UPSSSC Recruitment 2026: Overview

Important Dates

Post-wise and Category-wise Vacancies

Post totals: Youth Welfare Officer — 368; Exercise Trainer — 44। Horizontal reservation का separate breakup notification के page 8 पर है। Women, ex-servicemen, outstanding sportsperson और अन्य applicable horizontal categories को total vacancies में जोड़कर अलग posts न गिनें।

Reservation benefits के लिए Uttar Pradesh-specific conditions लागू हैं। अन्य राज्यों के candidates को notification के अनुसार unreserved category माना जाएगा। Disability category suitability और reservation details के लिए page 8 की table तथा संबंधित instructions पढ़ें; generic disability certificate format देखकर सभी posts में suitability assume न करें।

Educational Qualification

1. क्षेत्रीय युवा कल्याण एवं प्रादेशिक विकास दल अधिकारी

भारत में विधि द्वारा स्थापित university से Bachelor’s degree या सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त equivalent qualification आवश्यक है। Equivalent qualification के संबंध में notification का Annexure-1 भी देखें।

Preferential qualifications: अन्य बातें समान होने पर prescribed B.P.Ed./D.P.Ed., संगठन में Block Commander/Halka Sardar/Dalpati के रूप में निर्धारित सेवा, Territorial Army में minimum 2 years service अथवा NCC “B” certificate जैसी advertisement में दी गई qualifications पर preference लागू हो सकती है। इन्हें mandatory graduation का replacement न मानें।

2. व्यायाम प्रशिक्षक — Exercise Trainer

इस post के लिए:

• Recognised Bachelor’s degree या prescribed equivalent qualification; और
• Recognised D.P.Ed./B.P.Ed. या सरकार द्वारा मान्य equivalent physical-education qualification आवश्यक है।

Advertisement में attached government order के अनुसार B.P.E. अथवा Physical Education में graduation की equivalence भी संदर्भित है। अपनी exact degree का नाम और recognition notification के page 10 तथा Annexure-2, page 25 से मिलाएँ। केवल सामान्य graduation पर्याप्त नहीं है।

Recognised coaching diploma/M.P.Ed., Territorial Army service और NCC “B” जैसी prescribed preferential qualifications अलग से दी गई हैं।

PET-2025 Eligibility and Shortlisting Rules

• PET-2025 में शामिल होना और आयोग द्वारा scorecard जारी होना आवश्यक है।
• Main examination के लिए shortlisting PET-2025 normalised score पर होगी।
• Actual/absolute या normalised score में zero अथवा negative score वाले candidates shortlist नहीं होंगे।
• Advertisement के अनुसार category-wise लगभग 15 times vacancies तक candidates shortlist किए जाएंगे; final cutoff score पर समान normalised score वाले candidates शामिल किए जाएंगे।
• PET result में Under Investigation या Provisional status वाले candidates की permission provisional है; आगे की कार्रवाई आयोग के जांच/निर्णय के अधीन होगी।

महत्वपूर्ण: Positive PET score होने से mains call guaranteed नहीं है। Category-wise shortlisting cutoff बाद में तय होगी। अनुमानित cutoff को official cutoff की तरह न मानें।

Age Limit

Service-rule wording के अनुसार advertisement year की 1 July को candidate की age minimum 21 years और maximum 40 years होनी चाहिए। इस 2026 advertisement के लिए age calculation date 1 July 2026 बनती है।

Applicable reserved categories और अन्य eligible groups को संबंधित rules के अनुसार relaxation मिलेगी। बिना category-specific eligibility देखे किसी relaxation को अपने-आप जोड़ना सही नहीं है।

Salary / Pay Level

ये pay matrix ranges हैं। Actual monthly in-hand amount applicable allowances, deductions और posting के अनुसार अलग होगा।

Selection Process

1. PET-2025 normalised score के आधार पर mains shortlisting।
2. Objective written main examination।
3. Written marks के आधार पर अगले stage की shortlisting।
4. Qualifying physical measurement और post-specific physical eligibility tests।
5. Eligibility/document verification तथा applicable selection formalities।

Physical Measurement Standards

ये standards दोनों advertised posts के लिए दिए गए हैं। Measurement procedure और applicable instructions official notice/call letter से मिलाएँ।

Youth Welfare Officer: Physical Eligibility Test

इस post के physical events और scoring slabs नीचे दिए हैं। हर event का maximum 25 marks है।

Qualifying rule: Notification में चार events में minimum 45 total marks का उल्लेख है। साथ ही, केवल तीन events में उपस्थित होकर 45 या अधिक marks प्राप्त करने वाले candidate को भी successful मानने की स्पष्ट note है। Event-wise minimum और complete instructions notification के pages 12–13 से मिलाएँ।

Physical-test marks qualifying assessment के लिए हैं; final merit में written marks के साथ जोड़ने के लिए नहीं।

Exercise Trainer: अलग Physical Test

Preparation decision: Exercise Trainer applicants केवल running practice पर निर्भर न रहें। Official apparatus/events की practical familiarity जरूरी है। Technical gymnastics की practice suitable facilities और qualified supervision में करें।

Written Exam Pattern

• Paper: One objective multiple-choice paper।
• Questions: 100।
• Total marks: 100।
• Duration: 120 minutes।
• Negative marking: प्रत्येक wrong answer पर उस question के marks का 25%, यानी one-mark question पर 0.25 mark।

Syllabus: What to Study

• History and polity: Indian history, freedom movement, Constitution, governance, Panchayati Raj, local government and public policy।
• Geography and economy: Physical/social/economic geography, agriculture, population, economic planning, NITI Aayog, sustainable development, budget and infrastructure।
• Road safety: Traffic signs, road types, speed limits, accident prevention, Good Samaritan concept and relevant motor-vehicle provisions।
• Sports and anatomy: Major sports rules, sporting achievements, cells, tissues, organs, bones, muscles, nerves and sense organs।
• Environment and disasters: Ecology, biodiversity, pollution, climate change, disaster management and related institutions।
• Data interpretation: Tables, graphs, diagrams and data-based conclusions।
• Computer and IT: Hardware/software, input-output, internet/IP address, email, Word/Excel, operating systems, digital financial tools, cyber security, AI, big data, machine learning and IoT।
• Uttar Pradesh: History, culture, literature, festivals, tourism, geography, resources, economy, agriculture, administration and current developments।

Exact syllabus notification के pages 15–20 पर Hindi और English में उपलब्ध है। UP GK तथा Computer/IT मिलकर 35 marks हैं; study plan बनाते समय इन्हें पर्याप्त समय दें।

Practical Weekly Preparation Plan

यह suggested study structure है, official timetable नहीं:

• प्रतिदिन UP GK और Computer/IT का एक focused session।
• Polity, environment और data interpretation को alternate-day practice में रखें।
• Sports, anatomy और road safety जैसे छोटे sections को weekly rotation में revise करें।
• हर सप्ताह timed practice और error review करें; केवल attempted questions की संख्या न देखें।
• अपने selected post के physical standards और events की तैयारी written preparation के साथ plan करें।

Application Fee: ₹25 का सही मतलब

इस stage पर application fee ₹0 और online processing fee ₹25 है। अन्य specified horizontal-category candidates अपनी मूल category के अनुसार fee देंगे।

How to Apply Online

1. 16 October 2026 से UPSSSC official website के Live Advertisement section में Advertisement 23-Exam/2026 खोलें।
2. PET-2025 registration number और registered mobile/email OTP से authenticate करें।
3. Pre-filled personal details ध्यान से check करें।
4. जिन posts की eligibility पूरी करते हैं, उन्हें select करें। Unselected post के लिए candidature consider नहीं होगी।
5. Qualification, institution, passing year, certificate details तथा required information भरें।
6. PET-2025 से displayed photograph और signature check करें; इस application process में इन्हें बदलने की अनुमति नहीं दी गई है।
7. Declarations पढ़कर submit करें और prescribed processing fee pay करें।
8. Fee reconciliation और final application status verify करें।
9. Submitted form download/print करके सुरक्षित रखें।

Advertisement एक application की अपेक्षा करता है। Eligible posts उसी application में select करें। Post preference document-verification stage पर मांगी जाएगी।

Payment Pending हो तो क्या करें?

यदि payment के बाद final form नहीं दिखता, तो payment reconciliation pending हो सकती है। Notification Applicant Segment में “Update Your Transaction ID by Double Verification” और “Verify Transaction ID” विकल्प का निर्देश देता है। Portal instructions के अनुसार status reconcile करें।

केवल bank debit या Payment Acknowledgement Receipt को completed application न मानें। Final form और successful status देखें। संबंधित सहायता के लिए application status and payment-errors guide पढ़ें।

Correction Window: क्या बदल सकते हैं?

Final submission के बाद prescribed OTP-based process से 13 November 2026 तक permitted corrections किए जा सकते हैं। Notification में निम्न fields listed हैं:

• Correspondence address।
• Listed other personal details, जैसे EWS/horizontal reservation, gender और outstanding-sportsperson details।
• Mandatory/preferential qualification details।
• Marital status।

Correction window को हर field बदलने की अनुमति न समझें। Photo/signature और अन्य non-permitted fields के लिए अलग नियम हैं। Corrected application का नया print सुरक्षित रखें।

Documents and Certificate Checklist

• High School certificate — DOB proof।
• Graduation marksheets और degree।
• Exercise Trainer के लिए prescribed physical-education qualification।
• Applicable caste, domicile, EWS और horizontal-reservation certificates।

EWS: Notification में certificate 1 April 2026 से 6 November 2026 के बीच issued, FY 2025–26 income पर आधारित और FY 2026–27 के लिए valid होना बताया गया है। केवल income condition नहीं, बाकी prescribed eligibility भी लागू है।

महिला candidates के caste claim के लिए notification पिता पक्ष से issued caste certificate की condition देता है। Certificate requirements को documents checklist के साथ मिलाकर तैयार करें।
