UPSSSC JE Mechanical Recruitment 2026: उत्तर प्रदेश अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग ने सम्मिलित अवर अभियन्ता (यांत्रिक) मुख्य परीक्षा (प्रा०अ०प०-2025)/24 के लिए विज्ञापन संख्या 24-परीक्षा/2026 जारी किया है। इसमें विभिन्न विभागों के कुल 1,156 पद शामिल हैं।

इनमें JE Mechanical के अलावा Technical Assistant, Machine Instructor, Assistant Store Keeper, Mechanic और Assistant District Panchayat Raj Officer (Technical) के पद भी हैं। आवेदन 3 नवंबर से 25 नवंबर 2026 तक ऑनलाइन किए जा सकेंगे। तथ्य और department-specific conditions official notification से मिलाएँ।

Category-wise Vacancy

Official vacancy table की विभागवार पंक्तियों को जोड़ने पर निम्न कुल बनते हैं। किसी एक post की category vacancy जानने के लिए उसी विभाग की पंक्ति देखें।

रिक्तियाँ तथा आरक्षण विवरण बदल सकते हैं। Horizontal reservation के पद इन 1,156 के ऊपर अतिरिक्त नहीं हैं; विभागवार विवरण notification की सारिणी-2 में देखें।

Eligibility: PET 2025 की शर्त

• PET 2025 में शामिल होना और आयोग द्वारा scorecard जारी होना आवश्यक है।
• Main examination के लिए shortlisting PET 2025 normalized score के आधार पर होगी।
• Absolute score अथवा normalized score में शून्य या ऋणात्मक अंक प्राप्त candidates shortlist नहीं किए जाएँगे।
• Under Investigation/Provisional PET result वाले candidates की आवेदन/भागीदारी की स्थिति notification की औपबंधिक शर्तों और आयोग के अंतिम निर्णय के अधीन रहेगी।

Post-wise Educational Qualification

अनिवार्य qualifications और संबंधित प्रमाणपत्र 25 नवंबर 2026 तक उपलब्ध होने चाहिए। जिन posts में Territorial Army service या NCC ‘B’ certificate की अधिमानी शर्त दी गई है, वह अन्य बातें समान होने पर लागू होती है।

Age Limit और Relaxation

Age calculation: Notification के section 7 में department-wise निर्णायक तिथि दी गई है। कई पदों में संबंधित वर्ष की 1 जुलाई का प्रावधान है, जबकि UPSRTC की पंक्तियों में vacancy विज्ञापन/अधियाचन की अवधि के अनुसार 1 जनवरी अथवा 1 जुलाई की शर्त है। इसलिए सभी posts के लिए एक ही date-of-birth range लागू न करें।

आरक्षित एवं अन्य पात्र श्रेणियों को संबंधित सेवा नियमों के अनुसार छूट मिलेगी। उत्तर प्रदेश के बाहर के मूल निवासी candidates को इस भर्ती में UP reservation benefit अनुमन्य नहीं है; उन्हें अनारक्षित श्रेणी में माना जाएगा।

Application Fee

महिला, दिव्यांग, भूतपूर्व सैनिक और अन्य विशेष श्रेणियों का शुल्क उनकी मूल category के अनुसार होगा। Portal पर card, net banking, UPI और SBI e-challan की निर्धारित payment प्रक्रिया उपलब्ध होगी।

Salary / Pay Level

सभी पदों की salary एक जैसी नहीं है। Pay scale को in-hand salary न मानें। Revised pay applicability, allowances और deductions नियुक्ति वाले विभाग के नियमों के अनुसार होंगे।

Selection Process

1. PET 2025 shortlisting: Category-wise विज्ञापित पदों के सापेक्ष 15 गुना candidates shortlist किए जाएँगे। अंतिम cutoff के समान normalized score वाले candidates भी शामिल होंगे।
2. Main written examination: निर्धारित syllabus और exam pattern के अनुसार परीक्षा होगी।
3. Eligibility और document verification: Qualification, age, reservation, preference तथा संबंधित प्रमाणपत्र जाँचे जाएँगे।

Notification के अनुसार चयन का आधार लिखित परीक्षा है। PET shortlist या admit card मिलने को final selection न समझें। Main exam की तारीख बाद में सूचित की जाएगी।

UPSSSC JE Mechanical Exam Pattern 2026

• Paper: एक objective multiple-choice प्रश्नपत्र।
• समय: 2 घंटे / 120 मिनट।
• सही उत्तर: 1 अंक।
• गलत उत्तर: 0.25 अंक की कटौती।
• Section distribution: Mechanical 65 अंक, Computer/IT 15 अंक और UP GK 20 अंक।

Mechanical Syllabus: Topic Checklist

• Theory of Machines: Simple machines, four-bar links, flywheel, belt transmission, clutches, gears, gear ratio, governors, cams और bearings।
• Engineering Mechanics: Equilibrium of forces, laws of motion और friction।
• Strength of Materials: Stress-strain, elastic constants, riveted joints, bending moment, shear force diagrams, composite bars, torsion और thin-walled pressure vessels।
• Thermodynamics: Pure substances, steam tables, steam formation, dryness fraction, superheat, first और second laws, SFEE, heat source/sink, heat engine, heat pump और refrigerator।
• IC Engines: Air-standard cycles, diesel cycle और engine performance।
• Steam/Power Plant: Rankine cycle, boilers, mountings, accessories, nozzles और steam turbines।
• Refrigeration/Air Compression: Compressors, cycles और refrigeration-cycle principles।
• Fluid/Hydraulic Machines: Fluid statics, pressure measurement, hydraulic turbines और centrifugal pumps।

Computer/IT और UP GK

Computer/IT: Hardware-software, input-output, internet/IP address, email, printers/tablets/mobile, MS Word, MS Excel, operating systems, social networking, e-governance, digital financial tools, cyber security, AI, big data, machine learning, deep learning और IoT।

UP GK: इतिहास, संस्कृति, कला, वास्तुकला, त्योहार, लोकनृत्य, साहित्य, क्षेत्रीय भाषाएँ, पर्यटन, भूगोल, प्राकृतिक संसाधन, पर्यावरण, कृषि, उद्योग, अर्थव्यवस्था, शासन-प्रशासन और समसामयिक घटनाएँ।

तैयारी का Practical Plan — Editorial Suggestion

यह अध्ययन सुझाव है, आयोग का निर्धारित timetable नहीं। अपना समय official weightage और कमजोर topics के आधार पर बाँटें।

1. पहला चरण: Machines/Design, Mechanics, Strength of Materials और Fluid Mechanics की concept तथा numerical practice करें—इन चार units से कुल 45 प्रश्न हैं।
2. साथ में: Thermodynamics, IC Engine, Steam/Power Plant और Refrigeration को क्रम से revise करें।
3. प्रतिदिन छोटा session: Computer/IT और UP GK पढ़ें; दोनों मिलकर 35 अंक हैं।
4. साप्ताहिक practice: 100-question paper को 120 मिनट में हल करें, फिर गलतियों का कारण लिखें।

काल्पनिक scoring example: 70 सही और 20 गलत उत्तर होने पर score 70 − (20 × 0.25) = 65 अंक बनेगा। यह केवल calculation example है, expected cutoff नहीं।

How to Apply: Form भरने का तरीका

1. UPSSSC official website खोलें और 3 नवंबर से Live Advertisement में 24-Exam/2026 — Mechanical चुनें।
2. PET 2025 registration number और registered mobile/email OTP से login करें।
3. Auto-filled personal details जाँचें। PET 2025 की photo और signature स्वतः दिखाई देंगे; इस application में उनके परिवर्तन की अनुमति नहीं दी गई है।
4. सभी इच्छित एवं पात्र पद select करें। जिस post को select नहीं करेंगे, उसके लिए candidature स्वीकार नहीं होगी।
5. Qualification, board/institute, passing year, certificate number/date और applicable preferential details भरें।
6. Declaration पढ़कर submit करें और registration/application number सुरक्षित रखें।
7. 25 नवंबर तक ₹25 processing fee जमा करें तथा successful reconciliation जाँचें।
8. Final submitted application डाउनलोड करें। केवल registration slip या payment receipt पर निर्भर न रहें।
9. आवश्यक और अनुमत correction 2 दिसंबर तक करें तथा corrected print सुरक्षित रखें।

Payment Pending है तो क्या करें?

Applicant Segment में “Update Your Transaction ID by Double Verification” खोलकर संबंधित transaction verify करें। Dashboard में fee status और final application की स्थिति देखें।

Payment असफल होने पर दिखाई देने वाली acknowledgement receipt को successful application न मानें। आवश्यक payment steps अंतिम fee date से पहले पूरे करें; reconciliation की अतिरिक्त अवधि नया payment करने की extension नहीं है।

Correction Window की सीमा

Notification में correspondence address, निर्धारित personal/reservation details, essential/preferential qualification information और marital status जैसे अनुमत fields में correction दिया गया है। यह सभी entries बदलने की unrestricted सुविधा नहीं है। Applicant Dashboard → Modify Application और OTP की निर्धारित प्रक्रिया अपनाएँ।

Documents Checklist

• PET 2025 registration details और scorecard।
• High School certificate/date-of-birth proof।
• Intermediate certificate, जहाँ पद के लिए आवश्यक हो।
• Diploma, marksheets तथा applicable equivalence proof।
• UP domicile और लागू caste/category certificates।
• EWS, PwD, Ex-serviceman तथा अन्य claimed benefits के निर्धारित प्रमाणपत्र।
• Heavy vehicle driving licence, यदि UPSRTC Mechanic की preferential qualification claim कर रहे हों।
• NCC/Territorial Army या अन्य अधिमानी qualification के प्रमाण, जहाँ लागू हों।
• Serving candidates का employer NOC, आवश्यकतानुसार।
• Final application print और payment receipt।
