PPA के लिए HRA अलग उल्लेखित है, लेकिन notification में उसका percentage या final amount नहीं दिया गया है। YP-I और YP-II के fixed remuneration में अपनी ओर से HRA जोड़कर total salary न निकालें। ये figures advertised emoluments हैं, confirmed in-hand amount नहीं।

Educational Qualification और Research Experience

1. Principal Project Associate: दो Eligibility Routes

Route A — Master’s degree के आधार पर:

Recognized university या equivalent से Natural अथवा Agricultural Sciences में Master’s degree, जिसमें Chemistry / Agricultural Chemicals / Agricultural Chemistry specialization हो।
Academic institutions अथवा S&T organizations और scientific activities/services में R&D का आठ वर्ष का अनुभव।
इन आठ वर्षों में से चार वर्ष pesticide residues के क्षेत्र में होने चाहिए।

या Route B — Doctoral degree के आधार पर:

Recognized university या equivalent से Chemistry / Science / Agricultural Chemicals / Agricultural Chemistry में Doctoral degree, जैसा official table में दिया गया है।
Academic institutions अथवा S&T organizations और scientific activities/services में pesticide residues से संबंधित R&D का चार वर्ष का अनुभव।

Desirable qualification: ISO/IEC 17025 accredited pesticide residue analysis laboratory में research experience तथा sample preparation और LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS जैसे sophisticated analytical instruments की training/experience से संबंधित background। Exact wording के लिए official qualification table देखें।

PPA eligibility समझने का उदाहरण: Master’s route में कुल आठ वर्ष का R&D experience होने के साथ उसमें चार वर्ष pesticide-residue work होना जरूरी है। केवल आठ वर्ष का सामान्य laboratory experience लिखना इस specific condition को साबित नहीं करता।

2. Young Professional-II — YP-II

Recognized university/institute से Chemistry या Agricultural Sciences में Master’s degree।
Minimum दो वर्ष का research experience।
Desirable: Pesticide Residue Analysis Laboratory में एक वर्ष का research experience।

3. Young Professional-I — YP-I

Recognized university/institute से Chemistry या Agricultural Sciences में Bachelor’s degree।
Minimum दो वर्ष का research experience।
Desirable: Pesticide Residue Analysis Laboratory में एक वर्ष का research experience।

Essential और desirable में अंतर: YP posts में pesticide-residue laboratory का एक वर्ष experience desirable है। इससे minimum दो वर्ष research experience वाली essential condition खत्म नहीं होती। Notification ने desirable experience को “दो वर्ष के अतिरिक्त एक वर्ष” भी नहीं लिखा है; अपने periods को सही तरीके से दर्शाएँ।

Age Limit: कौन-सी जानकारी स्पष्ट है?

Application form में “Age as on date of interview” पूछा गया है। इसलिए इस field में 27 October 2026 को अपनी उम्र लिखें। YP age range या category-wise relaxation की संख्या दूसरी vacancy से copy करके यहाँ लागू न करें। जरूरत हो तो notification में दिए project email से संबंधित rule की पुष्टि करें।

Contract कितने समय का है? क्या Permanent Job मिलेगी?

ये positions purely contractual और project-linked हैं। Notification में appointment को contract basis/project termination से जोड़ा गया है; कोई निश्चित छह महीने, एक वर्ष या तीन वर्ष की tenure नहीं दी गई है।

Post project के साथ co-terminus है।
Regular appointment का claim नहीं किया जा सकता।
Vacancies की संख्या बदल सकती है।
Project authority किसी candidate का चयन न करने या position scrap करने का अधिकार रखती है।
Interview के लिए TA/DA नहीं मिलेगा।

Selection Process: Walk-in लिखा है, फिर Email क्यों जरूरी है?

Notice का heading walk-in interview है, लेकिन application instructions साफ बताते हैं कि पहले prescribed form email करना है और केवल shortlisted candidates को interview के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। प्रक्रिया इस प्रकार समझें:

Eligibility के अनुसार सही post चुनें।
Prescribed application और supporting scans deadline से पहले email करें।
Shortlisting/interview communication पर नजर रखें।
Shortlisted होने पर originals के साथ निर्धारित venue पर समय से report करें।
Selection educational qualifications, relevant experience और interview performance पर होगा।

Notification में written examination, marks distribution या detailed interview scoring scheme नहीं दी गई है।

How to Apply: Email Application की पूरी प्रक्रिया

Notification में annexed application format देखें। Form और instructions PDF के pages 3–5 पर हैं।
इसी format के अनुसार अलग white paper पर neatly typed application तैयार करें। केवल सामान्य CV भेजकर prescribed form को replace न करें।
ऊपर “Post Applied for” में सही post name लिखें।
नाम block letters में, DOB, interview date पर age, category, address, email और mobile भरें।
Educational qualifications, research experience, training और publications की जानकारी दें।
Recent passport-size photograph लगाएँ। Declaration के नीचे signature, place और date भरें।
Application तथा जरूरी supporting certificates की clear scanned copies तैयार करें।

Email 19 October 2026 को शाम 4:00 बजे तक भेज दें। आखिरी समय तक प्रतीक्षा न करें।

Email Subject क्या रखें?

अपने चुने हुए पद के अनुसार subject रखें:

Application for Principal Project Associate (PPA)
Application for Young Professional-II (YP-II)

Notification के subject instruction में PPA और YP-II printed हैं तथा YP-I का handwritten addition है। अपने application form और email subject में एक ही post name रखें।

PDF तैयार करने की practical सलाह: Scans सही क्रम में रखें और email भेजने से पहले files खोलकर readability जाँचें। Notice में PDF का maximum file size या single-file-only requirement नहीं दी गई है, इसलिए कोई अनुमानित upload limit लागू न करें।

Form में Ph.D. की row होने का अर्थ सभी posts के लिए Ph.D. mandatory होना नहीं है। अपनी actual qualification भरें; जो field लागू नहीं होती, उसे स्पष्ट रूप से “Not Applicable” दर्शाना बेहतर है। Eligibility हमेशा अपने चुने हुए post की table से मिलाएँ।

Required Documents: Email और Interview के लिए

Notice के अनुसार matriculation onwards certificates और अपने claims के supporting records तैयार रखें:

10th/matriculation certificate और date-of-birth proof।
12th तथा applicable higher qualification certificates।
Bachelor’s, Master’s और Ph.D. certificates/marksheets, जैसा लागू हो।
Research experience certificates।
Training certificates, विशेषकर relevant laboratory/instrument/quality-system training।
Published research papers तथा publication details।
Filled, signed application और recent passport-size photograph।
Employed candidates के लिए employer का No Objection Certificate और experience certificate।

10:00 AM के बाद reporting: Interview के लिए consider नहीं किया जाएगा।

Notice के letterhead में Room No. 203, B-2 Block, LBS Building दिया है। Interview instructions में इसी room को Second Floor पर बताया गया है। यात्रा से पहले अपना interview communication और venue details मिलाएँ।

यदि candidate का कोई near या distant relative ICAR/IARI में employee है, तो उसका नाम, designation, duties और relationship interview के समय लिखित रूप में declare करना होगा।

Application Fee

इस notification में application fee या payment procedure का उल्लेख नहीं है। इसलिए कोई amount नहीं दिया जा रहा है। Application की निर्धारित प्रक्रिया email submission है; किसी अनधिकृत payment request के बजाय official notice और project contact से पुष्टि करें।

Research Experience को प्रभावी तरीके से कैसे दिखाएँ?

यह section application preparation की सलाह है, अतिरिक्त official eligibility condition नहीं। अपने experience को ऐसे लिखें कि screening team degree, अवधि और subject relevance आसानी से समझ सके।

Dates स्पष्ट रखें: प्रत्येक role की start/end dates और employer लिखें। Overlapping periods को जोड़कर अनुभव बढ़ाकर न दिखाएँ।
Relevant work अलग बताएँ: PPA के लिए pesticide-residue work की अवधि सामान्य R&D experience से अलग पहचानने योग्य हो।
अपनी भूमिका बताएँ: Sample preparation, instrument operation, method-related work या data analysis में आपने वास्तव में क्या किया, वही लिखें।
Training और employment अलग रखें: केवल short training को स्वतः full research employment न मानें।
Evidence मिलाएँ: Experience certificate, research record और application में dates तथा designation consistent हों।

Interview Preparation: किन विषयों को दोहराएँ?

ये role-based suggestions हैं; कोई घोषित interview syllabus नहीं।

अपने research projects का उद्देश्य, methodology और प्रमुख findings।
Pesticide residue analysis में अपने वास्तविक laboratory work का विवरण।
LC-MS/MS या GC-MS/MS से संबंधित hands-on exposure, यदि आपने claim किया है।
Sample preparation और laboratory quality practices में आपकी भूमिका।
ISO/IEC 17025 training या accredited laboratory experience से आपने क्या सीखा।

Frequently Asked Questions
