IRCTC East Zone Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited ने East Zone, Kolkata के लिए Graduate और Computer Operator & Programming Assistant — COPA Apprentice Trainees के applications आमंत्रित किए हैं। Notification No. IRCTC/EZ/HRD/Apprentices/2026-27, dated 9 October 2026, के अनुसार कुल 44 seats हैं।

IRCTC East Zone Apprentice 2026: Overview

Trade-Wise Seats, Qualification और Stipend

Organisation की requirement के अनुसार seats बढ़ाई या घटाई जा सकती हैं। कोई बदलाव होने पर IRCTC website पर सूचना दी जाएगी। Notification में category-wise numerical seat breakup नहीं दिया गया है।

Important Dates और Application Fee

• Notification date: 9 October 2026.

• Last date: 26 October 2026.
• Age और qualification cutoff: 9 October 2026.
• Exact closing time: Notification में नहीं दिया गया है।
• Document verification schedule: Email के माध्यम से बताया जाएगा।
• Application fee: Notification में fee का उल्लेख नहीं है।

Educational Qualification: कौन Apply कर सकता है?

Graduate Apprentice — 34 Seats

Recognised university से किसी भी discipline में graduation और minimum 50% aggregate marks आवश्यक हैं। Qualification cutoff 9 October 2026 है। सभी relevant year-wise marksheets और pass certificates तैयार रखें।

COPA Apprentice — 10 Seats

Notification में Matriculation एवं NCVT/SCVT-affiliated ITI certificate मांगा गया है। साथ में recognised board से minimum 50% aggregate marks की condition दी गई है। Position COPA है; इसे सभी ITI trades के लिए खुला अवसर मानकर आवेदन न करें। अपनी trade और qualification को official opportunity listing से मिलाएं।

CGPA/grade वाले applicants percentage का अनुमान न लगाएं। University/board के applicable conversion rule और portal instructions के अनुसार marks भरें; उपलब्ध conversion proof सुरक्षित रखें।

Age Limit as on 9 October 2026

Candidate की 15 वर्ष की आयु पूरी होनी चाहिए और 25 वर्ष की आयु पूरी नहीं होनी चाहिए। यह notification की exact age condition है।

Age wording example: बिना relaxation वाले candidate ने यदि 9 October 2026 को 25 वर्ष पूरे कर लिए हैं, तो वह “should not have completed 25 years” condition पूरी नहीं करता। Category relaxation का दावा valid supporting documents के अनुसार करें; अलग relaxations को स्वतः जोड़कर न मानें।

Training Location: केवल Kolkata नहीं

Applicants को नीचे दिए IRCTC offices में काम करने के लिए interested और comfortable होना चाहिए:

• Zonal Office: Kolkata;
• Regional Offices: Guwahati और Patna;
• Area Offices: Howrah, Sealdah, Asansol, New Jalpaiguri, Ranchi और Tatanagar.

Notification में city-wise seats या अपनी पसंद की posting मिलने की guarantee नहीं है। Apply करने से पहले संभावित location और रहने/आने-जाने की व्यवस्था पर विचार करें।

Selection Process: No Written Test or Viva

1. Merit list: Percentage of marks के आधार पर selection होगा।
2. Equal marks: अधिक उम्र वाले applicant को preference मिलेगी।
3. Same date of birth: Matriculation पहले pass करने वाले applicant को preference मिलेगी।
4. Original document verification: Final selection originals के verification पर निर्भर होगा।
5. Stand-by list: Merit list के absent/rejected candidates की details मिलने पर stand-by candidates को joining offer मिल सकता है।
6. Offers: Strictly merit order में जारी होंगे।

DV का tentative schedule email only से बताया जाएगा। Registered email और spam folder देखते रहें तथा short notice पर concerned office पहुंचने की तैयारी रखें।

IRCTC East Zone Apprentice Application कैसे करें?

1. Official notification पढ़कर Graduate या COPA category पहचानें।
2. Notice में दिए Apprenticeship India या NATS portal पर अपनी qualification के लिए applicable opportunity देखें।
3. Candidate registration/profile में अपना नाम, father's name और DOB Matriculation certificate के अनुसार भरें।
4. Employer/opportunity में IRCTC East Zone/Kolkata, trade, dates और notification details मिलाएं। किसी दूसरे zone की opportunity select न करें।
5. Educational/technical qualifications के marks भरें और Matriculation से आगे की requested year-wise marksheets तथा pass certificates upload करें।
6. Applicable category documents और prescribed photograph तैयार करके portal की upload requirements पूरी करें।
7. Final preview में marks, dates, trade, contact details और attachments जांचें।
8. 26 October 2026 तक opportunity application submit करें और उपलब्ध acknowledgement/reference सुरक्षित रखें।

Notification में direct opportunity ID या establishment code नहीं दिया गया है। Listing नहीं मिले तो official portal/IRCTC updates देखें; किसी अनुमानित code या third-party payment link का उपयोग न करें।

Documents Checklist: Upload और DV

Notification self-attested scanned documents मांगता है। अपनी category और qualification के अनुसार निम्न records तैयार करें:

• 10th marksheet और certificate;
• ITI marksheet तथा NCVT/SCVT National Trade Certificate या Provisional National Trade Certificate, applicable trade के लिए;
• DOB proof: 10th/equivalent record या DOB वाला school leaving certificate;
• 12th marksheet और certificate, if applicable;
• Graduation marksheets और degree/pass certificate—Graduate Apprentice applicants के लिए qualification proof;
• SC/ST/OBC certificate, if applicable;
• OBC-NCL certificate in Government of India format, issued within the last one year;
• EWS Income and Asset Certificate, if claiming EWS reservation;
• Disability certificate, if applicable;
• Discharge/Serving Certificate, if applying under Ex-Servicemen quota;
• Recent colour photograph और portal registration details.

Photograph Specifications

पुरानी, unclear या actual appearance से significant variation वाली photograph application rejection का कारण बन सकती है। Compress करने के बाद face और image clarity फिर जांचें।

Reservation और Certificate Conditions

• SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/EWS के लिए applicable Government guidelines follow होंगी।
• SC/ST benefit के लिए prescribed caste certificate verification के समय देना होगा।
• OBC certificate में Non-Creamy Layer status, caste, issue date और issuing authority की seal जैसी required details हों।
• OBC certificate last one year के भीतर issued होना चाहिए। Notice अलग exact calendar start date नहीं देता।
• PwBD के लिए disability percentage 40% से कम नहीं होना चाहिए।
• EWS claim के लिए competent authority का Income and Asset Certificate application registration की closing date तक possess करना आवश्यक है।

EWS section में SC/ST/OBC-NCL reservation में covered न होने तथा preceding financial year की family income ₹8 lakh से कम होने की condition दी है। केवल income figure के आधार पर eligibility तय न करें; prescribed Income and Asset Certificate तथा applicable rules आवश्यक हैं। Detailed authority list के लिए notification का page 2 देखें।

Name, DOB और Marks की गलतियों से कैसे बचें?

Notification कहता है कि name, father's name और date of birth Matriculation/equivalent certificate से exactly match होने चाहिए। DV में deviation मिलने पर candidature cancellation और debarment की warning दी गई है।

• Typing करने से पहले 10th certificate सामने रखें।
• Obtained marks, maximum marks और percentage अलग-अलग verify करें।
• सभी years/semesters के requested records upload करें; केवल final-year marksheet पर निर्भर न रहें।
• Category certificate की issue date और format जांचें।
• Final submitted application और uploaded documents की copy सुरक्षित रखें।

अगर documents में नाम अलग है तो Name Mismatch and Document Verification Guide से तैयारी समझें। कोई affidavit या self-declaration अपने-आप IRCTC की acceptance guarantee नहीं है।

Training के बाद Permanent Job मिलेगी?

Notification कोई regular employment entitlement नहीं देता। Apprentices को training tenure के बाद release किया जाएगा और वे IRCTC में regular employment का अधिकार claim नहीं कर सकते। Monthly payment training stipend है।

Selection के बाद trade change request स्वीकार नहीं होगी। Selected trade में ही training होगी। Training से withdrawal केवल candidate के control से बाहर के कारणों के लिए allowed होने की condition दी गई है।

IRCTC ने engagement के लिए agents appoint नहीं किए हैं। Selection या joining guarantee करने वाले agents के दावों पर भरोसा न करें।
