UPSSSC Sports Directorate Recruitment 2026 के लिए Advertisement No. 22-Exam/2026, दिनांक 30 September 2026 जारी किया गया है। कुल 108 vacancies में general selection और special selection के पद शामिल हैं। इस भर्ती का नाम खेल निदेशालय मुख्य परीक्षा (PET-2025)/22 है।

108 Vacancies: Post-wise और Category-wise Breakup

General selection का अर्थ केवल UR vacancies नहीं है। General-selection rows में भी category-wise reservation दिया गया है। Special-selection vacancies अलग rows में हैं।

Combined post totals: Groundsman 3, Deputy Sports Officer 50, Assistant Coach Swimming 25, Lifeguard 18 और अन्य sports के Assistant Coaches 12 — कुल 108। Vacancies और reservation breakup में official amendments के अनुसार परिवर्तन संभव है। Horizontal reservation तथा PwBD suitability के लिए notification की संबंधित tables देखें।

Post-wise Qualification और Experience

1. Groundsman — 3 Posts

• UP Board से High School या recognised equivalent qualification।
• Outdoor और indoor games के लिए playground/courts तैयार करने और चिह्नित करने का practical experience।
• घास की किस्मों, गुलाब आदि पौधों की cuttings, फूलों और बीजों की varieties, seed protection, sowing, transplanting और grafting आदि का ज्ञान।

Preferential qualification: Groundsman के रूप में 2 years experience, Territorial Army में minimum 2 years service या NCC ‘B’ certificate जैसे notified factors अन्य बातें समान होने पर preference देते हैं। यहाँ 2-year Groundsman experience को essential practical-experience condition के साथ मिलाकर न पढ़ें: practical experience essential है, जबकि निर्धारित 2-year duration preferential column में है।

2. Deputy Sports Officer — 50 Posts

• Recognised university से graduation।
• Relevant sport में prescribed coaching diploma, notification में बताए संस्थानों या accepted equivalent institution से।
• 2 years coaching experience।

3. Assistant Coaches — कुल 37 Posts

Swimming के 25 और अन्य sports के 12 posts के लिए:

• Recognised university से graduation।
• संबंधित sport में prescribed coaching diploma।
• 2 years coaching experience।

Cricket की qualification को swimming, hockey या दूसरे sport के लिए स्वतः applicable न मानें। Relevant discipline, diploma और experience records को चुने गए post से match करें।

Coaching Diploma: Institution और Equivalence क्यों जरूरी है?

Notification में Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports के निर्दिष्ट centres, Lakshmibai institutions तथा prescribed recognised equivalent institutions का संदर्भ है। Annexures 1 और 2 में 14 July 2025 के institutional clarification letters भी शामिल हैं, जिनमें National Sports University, Imphal का उल्लेख है।

किसी सामान्य B.P.Ed./M.P.Ed., short coaching course या private certificate को prescribed diploma का automatic substitute न मानें। Course, sport, institution और equivalence को original eligibility तथा annexures से मिलाएँ। Physical Education diploma/certificate कुछ posts के preferential column में दिया है; यह essential coaching diploma को अपने आप replace नहीं करता।

4. Lifeguard — 18 Posts

• High School या recognised equivalent qualification।
• Lifeguard के रूप में काम करने का कम-से-कम 3 years practical experience।

केवल swimming सीखना या participation certificate होना तीन साल के lifeguard work experience के बराबर नहीं है। Employer-issued experience proof में dates और actual duties स्पष्ट होनी चाहिए।

PET-2025 Requirement और Shortlisting

• उम्मीदवार PET-2025 में शामिल हुआ हो और scorecard जारी हुआ हो।
• Mains shortlisting PET-2025 के normalised score से होगी।
• Absolute score या normalised score में शून्य अथवा negative score वाले candidates mains के लिए shortlist नहीं होंगे।
• Category-wise vacancies के 15 times candidates को shortlist करने का प्रावधान है; last cutoff score पर आने वाले सभी candidates को prescribed score precision के अनुसार शामिल किया जाएगा।
• Under Investigation/Provisional PET status वाले candidates की अनुमति और आगे की candidature आयोग के final decision के अधीन होगी।

PET scorecard मिलना mains call की guarantee नहीं है। संबंधित post की eligibility और commission की shortlisting दोनों जरूरी हैं।

Age Limit: Post के अनुसार 18–40 या 21–40 Years

SC/ST और अन्य eligible categories को applicable Uttar Pradesh rules के अनुसार relaxation मिलेगा। सरकारी सेवा, PwBD और अन्य special claims में अपनी category के specific provisions देखें; एक सामान्य age table से सभी relaxations तय न करें।

Pay Scale

ये advertised pay scales हैं, monthly in-hand salary नहीं। Post-wise permanent/temporary nature के लिए original vacancy rows देखें। Temporary post को बिना आधार short-term contract vacancy न समझें।

Application Fee: ₹25 Processing Charge

Application stage पर notification की category table में ₹0 application fee और ₹25 online processing fee, यानी total ₹25 दिया गया है। Women, PwBD, ex-servicemen और अन्य horizontal categories अपने मूल category के अनुसार prescribed charge देंगी।

Selection Process और Written Exam Pattern

1. PET-2025 normalised score के आधार पर mains shortlisting।
2. Prescribed written main examination।
3. Eligibility/documents verification और applicable rules के अनुसार selection तथा post allotment।

Advertisement selection का आधार written examination बताता है। इसमें अलग running/swimming trial या interview का घोषित pattern नहीं दिया गया है; किसी दूसरी sports recruitment की physical-test conditions यहाँ न जोड़ें।

• एक objective multiple-choice paper।
• Total duration: 2 hours, यानी 120 minutes।
• प्रत्येक question: 1 mark।
• हर गलत answer पर 0.25 mark deduction।
• Exam date बाद में घोषित होगी।

Sports Syllabus: केवल Awards और Current Affairs नहीं

Sports section के 40 marks में निम्न areas शामिल हैं:

1. Exercise physiology: Energy systems, ATP, exercise adaptations, recovery और fatigue management के concepts।
2. Sports psychology: Motivation, personality, emotions, anxiety और stress-related concepts।
3. Sports training: Training principles, speed, strength, flexibility, endurance, coordination, periodisation और talent identification।
4. Biomechanics: Motion, force, balance, Newton’s laws, movement analysis और technique improvement।
5. Sports nutrition and yoga: Nutrient concepts, hydration, meal planning और yogic practices का application।
6. Sports medicine: Common injuries, first-aid concepts, emergency care, massage और rehabilitation से संबंधित syllabus।
7. Organisation and administration: Event planning, budget, facilities, equipment management, leadership और communication।
8. Testing and evaluation: Fitness, skill/performance assessment और body types।
9. Digital learning and AI: Video analysis, e-learning, performance data, statistical analysis और computer applications।
10. Sports bodies and rules: National/international federations, competitions, awards और खेल नियम।

इन topics को examination study के रूप में पढ़ें। Practical medical या rescue duties के लिए authorised professional training आवश्यक है।

Computer और Uttar Pradesh GK

Computer/IT: Hardware-software, input-output, internet/WWW, IP/protocols, email, printers/tablets/mobile, MS Word, MS Excel, operating systems, social networking, e-governance, digital financial tools, cybersecurity और AI/ML/IoT जैसे developments।

UP GK: History, culture, art, architecture, festivals, folk traditions, literature, languages, tourism, geography, environment, resources, climate, agriculture, economy, industry, employment, polity, administration और current achievements।

How to Apply: PET Registration से Final Print तक

1. UPSSSC website पर Live Advertisement Segment में Advertisement 22-Exam/2026 चुनें।
2. Notification और post-wise qualification देखकर 14 October से application process शुरू करें।
3. PET-2025 registration number के साथ registered mobile/email पर OTP से authentication करें।
4. Auto-filled personal details जाँचें और जिन posts के लिए eligible हैं, उन्हें select करें।
5. Qualification, institution, passing year, certificate details और applicable experience-related information सही भरें।
6. PET-2025 से प्रदर्शित photo/signature जाँचें; इस application में उन्हें बदलने का provision नहीं दिया है।
7. Declaration और preview पढ़कर prescribed ₹25 processing fee का payment करें।
8. Payment reconciliation और final application status verify करें।
9. Submitted application का print/PDF सुरक्षित रखें।

एक application: इस advertisement के लिए एक ही आवेदन करना है। जिन posts को application में select नहीं किया गया है, उन पर बाद में claim स्वीकार नहीं होगा। Document verification के समय post preference ली जाएगी; allotment merit, eligibility, vacancies और rules के अनुसार होगा।

Payment कट जाए लेकिन Form न दिखे तो?

Notification में Applicant Segment का “Update Your Transaction ID by Double Verification” विकल्प दिया है। पहले payment/transaction status verify करें। Successful payment का reconciliation पूरा हुए बिना final form/print उपलब्ध न होने की स्थिति आ सकती है।

Correction Window: क्या बदल सकते हैं?

Final submission के बाद Applicant Dashboard → Modify Application तथा OTP process से केवल notified fields में correction की अनुमति है:

• Correspondence address।
• निर्दिष्ट personal/reservation details, जैसे EWS, horizontal categories, gender आदि।
• Essential/preferential qualification से संबंधित दर्ज विवरण।
• Marital status।

Correction की अंतिम तारीख 11 November 2026 है। Name, DOB, photo/signature सहित हर field editable मानकर form न भरें। Modified application का updated print भी सुरक्षित रखें।

Documents और Experience Checklist

• PET-2025 registration details और scorecard।
• High School certificate: date of birth और qualification proof।
• Graduation documents, जहाँ applicable हों।
• Relevant coaching diploma, sport और institution details।
• 2-year coaching अथवा 3-year lifeguard experience का प्रमाण, संबंधित post के अनुसार।
• Ground preparation/maintenance practical experience का supporting record, Groundsman के लिए।
• Applicable UP domicile, category, EWS और horizontal-reservation certificates।
• Preferential qualification प्रमाण, यदि claim कर रहे हों।
• Government service में होने पर required NOC।
• Application print और payment/reconciliation record।

Experience Certificate में क्या स्पष्ट होना चाहिए?

Organisation, designation, joining/leaving dates, actual duties और authorised signatory की जानकारी स्पष्ट रखें। Coaching post में संबंधित sport और coaching work, जबकि Lifeguard में वास्तविक lifeguard responsibilities दर्ज हों। Generic “worked in sports” certificate जरूरी experience को अपने आप प्रमाणित नहीं करता।

Example: दो साल खिलाड़ी के रूप में training लेने और दो साल coach के रूप में काम करने में अंतर है। अपने participation record को coaching-employment experience न बताएँ। यह eligibility समझाने का उदाहरण है, आयोग का अलग rule नहीं।

Reservation और Certificates के जरूरी Points

• UP के मूल निवासी नहीं होने वाले candidates को इस भर्ती में reservation benefit नहीं मिलेगा; notification के अनुसार वे unreserved माने जाएँगे।
• EWS certificate 1 April 2026 से 4 November 2026 के बीच issued, FY 2025–26 income पर आधारित और FY 2026–27 के लिए valid होना चाहिए।
• Women candidates के caste claim के लिए notification पिता पक्ष से जारी certificate की शर्त बताता है।
• PwBD suitability post और disability subcategory के अनुसार अलग देखें।
• Outstanding sportsperson reservation claim के लिए prescribed competent-authority certificate चाहिए।

Preparation Strategy: 40 Marks का Sports Section प्राथमिकता में रखें

यह suggested study routine है, official timetable नहीं:

• 60 minutes: Sports theory—हर दिन एक syllabus unit।
• 30 minutes: UP GK और short revision notes।
• 25 minutes: Computer/IT।
• 25 minutes: General Studies और current affairs।
• 40 minutes: MCQs, previous mistakes और active recall।

हर सप्ताह 100-question, 120-minute practice test करें और गलतियों को subject-wise वर्गीकृत करें। Sports current affairs पढ़ना जरूरी है, लेकिन physiology, training, biomechanics और psychology को छोड़ना 40-mark section की अधूरी तैयारी होगी।
