Educational Qualification
Advertisement में recognized university से नीचे दिए qualification routes हैं:
- At least second-class M.Sc. in Forensic Science, जिसमें Chemical Sciences के क्षेत्र में specialisation/dissertation/course work/project work हो।

Experience: Seven Years की शर्त और PhD Clause का अंतर
Advertisement के page 2 में essential experience condition कम-से-कम सात साल का post-qualification experience है। Experience prescribed qualification प्राप्त करने के बाद संबंधित subjects में Research, Training और Analytical Work का होना चाहिए।
उसी page की अगली clause PhD completion के लिए किए research को count करने की बात कहती है, लेकिन total required experience को three years लिखती है। दोनों statements में असंगति है।
- सात साल की मुख्य experience requirement को तीन साल मानकर form न भरें।
- PhD research को eligibility में शामिल कर रहे हैं तो exact dates और work details के साथ HPPSC से clarification लें।
- Written clarification या corrigendum मिलने पर उसी के अनुसार claim करें।
- अपनी तरफ से notice को “corrected” मानकर कोई figure न बदलें।
Experience Certificate Checklist
Advertisement certificate पर Research Supervisor या Organisation/Department Head के formal signature की शर्त देता है। Certificate जाँचते समय ये details उपयोगी हैं:
- Candidate और organisation/institution का नाम।
- Exact joining/start तथा completion/end dates।
- Required degree प्राप्त करने की तारीख के बाद का relevant period।
- Subject और actual Research, Training/Analytical duties।
- PhD research होने पर programme, research duration और supervisor details।
- Issuing authority का नाम, designation, signature और official authentication।
Illustrative calculation: Required degree प्राप्त करने के बाद 1 October 2019 से 30 September 2026 तक लगातार relevant work का documented period सात वर्ष हो सकता है। लेकिन dates के साथ work की nature भी eligible होनी चाहिए। Overlapping periods को double-count न करें।

Age Limit and Reservation Conditions
Age 18 से 45 years होनी चाहिए, जिसकी गणना 1 January 2026 से होगी। DOB Matriculation/Secondary certificate के अनुसार भरें।
Advertisement specified H.P. categories के लिए relaxation provisions देता है, साथ ही स्पष्ट करता है कि संबंधित category relaxation reserved post होने पर उपलब्ध होगी। यहाँ सभी तीन posts UR हैं, इसलिए reserved-category certificate के आधार पर स्वतः five-year age relaxation न जोड़ें।

Application Fee and Job Trainee Emoluments
- Fee: ₹600 सभी candidates के लिए, category या gender के भेद के बिना।
- Payment: Debit card, credit card, UPI या prescribed online digital mode।
- Refund: Fee non-refundable है और दूसरी examination के लिए reserve नहीं होगी।

Selection Process and Exam Pattern

Paper II: Descriptive Subject Aptitude Test

Reserved-category lower qualifying thresholds को इन UR vacancies पर स्वतः लागू न मानें। Minimum qualifying marks और actual shortlisting cutoff अलग हो सकते हैं।
Negative Marking: Option E का सही उपयोग
Wrong answer, multiple answers या कोई option mark न करने पर question के allotted marks का one-fourth काटा जाएगा।
