Advertisement के company profile के अनुसार KIOCL mineral and metals sector की CPSE है। इसके operations में Mangaluru में 3.5 MTPA Iron Oxide Pellet Plant और 2.16 lakh tonnes annual capacity वाला Pig Iron Blast Furnace Unit शामिल हैं। Registered और corporate office Bangalore, Karnataka में है।

कम-से-कम 5 वर्षों का cumulative experience core HR/IR/Personnel Management में, साथ में पिछले 10 वर्षों में कम-से-कम 3 वर्षों का cumulative experience ऊपर दिए Finance/Business Development/Production/Operations/Marketing/Project Management functions में होना चाहिए।
Desirable: Mining, Iron या Steel sector का experience। Advertisement इसे desirable बताता है; इसे सभी applicants के लिए mandatory sector condition न बनाएँ।
Current Employment और Organisation Turnover
Applicant को application date और interview date दोनों पर regular employment में होना चाहिए। Contractual/ad-hoc employment इस condition का विकल्प नहीं है। Eligible organisation groups हैं:
- CPSE, जिसमें full-time functional Board Director भी शामिल है।
- Central Government Group A, Armed Forces, All India Services तथा prescribed Public Sector Banks/Financial Institutions/Autonomous Bodies आदि।
- State PSE जिसकी applicable annual turnover कम-से-कम ₹2,000 crore हो।
- Private company, advertisement में defined 50:50 JV या National/State-level Cooperative Federation जिसकी applicable annual turnover कम-से-कम ₹2,000 crore हो।
Turnover threshold के लिए advertisement year से पहले के तीन financial years का average audited annual turnover लिया जाएगा। केवल latest year का turnover दिखाना पर्याप्त आधार नहीं है। Private companies में listed-company candidates को preference और Private/JV/Federation applicants को organisation turnover के क्रम में arrange करने का provision है।
Age और Residual Service: Cutoff 01 July 2027
Age की गणना application deadline पर नहीं, Date of Vacancy — 01 July 2027 पर होगी। Superannuation age 60 years दी गई है।

Pay Scale, Tenure और Immediate Absorption
