RITES Engineer UT Testing Recruitment 2026: RITES Limited ने Vacancy Code CL/08-R1/26 के अंतर्गत Engineer–UT Testing के 2 पदों के लिए online applications आमंत्रित किए हैं। इनमें 1 UR और 1 OBC-NCL vacancy है। Recruitment contract lump-sum basis पर है और notification में Bangalore के विभिन्न sites के लिए आवश्यकता बताई गई है।

Online application की अंतिम तारीख 1 November 2026 है। Diploma candidates के लिए minimum 5 years और Degree candidates के लिए minimum 2 years post-qualification experience चाहिए। दोनों routes में UT Level-2 Certificate (ASNT/ISNT) जरूरी है।

Qualification and Experience: Diploma vs Degree

NDT experience: Advertisement इसे preference के रूप में बताता है। इसे सभी required experience years के लिए अलग mandatory NDT-only condition में न बदलें। फिर भी अपने actual testing/inspection work का स्पष्ट proof रखें।

Minimum Marks

• UR consideration: First class/minimum 60% in minimum qualification का standard दिया गया है। UR post पर apply करने वाले reserved-category candidates पर भी यही standard लागू है।
• Reserved-post consideration: Applicable reserved-category candidates के लिए minimum 50% का provision है। इस notice में एक OBC-NCL reserved vacancy है।
• Recognised institution/university की qualification जरूरी है।
• CGPA/DGPA होने पर institution-issued conversion formula/document दें। Formula न होने पर advertisement में authorised undertaking के बाद specified conversion provision है।

Experience कैसे Check करें?

Experience qualifying Diploma/Degree के बाद का होना चाहिए। Training—on-the-job training को छोड़कर—internship, teaching, academic, fellowship और PhD research periods count नहीं होंगे। On-the-job training के लिए भी applicable eligibility और documentary proof जरूरी हैं।

Illustrative example: Required Degree के बाद दो साल का accepted work experience रखने वाला candidate Degree route की duration condition पूरी कर सकता है। लेकिन केवल Diploma route पर दो साल का experience पर्याप्त नहीं है; वहाँ पांच साल चाहिए।

Diploma के बाद काम करते हुए बाद में Degree प्राप्त की है तो Diploma-era experience को Degree route में स्वतः न जोड़ें। Notification के post-qualification rule के अनुसार अपना route और dates जाँचें; ambiguity हो तो RITES से clarification लें।

Experience Proof Checklist

• Employer का joining record और experience/service certificate।
• Previous employment का relieving order, जहाँ applicable हो।
• Current employment के लिए experience certificate/joining letter तथा recent salary slips, Form 16 या continuity साबित करने वाले records।
• Claimed periods के documents chronological order में।
• Testing/inspection duties का factual description और applicable NDT work details।

Age Limit and Relaxation

Base maximum age 40 years as on 1 November 2026 है। OBC-NCL reserved vacancy के लिए eligible candidates को notification के अनुसार three-year relaxation मिल सकती है। SC/ST के लिए यहाँ अलग reserved vacancy नहीं है; सामान्य relaxation table देखकर UR post पर स्वतः concession न जोड़ें।

Identified suitable PwBD candidates के लिए 10-year relaxation का provision है, applicable conditions के अधीन। Listed classifications में OA, OL, Leprosy Cured और Acid Attack Victims शामिल हैं। Relevant benchmark disability और prescribed physical requirements पूरी होनी चाहिए।

OBC-NCL certificate prescribed Central Government format में, crucial date पर valid और notification के अनुसार एक वर्ष से अधिक पुराना नहीं होना चाहिए। Required non-creamy-layer declaration भी तैयार रखें।

Salary: Basic और Gross का अंतर

Bangalore requirement के संदर्भ में advertisement का approximate gross figure ₹50,346 है। इसे guaranteed in-hand salary न मानें। Basic remuneration Central Government minimum-wage revisions के अनुसार revise किए जाने का provision है।

Contract Conditions

• Initial engagement one year है।
• Assignment completion तक extension mutual consent और satisfactory performance पर निर्भर होगी।
• All-India posting liability लागू है।
• Offer/deployment project/company requirement और deployment criteria के अधीन है।
• Empanelment से नौकरी या deployment का automatic अधिकार नहीं मिलता।

Selection Process and Interview Weightage

एक vacancy के लिए एक ही application दें। Submitted application alter नहीं की जा सकती। Documents की hard copies post/courier से भेजने की जरूरत नहीं है।
