๐Ÿ–Š️ How to Apply — Online Application Process

  1. Login: Authenticate using your PET-2025 registration number; an OTP is sent to your PET-2025-registered mobile/email.
  2. Application section: Your personal details (name, parents' names, UP-residency status, category, EWS/horizontal reservation info, DOB, gender, marital status, contact details) auto-populate from your PET-2025 record.
  3. Post selection: Select the post(s) you wish to apply for from those displayed — you must actively select a post, or your claim to it won't be accepted.
  4. Qualification selection: For each selected post, indicate Yes/No on holding the required qualification, then enter Board/University/Institution name, year of passing, certificate/roll number, qualifying-certificate issue date, and marks.
  5. Photo & signature: Auto-carried from your PET-2025 upload — no changes are possible at this stage.
  6. Other details: Indicate Yes/No for any preferential qualification; your permanent/correspondence address from PET-2025 also auto-displays.
  7. Declaration: Read the declaration, tick to confirm agreement, enter the verification code, then click Save and Submit before proceeding to fee payment.
  8. Fee payment: Pay via Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/UPI, or via SBI e-Challan. Payment through any other mode is not permitted.

If payment succeeds but the application doesn't display: log in again using your registration number via "Update Your Transaction ID by Double Verification" under Applicant Segment on the Commission's website homepage, click Verify Transaction ID, and reconcile the fee — then download/print your application.

If payment fails: a Payment Acknowledgment Receipt (PAR) shows instead of the application. Use the same "Update Your Transaction ID by Double Verification" route, then go to "Application Fee Deposition" under Applicant Segment to retry payment.

Via SBI e-Challan: download the e-Challan, pay at any SBI branch, then reconcile via "Update Your Transaction ID by Double Verification Mode" under Applicant Segment.

  • Only the last validly submitted application (in case of multiple applications) is accepted; earlier ones are rejected.
  • Malpractice, impersonation, misconduct in the exam hall, or providing false information can lead to rejection, debarment from this and future Commission exams, and prosecution — provisions of the UP Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024 apply.
