🎫 Admit Card & Application Copy — How to Download

🏛️ Document Verification (DV) Committee & Process

Each district's DV/PST committee comprises:

• Chairperson: a Deputy Collector nominated by the District Magistrate
• Member: a Deputy Superintendent of Police nominated by the district/commissionerate's Police Commissioner or SP
• Member: a gazetted officer of the Education Department, nominated by the District School Inspector/Basic Shiksha Adhikari or the DM
• Member: a Medical Officer nominated by the Chief Medical Officer or the DM

Where representation of SC/ST/OBC or other categories is required per existing government orders, the Board adds officers (not below Inspector rank in the Police department) nominated by the district's Police Commissioner/SP, to ensure such representation on the committee.

Process: the committee matches the information in the application form and uploaded documents against the original documents produced by the candidate. Original certificates that don't conform to the prescribed qualification/standard/service rules/government orders will not be accepted, and further action will follow accordingly. On any case referred due to doubt, or noticed suo motu, the Board can decide and issue directions — the Board's directions are final. If any document is found forged, false, or tampered with at any point during or after document verification, the candidature will be rejected at the discretion of the Board or appointing authority, and a criminal case may be registered with due process followed.

📏 Physical Standard Test (PST) — Minimum Standards

A minimum chest expansion of 5 cm is mandatory for male candidates. Measurements from any previous recruitment, or from any other government/private institution, are not valid for this recruitment — only the measurement taken by this recruitment's own DV/PST team will be accepted.

⚖️ Appeal Against PST Result

• A candidate dissatisfied with their PST result may file an appeal/objection on the same day, immediately after the test.
• The Board designates one Additional Superintendent of Police per venue as the nodal officer to resolve all such appeals.
• Re-measurement is conducted by an officer nominated by the committee, in the presence of the Additional SP.
• Candidates who fail the re-measurement are declared unsuitable for recruitment — no further appeal is accepted after this.

📌 General Instructions

• Candidates are expected to be present at the given date, time, and place for DV/PST.
• For reasons genuinely beyond a candidate's control (documented in writing), the Board may change the date/time for a specific group of candidates.
• A candidate who misses their allotted slot may submit a written representation, with detailed reasons, to the district's Nodal Officer, requesting another date. The Nodal Officer may allow attendance on another date within the already-scheduled dates or the reserve day — no date beyond the final scheduled date/reserve day will be fixed under any circumstances. Such representations must reach the Nodal Officer before the Board's pre-fixed final date for this test, and all such rescheduled cases must be reported by the Nodal Officer to the Board.
• If a candidate fails to attend even on the rescheduled date, they are deemed failed — no further opportunity is given, regardless of health or any other reason.
• A candidate finally declared failed for not meeting the prescribed physical standard gets no further opportunity on any ground, and no appeal for re-test will be entertained.
• The DV/PST result is communicated to candidates on the same day.
