IIT BHU Recruitment 2026: Project Associate, Research Scientist and Director

IIT BHU Recruitment 2026 की इस guide में तीन स्वतंत्र advertisements का comparison दिया गया है। यह एक common recruitment form या permanent faculty recruitment नहीं है। Project Associate और Research Scientist positions temporary project appointments हैं, जबकि Director, DIA-CoE full-time contractual leadership role है।

Important Dates: Deadline में अंतर पहले समझें

1. Project Associate in Computer Science and Engineering

यह ICMR-funded project AI की मदद से triple-negative breast cancer में immunotherapy response prediction पर केंद्रित है। Project title है: “AI-enabled platform integrating stromal dynamics to predict immunotherapy response in triple negative breast cancer.”

Essential Qualification

• BE/BTech in CSE/IT/AI/ECE/allied branches और GATE या equivalent examination qualification; या
• ME/MTech in CSE/IT/AI/ECE/allied branches और GATE या equivalent examination qualification।

ध्यान दें: MTech route में भी GATE/equivalent की condition लिखी है। केवल higher degree होने से यह requirement हटती नहीं। किसी दूसरे exam को equivalent मानने से पहले PI से पुष्टि करें।

Desirable: Deep Learning models पर hands-on experience और good communication skills।

Age, Salary और Tenure

• Age limit: 30 years।
• Female/SC/ST/Physically Handicapped candidates: notice में 5-year relaxation।
• OBC-NCL: 3-year relaxation या applicable GoI norms।
• ₹28,000 per month + HRA at 20%।
• Project duration 4 years; initial appointment 1 year और continuation performance-dependent।
• Position temporary और project के साथ co-terminus है।

चार साल के project का अर्थ चार साल की guaranteed appointment नहीं है। Advertisement exact age-reference date अलग से स्पष्ट नहीं करता; boundary-age candidates PI से पूछें।

How to Apply: दोनों Steps जरूरी

1. Official Project Associate PDF के दूसरे page का application form भरें।
2. Application तथा self-attested qualification certificates, marksheets, age proof और relevant experience documents की एक PDF बनाएँ।
3. PDF को sks.cse@iitbhu.ac.in पर भेजें।
4. Email subject रखें: Application for Project Associate।
5. साथ में notification का Google application form भी भरें।

केवल email भेजकर या केवल Google Form भरकर process complete न मानें। Notice दोनों steps बताता है।

Application Form भरने की Guide

• Form electronically type कर सकते हैं या capital letters में handwritten भर सकते हैं।
• Name, date of birth और category documents से match करें।
• GATE/NET score और rank वाले fields में actual details दें; form में NET field होना हर NET qualification की equivalence की पुष्टि नहीं है।
• 10th से आगे academic record में institution, passing year, branch और marks/CGPA सही भरें।
• Experience में organisation, designation और dates दें।
• SCI publications हों तो separate list दें; न हों तो कोई publication invent न करें।
• कम-से-कम 1 referee की details दें और उनकी अनुमति लें।
• Declaration, signature, date और place पूरा करें।

Shortlisted candidates को email से interview सूचना मिलेगी। Interview venue CSE Department, IIT (BHU), Varanasi बताया गया है। Originals और self-attested copies verification के लिए चाहिए; TA/DA नहीं मिलेगा। Notice PhD pursue करने की सम्भावना का उल्लेख करता है, guaranteed PhD admission का नहीं।

2. Project Research Scientist-I — Non-Medical

School of Biomedical Engineering में यह ICMR-funded research project hepatic fibrosis के लिए metabolites-based triazole analogues की synthesis और screening से संबंधित है। Project reference: 2026RPMS00001884।

Essential Qualification

Recognised university/institute से MSc/MTech in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Science, Biomedical Engineering या other relevant Science/Engineering and associated fields।

इस notice में अलग GATE/NET requirement नहीं दी गई है। Related field की acceptability अपने degree title और research background के आधार पर PI से clarify कर सकते हैं।

Desirable Research Experience

• Biological assays और molecular biology।
• Bioactive compounds का evaluation।
• Cell culture।
• Animal handling/experimentation और disease models।
• Histopathological analysis या related biological/therapeutic evaluation techniques।

ये desirable skills हैं। Application में केवल उन्हीं techniques का दावा करें जिन्हें आपने वास्तव में किया है; theoretical knowledge और hands-on work अलग लिखें।

Age, Salary और Duration

• Upper age: application date पर 35 years।
• Applicable relaxation GoI rules के अनुसार।
• ₹56,000 + 20% HRA per month, ICMR norms के अनुसार।
• Initial duration 1 year, performance के आधार पर extension।
• Project sanctioned duration 3 years; position temporary और co-terminus है।
• Selected candidate से immediate joining अपेक्षित है।

Application कैसे भेजें?

Plain-paper application में name, permanent/correspondence address, parents’ names, phone, email, High School से educational record और research/work experience दें। Self-attested marksheets तथा certificates जोड़ें।

Signed application की scanned copy sudip.bme@iitbhu.ac.in पर भेजने का विकल्प notice में दिया है। Physical submission address:

Deadline discrepancy के कारण submission से पहले अथवा application email में receipt deadline की written clarification माँगें। केवल shortlisted candidates को interview के लिए संपर्क किया जाएगा। Interview TA/DA नहीं मिलेगा।

3. Director, DIA-CoE, IIT (BHU)

DRDO Industry Academia–Centre of Excellence में Director centre का administrative और executive head होगा। Centre के research areas में Powder Metallurgy, Functional Materials, High-Power Microwave Sources/Devices और Ceramics शामिल हैं।

Essential Qualification और Experience

• Recognised university/equivalent से Engineering, Technology या Science में Doctoral/Master’s degree।
• Technology domains/Defence technical domain में 25 years experience।
• Experience केवल ऊपर दिए centre areas तक सीमित नहीं है।
• Closing date पर age 62 years से कम होनी चाहिए।

यह senior leadership role है। “Master’s degree eligible” पढ़कर experience requirement को नजरअंदाज न करें।

Desirable Profile

• Collaborative research projects और large research facilities का अनुभव।
• Strategic research planning और technology transfer।
• Labs, academia, R&D organisations और industry के बीच coordination।
• Defence-related technology development/deployment या relevant publications, patents तथा professional outcomes।
• Research को usable technologies/systems तक ले जाने का track record।

Remuneration और Contract Conditions

₹2 lakh को सभी candidates की assured salary न मानें। Accommodation, medical benefits या अन्य incentives eligibility, institute norms और availability पर निर्भर हैं।

Initial full-time contract 3 years है; performance review पर competent authority 2 years और बढ़ा सकती है। Notice में either side द्वारा 3 months’ notice देकर पहले समाप्त करने का प्रावधान भी है।

Director Application Checklist

1. Detailed CV और brief suitability statement तैयार करें।
2. Age और essential qualifications के supporting documents जोड़ें।

ये preparation suggestions हैं, official interview syllabus या confirmed questions नहीं:

• Project Associate: अपने Deep Learning project का problem statement, dataset, validation, limitations और personal contribution स्पष्ट कर सकें। Healthcare AI में patient-level data leakage और model evaluation की समझ विकसित करें।
• Research Scientist: अपनी thesis का objective, methods, controls, result interpretation और troubleshooting समझाएँ। जिन laboratory techniques पर काम किया है, उनका evidence दें।
• Director: Research roadmap, technology transfer, collaboration management, team leadership और project delivery के प्रमाणित examples तैयार करें।

Notices में common written examination, fixed syllabus या interview date घोषित नहीं है। Minimum eligibility shortlist होने की guarantee नहीं है।

क्या ये तीनों posts एक ही recruitment notification में हैं?

नहीं। तीन अलग notices हैं और application recipients, qualifications तथा deadlines अलग हैं।

क्या ये permanent IIT jobs हैं?

Project Associate और Scientist positions temporary/project-linked हैं। Director role full-time contractual है।

क्या Project Associate के लिए MTech होने पर GATE नहीं चाहिए?

Notice में BE/BTech और ME/MTech दोनों routes के साथ GATE या equivalent examination qualification दी गई है।

क्या Scientist role में GATE अनिवार्य है?

Research Scientist की last date 21 October है या 5 November?

Project Associate के लिए Google Form ही भरना है?

नहीं। Prescribed application और documents की single PDF email करनी है तथा Google Form भी भरना है।

Director के लिए minimum experience कितना है?

Relevant technology/defence technical domains में 25 years experience और prescribed Doctoral/Master’s degree चाहिए।

Application fee कितनी है?
