BEL Apprentice Recruitment 2026: मुख्य जानकारी

Discipline-wise Seats और Monthly Stipend

ध्यान दें: B.Sc/B.Com/BA की 6 seats संयुक्त हैं; प्रत्येक course के लिए 6 seats नहीं हैं। यह apprenticeship stipend है, permanent employee की salary नहीं।

Walk-in Interview Dates और Venue

Venue: Bharat Electronics Limited, L1, M.I.D.C Industrial Area, Taloja, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra – 410208.

विज्ञापन के अनुसार interested candidates walk-in interview drive के दिन सीधे registration कर सकते हैं। अलग reporting closing time नहीं दिया गया है; निर्धारित सुबह 10 बजे के समय के अनुसार पहुँचने की तैयारी करें।

Educational Qualification और Passing Date

केवल Indian Nationals eligible हैं। Graduate/Diploma की 1 October 2023 वाली passing condition को अपने-आप ITI पर लागू न करें। Final result या completion pending होने पर अपने eligibility status के लिए BEL से clarification लें।

Age Limit: 1 October 2026 के अनुसार

Advertised age relaxation: SC/ST के लिए 5 years, OBC के लिए 3 years और Persons with Benchmark Disabilities के लिए 10 years। Applicable certificate और category conditions जाँचें; अलग relaxations को अपने-आप जोड़कर age eligibility तय न करें।

Age की गणना interview date के बजाय 1 October 2026 पर करें।

पहले Apprenticeship की है तो क्या Eligible हैं?

विज्ञापन के अनुसार किसी अन्य establishment/organisation में NATS या NAPS के अंतर्गत apprenticeship training कर चुके या कर रहे candidates eligible नहीं हैं। केवल portal registration होने और वास्तव में apprenticeship training करने में अंतर है; अपनी training history सही बताएँ।

Selection Process और Interview Qualifying Marks

Selection BEL Navi Mumbai के interview में प्राप्त marks के आधार पर होगा। इसे केवल graduation/ITI percentage की merit-list selection न समझें।

ये minimum qualifying marks हैं, guaranteed selection cut-off नहीं। Statutory reservation Government norms के अनुसार लागू होगा। Shortlisted candidates को email से सूचना और selected candidates की list BEL website पर प्रकाशित करने का प्रावधान दिया गया है।

NATS या NAPS: आपके लिए कौन-सा Portal?

Graduate और Diploma Candidates — NATS 2.0

1. NATS 2.0 portal खोलें और Student registration विकल्प देखें।
2. Email और mobile number दर्ज करके OTP verification पूरा करें।
3. Basic details, education, communication, training preference और bank details भरें।
4. Profile preview जाँचकर final submission करें।
5. Registration record का printout और registration number सुरक्षित रखें।

ITI Candidates — NAPS

1. Apprenticeship India portal पर Candidate registration करें।
2. Required details भरकर registration activate करें।
3. Photo, signature, education documents और bank details सहित profile पूरी करें।
4. विज्ञापन के निर्देश के अनुसार Aadhaar authentication पूरा करें।
5. Registration form या NAPS enrolment email का printout लें।

Portal registration के बाद अपनी category की निर्धारित walk-in date पर उपस्थित होना है। सिर्फ NATS/NAPS account बनाने को BEL interview attendance न समझें।

Documents Checklist: Interview और Joining की तैयारी

विज्ञापन में निम्न originals verification के लिए तथा प्रत्येक की copy joining के समय देने का निर्देश है। व्यावहारिक तैयारी के तौर पर interview में भी organised document file, copies और filled form साथ रखें।

• SSLC/10th marks card।
• 12th marks card; यदि आपकी qualification route में यह लागू नहीं है, BEL से clarification लें।
• Graduation/Diploma/ITI की सभी semester/year marksheets।
• Relevant qualification का provisional/completion certificate।
• ITI के लिए NCVT/SCVT certificate।
• SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD certificate, जहाँ लागू हो।
• NATS/NAPS registration number या enrolment email।
• Aadhaar Card और PAN Card।
• PDF page 6 का application form।
• Updated resume।

Spelling या dates में अंतर पहले पहचानें। मदद के लिए name-mismatch guide और documents checklist देखें। किसी affidavit को BEL की automatic acceptance न मानें।

Interview की तैयारी कैसे करें?

यह तैयारी के सुझाव हैं, BEL द्वारा जारी question paper या syllabus नहीं:

• Engineering/Diploma: अपनी branch के fundamentals, final-year project और laboratory work के स्पष्ट उदाहरण तैयार करें।
• B.Sc/B.Com/BA: अपने course की मुख्य concepts, project/assignment और basic workplace skills समझाने का अभ्यास करें।
• ITI: Trade tools, safety precautions, measurements और practical training tasks revise करें।
• सभी candidates: एक मिनट का introduction, qualification completion date और apprenticeship में सीखने के उद्देश्य तैयार रखें। Resume की हर entry समझा सकें।

Stipend के अलावा ये Conditions भी देखें

• Training अवधि एक वर्ष है।
• Canteen सुविधा nominal rates पर मिलेगी।
• Accommodation उपलब्ध नहीं कराया जाएगा।
• Recruitment/selection process में आने के लिए TA/DA नहीं मिलेगा।
