Staff Selection Commission ने Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination 2026 का official notification जारी कर दिया है. लगभग 2,536 tentative vacancies के जरिए LDC/JSA, Data Entry Operator और DEO Grade ‘A’ जैसे Group C posts भरे जाएंगे.

Deadline Advice: SSC ने candidates को last date तक wait न करने की सलाह दी है. Heavy traffic के कारण final days में login या submission problem हो सकती है.
SSC ने CHSL 2026 के लिए लगभग 2,536 tentative vacancies घोषित की हैं. ये final vacancy figure नहीं है.

SSC correction window 14 October से 16 October 2026 तक उपलब्ध कराएगा. Candidate maximum दो बार corrected application re-submit कर सकता है.

🚨 Major 2026 Exam Alert — Tier-I Sectional Timer
SSC CHSL Tier-I में अब total 60 minutes के अंदर freely किसी भी section को unlimited time देना possible नहीं होगा. Official 2026 notification में हर subject के लिए 15-minute sectional timer दिया गया है.
इसका मतलब English के 15 minutes complete होते ही वह section automatically close हो जाएगा, और unused time दूसरे section में transfer नहीं होगा. Preparation strategy में speed balancing अब पहले से ज्यादा important है.

🏆 Final Merit कैसे बनेगी?
Final merit केवल Tier-II के Section-I + Section-II के aggregate marks पर बनेगी, subject to candidate qualifying Section-III Computer Knowledge Test और Section-IV Skill/Typing Test. Tier-I का मुख्य role Tier-II के लिए shortlisting में है.

Number System, Percentage, Ratio & Proportion, Average, Interest, Profit & Loss, Discount, Time & Work, Time & Distance, Algebra, Geometry, Mensuration, Trigonometry और Statistical Charts.
General Awareness
Current Events, History, Culture, Geography, Economic Scene, General Policy, Scientific Research और India तथा neighbouring countries से related awareness.
SSC ने Hindi और English के अलावा Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu और Urdu भी listed किए हैं.
Tier-I के General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude और General Awareness parts Hindi/English के साथ candidate की opted language में उपलब्ध हो सकते हैं, जबकि English Language component अलग रहता है.
Candidates को SSC की नई website ssc.gov.in पर valid One-Time Registration होना जरूरी है. पुराने ssc.nic.in website का OTR new website पर functional नहीं है.
SSC ने Aadhaar Based Authentication का option दिया है. Candidates को application submit करने से पहले अपना Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name और Date of Birth Matriculation Certificate के exactly according भरना चाहिए.
Application module candidate की live photograph capture करता है. Pre-existing passport photo की photograph लेकर upload/capture नहीं करनी चाहिए.
- Good light और plain background use करें.
- Camera eye level पर रखें.
- Face straight और full frontal होना चाहिए.
- Cap, mask या spectacles पहनकर photograph capture न करें.
- Signature JPEG/JPG format में 10–20 KB होनी चाहिए.
SSC notification के Para 9.6 में signature dimension लगभग 6.0 cm × 2.0 cm लिखा है, जबकि Annexure-IV के online application instructions में लगभग 4.0 cm × 2.0 cm दिया गया है.
इसलिए Sarkari Nokrii इनमें से किसी एक conflicting dimension को silently final नहीं मान रहा. 10–20 KB requirement consistent है. Candidate application भरते समय live SSC portal पर दिखाई गई current validation/instruction को follow करे.

Candidate को एक ही SSC Region के अंदर तीन examination centres priority order में choose करने हैं.
Centre choice submit होने के बाद change request accept नहीं होगी. इसलिए सिर्फ nearest city देखकर जल्दबाजी में preference submit न करें.
⚠️ BRO LDC Post — Special Rule
Border Roads Organisation (BRO) में reported LDC vacancies, अगर हों, तो only male candidates के लिए हैं.
BRO LDC के लिए separate Physical Efficiency Test, Physical Standards और Medical Standards लागू हैं.
BRO PET में one-mile run within 10 minutes qualify करना mandatory है. इसलिए केवल LDC नाम देखकर BRO preference न दें; पहले Annexure-XVI के physical/medical rules पढ़ें.

अब सिर्फ 60-minute mock देकर overall speed check करना पर्याप्त नहीं होगा. हर English, Reasoning, Maths और General Awareness section को 15-minute limit के अंदर practice करना शुरू करें.
Application submit करने से पहले qualification, age, typing medium और examination-centre preference carefully verify करें. Correction available है, लेकिन गलती करने पर ₹200/₹500 correction charge देना पड़ सकता है.
