C&AG State Cadre: Regional Language की शर्त न छोड़ें

PDF के Annexure A में Assistant Audit Officer, State Cadre और Annexure B में Assistant Accounts Officer, State Cadre का language-wise breakup है। दोनों में 504-504 vacancies हैं। Central Cadre Assistant Audit Officer की 513 vacancies अलग entry हैं।

Annexures में language column का heading “Mandatory Qualification of Regional Language” है। इसलिए state cadre चुनते समय केवल vacancy संख्या नहीं, संबंधित language requirement भी देखें।

“—” का अर्थ संबंधित annexure में उस state की entry नहीं है। यह अन्य CGL posts की state-wise vacancy स्थिति नहीं बताता। Language entries source के अनुसार संक्षिप्त की गई हैं; qualification साबित करने की प्रक्रिया official instructions से जाँचें।

Double counting से बचें: Annexure A और B की 504-504 vacancies मुख्य table की State Cadre entries का breakup हैं। इन्हें 10,731 के ऊपर अतिरिक्त 1,008 पद मानकर न जोड़ें।

क्या सभी Posts की State-wise या Zone-wise Vacancies उपलब्ध हैं?

Colour-Blind Suitability Column कैसे पढ़ें?

इस list में “Whether suitable for Colour Blind” का अलग Yes/No column है। “Yes” का अर्थ सभी medical conditions या हर disability के लिए automatic eligibility नहीं है।

इस column में “No” वाली entries हैं:

  • CBIC Inspector — Central Excise, Examiner और Preventive Officer।
  • NHRC — ASO तथा Accountant/Junior Accountant।
  • Enforcement Directorate — Assistant Enforcement Officer।
  • Statistical Investigator Grade-II।
  • BRO — UDC।
  • Central Bureau of Narcotics — Sub Inspector।
  • Department of Fisheries — UDC।
  • Central Information Commission — UDC/SSA।

उदाहरण के लिए ED का Assistant Enforcement Officer “No” है, जबकि ED की अलग Level-6 Assistant entry “Yes” है। Department का नाम देखकर सभी posts पर एक ही suitability rule लागू न करें।

Post Preference तैयार करने का उपयोगी तरीका

  1. Eligibility filter लगाएँ: Post-specific qualification, age, physical/medical तथा अन्य conditions जाँचें।
  2. Special requirements देखें: Statistical posts या State Cadre language requirements को सामान्य graduate eligibility में न मिला दें।
  3. अपनी category की vacancy पढ़ें: Total posts के साथ relevant category और applicable horizontal-reservation columns देखें।
  4. Role और pay level compare करें: केवल बड़ी vacancy संख्या या लोकप्रिय नाम के आधार पर order न बनाएँ।
  5. Location assumptions हटाएँ: Home-state posting या fixed city posting को इस PDF से guaranteed न मानें।
  6. Final submission से पहले update देखें: Tentative figures और preference instructions आगे बदल सकते हैं।

उदाहरण: Tamil Nadu State Cadre Assistant Audit Officer में 110 vacancies देखकर उसे ऊपर रखने से पहले Tamil language requirement समझना जरूरी है। Vacancy संख्या किसी mandatory condition का विकल्प नहीं है।
