearing candidates: qualifying examination दे चुके या देने वाले candidates भी otherwise eligible होने पर provisionally आवेदन कर सकते हैं। उन्हें Main Examination के interview/viva-voce के दिन requisite examination pass करने का original proof प्रस्तुत करना होगा। ऐसा न करने पर interview में उपस्थित होने की अनुमति नहीं मिलेगी।
यदि university का convocation न होने के कारण degree certificate उपलब्ध नहीं है, तो competent authority से जारी marksheet को qualifying examination pass करने के प्रमाण के रूप में प्रस्तुत करने का provision है।
Age limit और relaxation: cutoff 20 October 2026
Basic age requirement 21 से 35 वर्ष है, जिसकी गणना 20 October 2026 को होगी। Upper-age relaxation अलग से दी गई है:

ध्यान दें: इन concessions को अपनी ओर से जोड़कर cumulative relaxation न मानें। APST candidate के लिए सामान्य 5-year relaxation लागू होने पर basic upper age 35 से 40 वर्ष होती है; अन्य claims को उनके specific rules और documents के अनुसार जाँचना होगा।
DOB के लिए notification में स्वीकार्य school/board certificate का उपयोग करें। Online document checklist विशेष रूप से DOB वाली matriculation certificate/marksheet माँगती है।

APPSCCE 2026 online form कैसे भरें?
- Official website खोलें: APPSC Arunachal Pradesh की website पर संबंधित APPSCCE 2026 application entry चुनें।
- OTR करें: One Time Registration mandatory है। पहले से registered candidates को दोबारा OTR नहीं करना है; existing credentials से login करें।
- Eligibility declarations जाँचें: PRC, APST, DOB, qualification और अन्य applicable details सही भरें।
- Photo, signature और documents upload करें: notice के format तथा portal instructions के अनुसार readable files लगाएँ।
- Fee pay करें: exemption लागू न होने पर ₹200 online जमा करें।

- Final submit करें: 20 October 2026 को शाम 5 बजे से पहले पूरा application submit करें।

Multiple applications और correction के बारे में
Commission single application की सलाह देता है। यदि multiple applications submitted हों, तो highest Registration ID — RID वाला application स्वीकार किया जाएगा; वह हर तरह से complete होना चाहिए। एक RID पर paid fee दूसरे RID में adjust नहीं की जाएगी।
Notification बाद में correction या additional upload के लिए extra time देने का प्रावधान नहीं बताता। अलग correction window की घोषणा मानकर गलत या अधूरा form submit न करें।

Disability certificate की issue date online application की closing date से पहले होनी चाहिए। केवल certificate upload कर देना पर्याप्त नहीं; disability category और post की functional requirements भी मिलनी चाहिए।
Graduation proof: इसे और अन्य originals को interview/document verification के लिए तैयार रखें। Prelims qualify करने के बाद Main Examination के लिए अलग Detailed Application Form — DAF भरना होगा।

Government employees के लिए employer intimation
Notification में covered serving candidates को employer/controlling authority को लिखित रूप से परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन करने की सूचना देने की बात कही गई है। Prelims qualify करने पर DAF भरते समय intimation copy या departmental NOC upload करना होगा। Employer permission withholding की स्थिति में candidature प्रभावित हो सकती है।
APPSCCE 2026 selection process और Prelims pattern
Preliminary Examination screening के लिए है। इसके marks final merit में नहीं जोड़े जाएँगे। Main Examination में written papers और interview शामिल होंगे।

- दोनों papers objective/MCQ type होंगे।
- Question papers English में होंगे।
- दोनों papers में उपस्थित होना mandatory है।
- गलत उत्तरों पर one-third negative marking का provision है।
- CSAT में 33% का अर्थ 200 में 66 marks है; इसके marks Mains qualifying merit में नहीं जोड़े जाते।
- Main Examination के लिए लगभग vacancies के 12 गुना candidates, अथवा Commission के निर्णय के अनुसार, बुलाए जाएँगे।
Main Examination: papers, qualifying marks और interview
Main written examination में 8 subjective papers हैं: compulsory English, Essay, General Studies I–IV और Optional Subject के दो papers।

Main written qualifying thresholds
- सामान्य qualifying condition: सात merit papers में aggregate 33%, अर्थात 577.50/1750, और प्रत्येक merit paper में कम-से-कम 20%।
- PwBD candidates: सात merit papers में aggregate 20%, अर्थात 350/1750, और प्रत्येक merit paper में कम-से-कम 10%।
- English gate: compulsory English qualify करने पर ही बाकी subject papers evaluate किए जाएँगे।
Interview के लिए written performance के आधार पर advertised vacancies के लगभग 1:3 ratio में, अथवा Commission के निर्णय के अनुसार, candidates बुलाए जाएँगे। Minimum qualifying marks हासिल करना shortlist की guarantee नहीं है।

Police Service के लिए physical standards और PET
Arunachal Pradesh Police Service — APPS चुनने वाले candidates को physical standards, Physical Efficiency Test और applicable medical standards पूरे करने होंगे। ये conditions सभी 135 posts पर एक समान लागू होने वाली PET requirement नहीं हैं।

PET qualifying nature का है। Police Service preference रखने वाले candidates written preparation के साथ इन requirements को पहले से समझें; detailed medical assessment applicable service rules के अनुसार होगा।

Preliminary Examination के लिए notification में ये 19 centre entries दी गई हैं:

Commission आवश्यकता पड़ने पर centre allocate/change कर सकता है। Candidate की centre-change request स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी। परीक्षा में प्रवेश के लिए Commission का admit card आवश्यक है; इस notice में admit-card download date घोषित नहीं है।

PwBD candidates: scribe और compensatory time
Notification में prescribed disability categories और conditions के अनुसार scribe तथा compensatory time का provision है। कुछ categories में physical limitation to write और scribe की आवश्यकता का prescribed medical certificate देना होगा।
Eligible candidates के लिए compensatory time 20 minutes per hour बताया गया है। Own scribe अथवा Commission से scribe request करने के details online application में माँगे जाएँगे। अपनी आवश्यकता के अनुसार notification के pages 9–11 की पूरी conditions और certificate requirements पढ़ें।
Salary: इस notification में क्या दिया गया है?
Advertisement में posts की Group A/Group B classification दी गई है, लेकिन प्रत्येक पद की salary/pay level का स्पष्ट table नहीं है। इसलिए किसी दूसरी भर्ती का pay scale यहाँ लागू मानकर निश्चित salary बताना उचित नहीं होगा। संबंधित service rules और official appointment details से post-wise pay की पुष्टि करें।

रोज 4 घंटे उपलब्ध हों तो
- 90 मिनट: GS का एक syllabus topic और short revision notes।
- 45 मिनट: current affairs और relevant state-focused preparation।
- 45 मिनट: CSAT practice, विशेषकर कमजोर skill areas।
- 60 मिनट: timed MCQs और गलत उत्तरों का analysis।
हर सप्ताह एक timed paper के बाद केवल score न देखें। Errors को तीन भागों में बाँटें: concept नहीं आता था, question गलत पढ़ा, या बिना पर्याप्त आधार guess किया। अगली revision उसी error log के अनुसार करें।
Mains की तैयारी शुरू कर चुके candidates English qualifying paper और answer-writing को पूरी तरह न छोड़ें। Optional subject चुनने से पहले official syllabus, अपनी familiarity और उपलब्ध preparation time की तुलना करें।
Form भरते समय इन गलतियों से बचें
- PRC और APST को optional reservation documents समझना।
- APST होने से application fee अपने आप exempt मानना।
