Educational Qualification

Current Employment और Organisation Conditions

Private companies में listed-company candidates को preference दी जाएगी। Private Company/JV/Federation applicants को entities के annual turnover के क्रम में arrange करने का प्रावधान भी है।
Experience: दो Alternative Routes
Route 1: Functional Experience
किसी प्रतिष्ठित बड़ी organisation में पिछले 10 वर्षों के दौरान कम से कम 5 वर्षों का cumulative experience/exposure निम्न क्षेत्रों में होना चाहिए:
Finance, Business Development, Production, Operations, Marketing या Project Management।
Route 2: HR/IR/Personnel के साथ Functional Exposure
कम से कम 5 वर्षों का cumulative core HR/IR/Personnel Management experience, साथ में पिछले 10 वर्षों में Finance, Business Development, Production, Operations, Marketing या Project Management में कम से कम 3 वर्षों का cumulative experience होना चाहिए।
Preference: Power Sector या Infrastructure Finance experience वाले applicants को preference दी जाएगी।

Other Employment Categories
- Central Government Group A/AIS/Autonomous Bodies: Application date पर Additional Secretary level या equivalent substantive post और equivalent pay scale। केवल NFU/NBR के कारण scale मिलने से eligibility नहीं बनती।
- Public Sector Banks/Financial Institutions: Application date पर Board level में 1 year।
