2026 में क्या बदला है?
Original advertisement जारी होने के समय PET पद को PwD categories के लिए suitable नहीं बताया गया था। नए public notice के अनुसार Directorate of Education की बाद की approval के आधार पर PwBD suitability और reservation में बदलाव किया गया है।

Original advertisement में disability reservation/age relaxation के लिए benchmark disability status की condition दी गई है। Certificate की validity, prescribed format और suitability का निर्णय competent authority के नियमों के अनुसार होगा। केवल abbreviation का अनुमान लगाकर form न भरें।
Educational Qualification: B.P.Ed की क्या शर्त है?
Original Advertisement 08/22 में PET के लिए Graduation के साथ Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed) या equivalent qualification निर्धारित है। Essential और desirable experience दोनों NIL दिए गए हैं; desirable qualification भी NIL है।
- सिर्फ कोई सामान्य graduation degree होने से PET qualification पूरी नहीं होती।
- सिर्फ sports participation, coaching experience या खेल प्रमाणपत्र को B.P.Ed का विकल्प न मानें।
- यदि equivalent qualification का दावा है, तो उसकी मान्यता का सक्षम प्रमाण होना चाहिए; स्वयं equivalence घोषित न करें।
- Essential qualification को 18 November 2022 तक पूरा करने की condition लागू है।
Post-specific essential qualification entry में CTET अलग requirement के रूप में नहीं लिखा है। दूसरी teacher recruitment की CTET या B.Ed condition इस post पर स्वयं लागू न करें। Exam syllabus में teaching methodology/B.Ed-related questions का उल्लेख और recruitment qualification दो अलग बातें हैं।

18 November 2022 Cutoff: Candidates के लिए इसका मतलब
नए public notice ने स्पष्ट किया है कि age, qualification, experience, reservation benefits और अन्य conditions की crucial date पुरानी ही रहेगी। Application closing date 22 October 2026 होने से eligibility automatically 2026 पर नहीं गिनी जाएगी।

Reservation certificates की तारीख भी जाँचें
Original advertisement के reservation clauses में prescribed certificates competent authority से 18 November 2022 तक जारी होने की condition है। नया public notice reservation benefits और अन्य conditions की crucial date भी 18 November 2022 रखता है।
यदि आपका certificate बाद में जारी, renewed या reissued हुआ है, तो उसकी स्वीकार्यता के बारे में अपनी ओर से निष्कर्ष न निकालें। पुराने supporting records के साथ DSSSB से official clarification लें। इन दोनों नए notices में ऐसे हर individual case के लिए अलग exception नहीं दिया गया है।
Age Limit और PwBD Relaxation
Original PET entry में सामान्य upper age limit 30 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं है। इसकी गणना 18 November 2022 पर की जानी है। Applicable relaxation अलग से उपलब्ध है।

ये combined relaxation entries हैं। उदाहरण के लिए PwD + SC/ST के 15 वर्षों के ऊपर अलग से फिर 10 या 5 वर्ष न जोड़ें। Departmental, guest/contract teacher और अन्य concessions की अपनी conditions हैं; सभी relaxations को मनमाने ढंग से जोड़ना सही नहीं है।
OBC के लिए विशेष ध्यान: Original advertisement में OBC reservation/age relaxation के लिए OBC (Delhi) की निर्धारित conditions लागू हैं। केवल किसी अन्य राज्य का OBC certificate होने से यह benefit स्वतः नहीं मिलता। अपना certificate advertisement के paragraph 6 से मिलाएँ।

Application Fee: PwBD Applicants को कितनी फीस देनी है?
Original Advertisement 08/22 में सामान्य application fee ₹100 है, लेकिन PwD candidates fee-exempt हैं। चूँकि यह नई window eligible PwD candidates के लिए है, applicable exemption के अंतर्गत application fee नहीं देनी होगी।
Original advertisement में women, SC और ST candidates के लिए भी exemption दी गई है। फिर भी इस window में entry की condition eligible PwD होना है; केवल fee-exempt category में आने से non-PwD candidate इसके लिए पात्र नहीं हो जाता।
यदि portal पर claim के अनुरूप exemption नहीं दिखती, तो category/details और current instructions जाँचें। Fee payment को eligibility problem का समाधान न समझें।
Salary: Pay Level 7 का क्या अर्थ है?
PET पद के लिए original notification में Pay Level 7, ₹44,900–₹1,42,400 दिया गया है। Post Group B, Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial है।
यह pay-matrix range है, निश्चित monthly in-hand salary नहीं। Actual payable amount applicable allowances, deductions और service conditions के अनुसार होगा। ₹1,42,400 को joining के समय मिलने वाली monthly salary न समझें।
Selection Process और Exam Pattern
Original advertisement में PET 41/22 के लिए One Tier examination scheme, Exam Code I-T-T दिया गया है। नीचे उसी scheme का विवरण है। इस 2026 application window से संबंधित examination schedule तथा किसी बाद के बदलाव के लिए DSSSB का अलग notice देखें।

Minimum qualifying marks और selection cutoff अलग हैं
Original advertisement में PwD category के लिए minimum qualifying standard 30% दिया है। उसी advertisement की exam-scheme note के अनुसार mandatory qualifying marks Section B पर लागू होते हैं; Section A के लिए अलग minimum qualifying marks नहीं हैं। Final merit में दोनों sections का aggregate लिया जाता है।
इसलिए केवल minimum qualifying standard पूरा करना selection की guarantee नहीं है। Actual selection cutoff competition, vacancies और applicable rules के अनुसार अधिक हो सकता है।
Tie की स्थिति: Original scheme में पहले Section B के अधिक marks, फिर अधिक age और फिर first name के English alphabetical order का क्रम दिया है।

Preparation कहाँ से शुरू करें?
पहले eligibility और documents स्पष्ट करें। उसके बाद subject knowledge तथा teaching methodology के साथ Section A के पाँचों areas का अभ्यास करें। Subject paper के लिए DSSSB की Post Code 41/22 Indicative Syllabus listing देखें।
Editorial preparation suggestion: रोज एक subject topic, एक छोटा general-section practice set और पिछली गलतियों की revision रखें। Negative marking के कारण केवल अधिक attempts के बजाय accuracy पर भी ध्यान दें। Exam date इन notices में नहीं है, इसलिए किसी अनुमानित date के आधार पर तैयारी सीमित न करें।
