CSIR-TKDL Project में किस प्रकार का काम है?

Traditional Knowledge Digital Library भारत के प्राचीन ग्रंथों में उपलब्ध पारंपरिक ज्ञान को structured information और आधुनिक भाषाओं में बदलकर उसके संरक्षण में काम करती है। इसका एक उद्देश्य traditional knowledge के अनुचित intellectual-property claims को रोकने में सहायता करना है।

यह engagement “Information systems of traditional knowledge for protection and promotion” project के लिए है। इसी वजह से notification में software/data roles के साथ traditional medicine, patent, Sanskrit और Yoga backgrounds शामिल हैं।

यह सभी disciplines के लिए एक जैसी qualification वाली भर्ती नहीं है। उदाहरण के लिए, Yoga post के लिए Master’s in Yoga और Patent posts के लिए निर्धारित science-related Master’s qualifications दी गई हैं।

IT और Data Science Posts की Eligibility

Senior Project Associate — IT: TKD3901

Recognised university/equivalent से निम्न में से कोई route:

• Computer Science/Information Technology में Engineering या Technology bachelor’s degree अथवा MCA, साथ में निर्धारित R&D/scientific activities and services में 3 वर्ष का experience;
• या Computer Science/Information Technology में ME/MTech/equivalent, साथ में निर्धारित क्षेत्र में 2 वर्ष का experience.

Notification Java/J2EE, SQL, Spring/Hibernate, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, RESTful applications, application servers और related tools का experience बताता है। Alternative technical route में multiple relational database systems की engineering, administration, management और migration की proficiency दी गई है। अपने technical experience को PDF की पूरी सूची से मिलाएँ।

Project Associate-I — IT/Data Science: TKC3901, TKH3901

Engineering/Technology में bachelor’s degree—Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science या Electronics—अथवा MCA, recognised university/equivalent से।

Desirable skills में Java/J2EE, Python, SQL, machine learning, data analysis, visualisation, statistical modelling, predictive analytics, cloud और big-data technologies शामिल हैं।

Project Associate-I — IT: TKJ3901, TKL3901, TKS3901, TKP3901

Computer Science/Information Technology में Engineering/Technology bachelor’s degree अथवा MCA, recognised university/equivalent से।

Desirable profile में Java enterprise applications और relational databases, अथवा RHEL/server installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, security hardening और backups की proficiency दी गई है।

Ayurveda, Unani, Sowa Rigpa और Siddha Eligibility

नीचे दी गई qualifications recognised university या equivalent से होनी चाहिए। Senior posts में experience का अर्थ notification में निर्धारित R&D in Industrial/Academic Institutions या S&T Organisations and Scientific activities/services का experience है।

Senior role के लिए higher qualification रखने पर experience पूरी तरह समाप्त नहीं होता। उदाहरण के लिए, MD Ayurveda route में भी 2 वर्ष का निर्धारित experience चाहिए। सामान्य clinical service को बिना जाँच के prescribed R&D experience के बराबर न मानें।

Patent, Sanskrit और Yoga Posts की Eligibility

Senior Project Associate — Patent: TKD3904, TKH3903

• Chemical या Biological Sciences/Bioinformatics/Cheminformatics में Master’s degree + 3 वर्ष निर्धारित R&D/scientific experience;
• या Chemical या Biological Science में doctoral degree + 2 वर्ष निर्धारित R&D/scientific experience.

Patent analytics/informatics experience, PG Diploma in IPR और अच्छे English written/oral skills desirable हैं। केवल IPR diploma को required science qualification का replacement न समझें।

Project Associate-I — Patent: TKD3905, TKH3904

Chemical या Biological Sciences/Bioinformatics/Cheminformatics में recognised Master’s degree/equivalent आवश्यक है। Patent analytics/informatics, IPR diploma और English communication से जुड़ी skills desirable हैं।

Senior Project Associate — Sanskrit: TKD3906

Master’s in Sanskrit + 3 वर्ष निर्धारित R&D/scientific experience, या doctoral degree in Sanskrit + 2 वर्ष निर्धारित experience। Traditional medical texts तथा diseases, plants आदि की medical terminology से familiarity desirable है।

Project Associate-I — Yoga: TKD3907

Recognised university/equivalent से Master’s degree in Yoga चाहिए। केवल Yoga certificate, short course या bachelor’s degree इस advertised qualification का विकल्प नहीं है।

क्या Freshers और Final-Year Candidates Apply कर सकते हैं?

कई Project Associate-I posts में essential qualification के साथ minimum years of experience अलग से नहीं माँगे गए हैं। ऐसे candidates relevant degree पूरी होने और बाकी eligibility conditions पूरी होने पर अपना post code जाँच सकते हैं। Desirable skills और selection performance फिर भी महत्वपूर्ण रहेंगे।

Final-semester और result-awaited candidates eligible नहीं हैं। Essential और अन्य stipulated criteria 12 October 2026 तक पूरे होने चाहिए।

Age Limit और Eligibility Cutoff

SC/ST/OBC/PwD/women तथा applicable groups के लिए relaxation CSIR/Government of India rules के अनुसार होगा। इस advertisement में category-wise additional years की अलग table नहीं दी गई है।

अपने DOB और cutoff date की preliminary calculation के लिए Sarkari Nokrii Candidate Tools उपयोग करें। Calculator relaxation entitlement या final eligibility certify नहीं करता।

Monthly Emoluments: ₹25,000, ₹31,000 और ₹42,000 में अंतर

PA-I के ₹31,000 tier में notification CSIR-UGC NET, including lectureship/Assistant Professorship, GATE, अथवा Central Government departments/agencies/institutions द्वारा आयोजित national-level examinations से निर्धारित selection route का उल्लेख करता है।

हर PA-I candidate को ₹31,000 नहीं मिलेगा। इसी तरह NET/GATE न होने को सभी posts के लिए automatic ineligibility न समझें; notification अन्य eligible PA-I candidates के लिए ₹25,000 tier भी देता है। Applicable proof और route official scrutiny में जाँचे जाएँगे।

Tenure: 2031 तक की Project Date Guaranteed Appointment नहीं है

Initial engagement 31 March 2027 तक है। इसके बाद continuation Review Committee की annual या आवश्यकतानुसार पहले review पर निर्भर होगा। Project का maximum stated end date 31 March 2031 है।

• Engagement purely temporary और contractual है।
• Extension automatic नहीं है; performance review लागू है।
• सभी CSIR postings को मिलाकर project-staff tenure की cumulative ceiling 6 वर्ष है।
• इस engagement से regularisation या permanent absorption का अधिकार नहीं मिलता।
• Posting location बदल सकती है और project need के अनुसार travel करना पड़ सकता है।
• Contract termination के लिए notification में one-month notice या उसके बदले one-month stipend का provision है।

Selection Process: Written Test और Hybrid Interview अलग Stages हैं

1. Online application: Deadline तक form और required documents submit करें।
2. Written test: Applied post code के निर्धारित location, date और reporting time पर उपस्थित हों।
3. Written-test result: Notification के अनुसार उसी दिन घोषित होगा।
4. Interview: Shortlisted candidates का interview test वाले दिन या बाद में सूचित दिन पर होगा।
