Important Dates

Qualification और experience को application closing date तक जोड़कर eligible होने का अनुमान न लगाएँ। Notification में eligibility reckoning date 1 September 2026 रखी गई है।

Discipline-wise Vacancies: किस Grade में कितने पद?

Grade-wise totals: FTE-I में 6, FTE-II में 9, FTE-III में 1, FTE-IV में 22 और FTE-VI में 5 posts हैं। इस advertisement में FTE-V grade की vacancy नहीं है।

Educational Qualification: Discipline के अनुसार Eligibility

Medical & Health Services: अलग Conditions पढ़ें

M&HS के लिए notice में निम्न requirements दी गई हैं:

• Recognised institute से MBBS और minimum 3 years experience, जिसमें कम-से-कम 1 year emergency services या 1 year Occupational Health services में होना चाहिए।
• यदि PG Diploma के आधार पर संबंधित condition लागू है, तो diploma के बाद clinical field में minimum 3 years experience मांगा गया है।
• Notice के अनुसार MCI-recognised institute की qualification certificate, MCI / State registration council का valid registration और authorised signatory से signed तथा stamped experience certificates चाहिए।

M&HS की wording और certificate requirements notification के page 3 से अपने qualification route के अनुसार मिलाएँ। इसे fresh MBBS graduates की भर्ती न समझें।

Dual Specialisation और Equivalent Qualification

• Major और minor specialisation वाले course में major discipline के आधार पर consideration होगा।
• Equal-weightage dual specialisation के लिए University / Institute का confirming certificate देना होगा।
• Equivalent qualifications Government / UGC / AIU / AICTE guidelines के अनुसार consider होंगी; केवल similar course name देखकर equivalence assume न करें।

Grade-wise Pay, Age, Experience और Previous Salary Requirement

नीचे की table M&HS को छोड़कर अन्य cadres के लिए है। इसमें HCL का offered consolidated pay और applicant की current/last organisation की required gross salary अलग columns में हैं।

M&HS — FTE-II की अलग Grade Conditions

Eligibility का अंतिम assessment documents के आधार पर होगा। Current/last salary और employment history के प्रमाण form भरने से पहले व्यवस्थित कर लें।

Experience कैसे Count होगा और क्या Count नहीं होगा?

Experience केवल prescribed basic / essential qualification प्राप्त करने के बाद से count होगा। इसके लिए qualification का result publication date relevant है। Experience का cutoff 1 September 2026 है।

Relevant experience advertised discipline में Mining / Metal / Manufacturing industry से हो सकता है। Other industries का experience भी supporting certificate और HCL की domain requirements से match होने पर consider हो सकता है। इस assessment का अंतिम निर्णय HCL का होगा।

Experience certificate में ये details स्पष्ट होनी चाहिए:

• Designation और department
• Date of joining और date of leaving
• पूरे employment period की job responsibilities
• Responsibility बदलने पर उसके date-specific details

हर employment के लिए appointment letter, pay slip, Form-16, PF statement या salary-credit bank statement में से minimum any two documents online application में upload करने का निर्देश है। यह detailed experience certificate की requirement का replacement नहीं है।

तीन Practical Self-check Examples

नीचे के examples काल्पनिक हैं और केवल eligibility समझाने के लिए हैं।

• Electrical applicant: 12 years relevant post-qualification experience, required degree, applicable age limit और ₹75,000 current monthly gross salary होने पर FTE-IV की basic conditions आगे documents से जाँची जा सकती हैं।
• Finance applicant: CA qualification से पहले का employment जोड़कर experience बढ़ाना सही नहीं है; prescribed qualification के result publication के बाद का eligible period देखें।
• Experienced applicant: कुल 6 years में 2 years consultancy शामिल होने पर पूरे 6 years को eligible experience मानना सही नहीं होगा, क्योंकि notice consultancy experience exclude करता है।

Age Relaxation and PwBD Conditions

Base age limits grade-wise ऊपर दी गई हैं। Notification में निम्न relaxation table दी गई है:

PwBD-OBC और PwBD-SC figures combined relaxation हैं; इनमें फिर से OBC/SC years जोड़कर double counting न करें। Category certificate, vacancy conditions और disability suitability भी साथ जाँचें।

PwBD Reservation: दो Posts, लेकिन Discipline Suitability अलग है

Notice में VH: 1 और HH: 1 reserved post दी गई है। Selected PwBD candidates को respective UR/SC/OBC category vacancies में adjust किया जाएगा; ये 43 के अतिरिक्त दो posts नहीं हैं। Relevant benchmark disability कम-से-कम 40% होनी चाहिए।

Industrial Safety को PwBD के लिए suitable identify नहीं किया गया है। अन्य disciplines की permitted disability categories अलग-अलग हैं। केवल PwBD certificate होने से हर discipline में eligibility न मानें। अपने certificate की category को official PDF के pages 2–3 की suitability table और abbreviations से मिलाएँ।

Contract Duration and Benefits

Initial engagement 3 years के लिए होगी और requirement के अनुसार आगे 3 years extend की जा सकती है। Extension guaranteed नहीं है।

Consolidated pay के अलावा scheme के अनुसार employer’s PF contribution, HRA, gratuity, medical benefits, leave encashment और अन्य applicable benefits का प्रावधान है। इन्हें जोड़कर exact in-hand salary बिना appointment terms देखे calculate नहीं की जा सकती।

Selection Process: Interview और Shortlisting में अंतर

Final selection का आधार Personal Interview performance, 100% weightage है। Interview के लिए पहले eligible candidates की shortlisting होगी।

• सामान्य interview calling ratio 1:5 है।
• Single vacancy के मामले में 10 candidates shortlist करने का प्रावधान है।
• कम applications या vacancies remaining होने की स्थिति में notice के अनुसार further consideration / shortlisting हो सकती है।

Shortlisting Marks कैसे बनेंगे?

• Minimum required relevant experience से अधिक प्रत्येक completed year पर 1 mark।
• Remaining incomplete period के प्रत्येक दिन पर 1/365 mark।
• Minimum qualification के अतिरिक्त relevant cadre/discipline की प्रत्येक additional degree पर 1 mark, maximum 2 marks।
• जरूरत होने पर HCL additional criteria जोड़ सकता है।

काल्पनिक उदाहरण: किसी grade में minimum 6 years experience चाहिए और candidate के पास 8 years 183 days eligible relevant experience है, तो extra experience component लगभग 2.50 marks होगा। यह interview marks या final selection score नहीं है।

Interview intimation email से होगी। Original documents उपलब्ध न होने पर candidate को interview में शामिल होने से रोका जा सकता है। Appointment medical fitness के अधीन होगी।

Application Fee

Payment HCL website के माध्यम से prescribed Payment Gateway / NEFT online transfer process से करना है। Notice में अन्य categories के लिए अलग fee exemption स्पष्ट नहीं दी गई है; किसी दूसरी recruitment की exemption यहाँ assume न करें।

Documents Checklist: Application से पहले क्या तैयार रखें?

• Scanned photograph और signature — JPEG, portal instructions के अनुसार।
• DOB proof: Class X certificate या applicable school-leaving / birth certificate।
• Class XII passing certificate।
• Relevant degree / postgraduate / professional qualification certificates और marksheets।
• Final certificate उपलब्ध न होने पर applicable provisional certificate।
• University/Institute का CGPA/GPA/SGPA-to-percentage conversion evidence, जहाँ आवश्यक हो।
• हर organisation का detailed experience certificate।
• हर employment के लिए prescribed list में से minimum two supporting employment documents।
• Last/current employment की salary evidence; notice की document list में last 3 months salary slips और bank statement, PF statement, appointment letter तथा latest Form-16 संबंधी requirements भी देखें।
• Applicable statutory certificate, जैसे Surveyor Certificate of Competency।
• Applicable SC / OBC-NCL तथा PwBD records।
• Interview के लिए original ID, originals, self-attested copies और signed online application printout।

OBC-NCL Certificate की Important Date

Required OBC-NCL certificate Government of India format में competent authority द्वारा 1 April 2026 या उसके बाद issued होना चाहिए। यदि application के समय नया certificate उपलब्ध नहीं है, तो available OBC-NCL certificate के आधार पर apply करने की अनुमति है, बशर्ते required valid certificate joining के समय दिया जाए। Interview में OBC-NCL status का undertaking भी देना होगा।

SC/OBC certificate English/Hindi के अलावा किसी अन्य भाषा में होने पर self-certified English या Hindi translated copy चाहिए। OBC Creamy Layer candidates को OBC-NCL concessions उपलब्ध नहीं हैं।

How to Apply Online: Step-by-Step Process

1. HCL की official website खोलें: Career section में जाएँ।
2. सही advertisement पहचानें: Estt./1/2036/2026-27, dated 16 September 2026, 43 Fixed Tenure Executive posts चुनें।
3. Application window देखें: Online submission 21 September 2026, 11:00 AM से निर्धारित है।
4. Instructions पढ़कर register करें: Active email और mobile number इस्तेमाल करें।
