📜 About the CBIC Executive Assistant Preference Notice
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has declared the final result of Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2025. Based on this result, selected candidates have been nominated to CBIC for appointment as Executive Assistant. As per the prevailing system, each candidate must be allocated to one of the Cadre Controlling Authorities (CCAs) under CBIC. The CCA of the concerned Zone/Formation subsequently issues the Offer of Appointment. Allocation is made on a merit-cum-preference basis, to the extent vacancies are available.
Since the 183 vacancies pertain to 22 CCAs, preferences are restricted to these 22 CCAs only. The list of CCAs is provided in Annexure-I and category-wise & CCA-wise vacancies are notified in Annexure-A of the official notice. The online preference module is accessed using your SSC Roll Number, registered Email ID and Mobile Number. A User Manual (Annexure-B) is available on the portal itself for step-by-step guidance. Candidates must complete the online submission by the deadline; non-submission will be treated as "no preference" and the Department will allocate any zone as per administrative exigencies.
