NICL AO Recruitment 2026: National Insurance Company Limited के 7 October 2026 के advertisement में 321 Administrative Officers—200 Generalist और 121 Specialist की भर्ती दी गई है। Online registration और fee payment की अवधि 8 October से 28 October 2026 है।

Examination dates में बदलाव NICL website पर जारी किया जा सकता है। Advertisement में application closing का अलग clock time नहीं दिया गया है; अंतिम समय तक प्रतीक्षा न करें।

NICL AO Vacancy 2026: Discipline और Category-wise Breakup

PwBD reservation: Specialist total में 7 और Generalist total में 9 PwBD vacancies दर्शाई गई हैं, जिनमें indicated backlog शामिल है। ये ऊपर की vacancies के भीतर हैं; इन्हें जोड़कर total 321 से अधिक न करें। Disability-category breakup और suitability के लिए advertisement की original table देखें।

Educational Qualification: कौन Apply कर सकता है?

Required qualification का passing proof 1 October 2026 तक उपलब्ध होना चाहिए। सामान्य minimum marks 60% हैं; SC/ST/PwBD के लिए 55%। नीचे दिए relevant graduation/postgraduation qualification और additional professional requirements साथ पढ़ें।

Marks और Result Date की तीन महत्वपूर्ण शर्तें

• 59.99% को 60% नहीं माना जाएगा। Notification fractional percentage को round up करने की अनुमति नहीं देता।
• Aggregate सभी subjects और semesters/years के total obtained marks ÷ total maximum marks से निकालें; केवल honours या best subjects का percentage न लें।
• CGPA/OGPA होने पर university का authorised conversion certificate रखें। Qualifying result cutoff तक घोषित होना चाहिए; website result के लिए university authority का date प्रमाण आवश्यक हो सकता है।

Age Limit and Relaxation

1 October 2026 को age 21–30 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। Unrelaxed date-of-birth range 2 October 1996 से 1 October 2005 है, दोनों dates inclusive।

Applicable multiple-category relaxation notification के अनुसार cumulative हो सकती है, लेकिन maximum age 45 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं हो सकती। PwBD combined figures में SC/ST/OBC component दोबारा न जोड़ें। EWS के लिए अलग सामान्य age relaxation नहीं दी गई है।

NICL AO Application Fee

Applicable bank transaction charges candidate को देने होंगे। Fee non-refundable है और दूसरे recruitment में adjust नहीं होगी।

Salary, Posting, Probation and Service Bond

• Starting basic pay: ₹82,485 per month।
• Pay scale: ₹82,485–4,050(14)–1,39,185–4,390(4)–1,56,745।
• Approximate total emoluments: Metropolitan centres में लगभग ₹1,14,000 per month। यह guaranteed in-hand salary नहीं है।
• Benefits: Applicable rules के अनुसार pension under NPS, gratuity, medical benefits, LTS, insurance और company/leased accommodation।
• Posting: Anywhere in India। Initial posting पर minimum stay 5 years बताया गया है, लेकिन company इससे पहले transfer का अधिकार भी रखती है।
• Specialists: Company discretion पर उसी specialisation में minimum 10 years काम करना पड़ सकता है। Company Secretaries primarily Head Office, Kolkata में posted होंगे।
• Probation: एक वर्ष; छह-छह महीने की दो extensions से एक अतिरिक्त वर्ष तक बढ़ सकती है। Confirmation के लिए Insurance Institute of India की non-life Licentiate Examination पास करनी होगी।

Selection Process

1. Phase I – Preliminary Examination।
2. Phase II – Objective Main Examination और qualifying Descriptive English।
3. Interview और eligibility/document verification।
4. Final selection तथा prescribed medical fitness।

Final merit: Mains objective examination और Interview का weightage 80:20 है। Prelims तथा qualifying descriptive marks final merit में नहीं जुड़ते। Interview में company द्वारा निर्धारित minimum qualifying marks भी आवश्यक हैं।

NICL AO Prelims Exam Pattern 2026

हर section में company द्वारा निर्धारित passing marks जरूरी हैं। उपलब्धता और company decision के अधीन लगभग 15 times vacancies के candidates Mains के लिए shortlist किए जा सकते हैं।

Descriptive English: 30 Marks, 30 Minutes

• Essay: 10 marks।
• Précis: 10 marks।
• Comprehension: 10 marks।

Answers computer पर English में type करने होंगे। यह test objective examination के तुरंत बाद होगा। कुल Phase II duration 210 minutes है। Descriptive qualifying है, लेकिन इसे पास करना आवश्यक है; evaluation के लिए objective qualifying conditions भी लागू हैं।

Negative Marking

Prelims और Mains objective tests में हर गलत answer पर उस question के marks का one-fourth कटेगा। Unattempted question पर penalty नहीं है। English test के अलावा objective tests Hindi/English bilingual हैं।

NICL AO Apply Online: Step-by-Step Guide

1. Official NICL Recruitment Section खोलें और 321 AO recruitment की entry चुनें।
2. Detailed advertisement पढ़कर Generalist या अपनी eligible Specialist discipline चुनें।
3. “Apply Online” → “New Registration” में name, mobile और email भरें। Registration number/password सुरक्षित रखें।
4. DOB, category, nationality, qualification, aggregate marks और result date documents से मिलाकर भरें।
5. Photo, signature, left-thumb impression और handwritten declaration upload करें। Required live photograph भी capture करें।
