UKPSC PCS Recruitment 2026 Overview

यह अलग-अलग departments की combined recruitment है। इसलिए केवल परीक्षा का नाम देखकर form भरने के बजाय vacancy table के post code को qualification table से मिलाएँ। इससे ऐसे पद चुनने से बचेंगे जिनकी essential qualification आपके पास नहीं है।

UKPSC PCS Vacancy 2026: Post-wise 67 पद

Category-wise कुल vacancies

महिला और अन्य horizontal reservation का post-wise विवरण notification के pages 4–5 में है। Horizontal figures को ऊपर के 67 पदों में दोबारा जोड़ना नहीं है। ST vacancy शून्य होने का अर्थ यह नहीं कि eligible ST candidate आवेदन नहीं कर सकता; unreserved competition और applicable concessions की शर्तें notification से जाँचें।

Salary: किस पद पर कौन-सा Pay Scale?

ये notified pay scales हैं। इन्हें शुरुआती in-hand salary या हर महीने मिलने वाली निश्चित रकम न समझें। Allowances और deductions के कारण वास्तविक भुगतान अलग होगा।

Educational Qualification: आपकी Degree किन पदों से मेल खाती है?

Graduation वाले पद

Post codes 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 13 और 15 के लिए भारत में विधि द्वारा स्थापित मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से graduation आवश्यक है। इसके अतिरिक्त संबंधित पद के physical, medical और अन्य applicable conditions भी पूरी करनी होंगी।

Special qualification वाले पद

Result-awaited candidates: आवश्यक qualification 29 September 2026 तक होनी चाहिए। Notification में marksheet issuing date/result declaration date संबंधी निर्देश दिए गए हैं। केवल परीक्षा दे देना या result process में होना qualification पूरी होना नहीं है।

Age Limit और Relaxation

General age range 21–42 वर्ष है, जिसकी गणना 01 July 2026 को होगी। Notification के अनुसार सामान्य age bracket में जन्म 02 July 1984 से 01 July 2005 के बीच होना चाहिए, दोनों तारीखें शामिल हैं।

• उत्तराखण्ड SC/ST/OBC candidates: निर्धारित शर्तों पर upper age में 5 वर्ष की छूट।
• उत्तराखण्ड के eligible दिव्यांग candidates: विज्ञापन में Group A/B के लिए 5 वर्ष की छूट का प्रावधान।
• उत्तराखण्ड स्वतंत्रता संग्राम सेनानियों के आश्रित: निर्धारित शर्तों पर 5 वर्ष।
• Ex-servicemen/commissioned officers: service और release conditions के अधीन, notification के अनुसार अधिकतम 5 वर्ष तक।

अलग-अलग relaxations को अपने आप जोड़कर final age limit न निकालें। अपनी category और service conditions को notification के page 10 से मिलाएँ।

क्या दूसरे राज्यों के Candidates Apply कर सकते हैं?

हाँ, बाकी eligibility पूरी करने वाले दूसरे राज्यों के candidates unreserved category के अंतर्गत आवेदन कर सकते हैं। उत्तराखण्ड का state reservation केवल निर्धारित domicile conditions पूरी करने वाले candidates के लिए है। दूसरे राज्य का SC/OBC/EWS certificate अपने आप उत्तराखण्ड का reservation लाभ नहीं देता।

EWS claim के लिए notification में FY 2025–26 की income पर आधारित, FY 2026–27 के लिए valid certificate बताया गया है। Certificate application की अंतिम तारीख तक valid और उपलब्ध होना चाहिए।

Application Fee

Payment Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card या UPI से किया जा सकता है। सभी women candidates के लिए blanket fee exemption नहीं है; संबंधित मूल category के अनुसार fee लागू होती है। ऊपर application-stage fee है; Mains के लिए अलग fee provisions हैं।

DSP और Home Guard Commandant: Physical Standards

इन पदों को preference देने से पहले height, chest और medical requirements पढ़ना जरूरी है। DSP के लिए कुछ मुख्य measurements नीचे हैं:

DSP में male chest standards category के अनुसार हैं: general/other candidates के लिए 78.8–83.8 cm और ST/hill-region candidates के लिए 76.5–81.5 cm, बिना फुलाए–फुलाने पर। Female candidates का minimum weight 45 kg दिया गया है। Vision और अन्य medical conditions भी लागू हैं।

District Commandant, Home Guards के standards अलग हैं। General male height 165 cm, female height 150 cm और Uttarakhand male candidates के लिए निर्धारित height 160 cm है। इस पद का chest table भी अलग है; DSP के measurements यहाँ लागू न करें।

Selection Process और Exam Pattern

Preliminary Examination → Main Written Examination → Interview. अंतिम selection applicable eligibility, verification और post preferences के अधीन होगा।

Prelims Pattern

• Objective questions में गलत उत्तर पर उस question के allotted marks का एक-चौथाई कटेगा।
• Paper-II qualifying है; सभी categories के लिए minimum 33% आवश्यक है।
• Prelims merit Paper-I के marks से बनेगी, qualifying conditions के अधीन।

Mains: आठ Compulsory Papers

हर written paper के लिए 3 घंटे हैं। General Hindi में minimum 35% आवश्यक है। अन्य paper-wise और aggregate qualifying conditions notification के Appendix 7 से देखें। Minimum qualifying percentage को competitive cutoff न मानें।

तैयारी की शुरुआत कैसे करें?

यह preparation advice है, official question-weightage prediction नहीं:

• पहले diagnostic test: GS और aptitude का छोटा set लगाकर weak areas लिखें।
• Uttarakhand notes: GS-V और GS-VI की detailed headings के अनुसार अलग notebooks/sections बनाएँ।
• Answer writing: पढ़े हुए topic पर छोटा structured answer लिखें—introduction, मुख्य points और conclusion.
• Hindi एवं Essay: इन्हें अंतिम सप्ताह तक न टालें; नियमित writing और correction रखें।
• Revision tracker: “chapter पढ़ लिया” के बजाय लिखें कि fresh questions या answers में कहाँ गलती हुई।

पूरा syllabus notification के Appendix 2 में है। केवल coaching की “important topics” list के कारण बाकी official syllabus न छोड़ें।

UKPSC PCS 2026 के लिए Apply कैसे करें?

1. UKPSC application portal खोलें।
2. A-1/E-1/2026-27 — Uttarakhand Combined State Civil/Upper Subordinate Services Exam-2026 वाली entry चुनें।
3. Advertisement, important dates और application instructions पढ़ें।
4. अपनी active mobile number और email से registration पूरा करें।
5. Educational details दर्ज करें और qualification के अनुसार posts चुनें।
6. Portal पर बताई गई specifications के अनुसार photograph और signature upload करें।
7. अपनी category के अनुसार fee payment पूरा करें।
8. Preview में name, DOB, qualification dates, category और uploaded files जाँचें।
9. Final submission पूरा करके application print और payment receipt सुरक्षित रखें।

शुरुआती application stage में form print या certificates आयोग को भेजना आवश्यक नहीं बताया गया है। जब आयोग माँगे, तब निर्धारित documents प्रस्तुत करने होंगे।

Correction Window: क्या ध्यान रखें?

07–16 October 2026 की window completed applications में निर्धारित corrections के लिए है। Notification के अनुसार mobile number और email ID इसमें बदलने की अनुमति नहीं है। बाकी changes के बाद correction process को final submit करना आवश्यक है।

Category change से fee प्रभावित होती है तो संबंधित fee देनी होगी। हर correction पर blanket charge मानना भी सही नहीं है। Correction के बाद नया application print सुरक्षित रखें।

Documents Checklist

• 10th marksheet/certificate — name और DOB matching के लिए।
• Graduation marksheets तथा degree/provisional certificate.
• Post-specific PG, CA, B.Ed. या अन्य essential qualification documents.
• Applicable Uttarakhand domicile और category certificates.
• EWS/OBC certificate की सही validity और state-service applicability.
• Physical relaxation का claim हो तो prescribed certificate.
• PwD, ex-servicemen या अन्य claimed subcategory के supporting records.
• सेवारत candidates के लिए applicable NOC arrangements.
• Final application, fee receipt और updated correction print.

Advertisement में 67 vacancies हैं। आयोग संख्या घटा या बढ़ा सकता है।

क्या किसी भी stream का graduate सभी पदों के लिए eligible है?
