๐ How the Walk-in Process Works
- Report to the Central Seminar Hall, NCDC, 22-Sham Nath Marg, Delhi-110054 (Opp. Indraprastha Women's College) between 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM on your post's test date.
- Bring original documents plus one self-attested copy each of: proof of age (Senior Secondary/Board certificate), all educational qualification mark-sheets and degree certificates, experience letters, address proof, identity proof, proof of name change if any (Gazette copy), and photographs.
- Documents will be screened on the spot; eligible candidates then sit for a Written MCQ Test the same day.
- No TA/DA is paid for appearing in the test.

๐ Other Conditions of Service
- Engagement is governed by a Contractual Service Agreement (CSA) signed at the time of joining.
- No TA is paid for attending the walk-in written test.
- Selected candidates will not be treated as regular NCDC employees and have no claim to regular employment under NCDC.
- The appointee gets no claim, right, or preference for regular appointments under the Government of India or any Government-funded institution.
- No allowance, financial benefit, or concession beyond the consolidated remuneration is payable.
- No medical facility is provided; the remuneration is deemed to include the cost of medical cover, if any.
- Information gathered during the assignment must not be divulged to unauthorized persons.
- NCDC is not responsible for any loss, accident, damage, or injury suffered during the assignment, including travel.
- The appointee may not engage in any private business or professional activity that conflicts with Government interest during the service term.
- 30 days' annual leave (2½ days per completed month) plus 10 days' CL/sick leave is admissible during a year.
- Either side may terminate the engagement by giving one month's notice.
⚠️ General Notes
- No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the Walk-in Written Test.
- The appointment is purely on contract basis; the selected candidate cannot claim regular employment under NCDC after the contract expires.
- Canvassing by or on behalf of a candidate, or bringing political or other influence regarding selection, will be treated as a disqualification.
- Candidates reporting after 10:30 AM, or without original documents, will not be permitted to attend the Written Test.
