SBI SCO Recruitment 2026: Overview

Important Dates

Application closing date और eligibility cutoff अलग हैं। October में आवेदन करने से September–October का additional experience स्वतः qualifying experience में शामिल नहीं हो जाता। Eligibility को 31 August 2026 पर जाँचें।

Post-wise Vacancies and Age Limit

Upper-age relaxation notification में Government of India guidelines के अनुसार दी गई है। Category, advertised reservation और applicable conditions देखकर ही relaxation claim करें। PwBD benefit के लिए prescribed benchmark disability तथा valid competent-authority certificate जरूरी है।

Age calculation के लिए Sarkari Nokrii Candidate Tools और age limit और relaxation guide उपयोगी हैं। Final eligibility SBI के advertisement से तय होगी।

Educational Qualification and Experience

1. Deputy Vice President — Analytical Marketing & Campaign

Mandatory qualification: Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science या related field में Bachelor’s degree।

Mandatory experience: e-Commerce, Banking, Fintech, Information Technology या consumer-facing company में marketing का minimum 10 years post-qualification experience।

Preferred profile:

• Marketing / Business Analytics में MBA या PGDM।
• Relevant Digital Marketing / Marketing Analytics certification; GA4 और Google Ads certifications।
• कुल experience में 3–5 years Marketing Analyst / Business Analyst की भूमिका का अनुभव।

इस role में campaign performance, customer segmentation, dashboards, marketing automation और business outcomes को data से जोड़ना महत्वपूर्ण है। Resume में केवल tools के नाम लिखने के बजाय यह दिखाएँ कि आपने analysis से किस business decision या campaign outcome को बेहतर बनाया।

2. Deputy Vice President — Digital Marketing

Mandatory qualification: Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing या related field में Bachelor’s degree।

Mandatory experience: e-Commerce, Banking, Fintech, IT या consumer-facing company में marketing का minimum 10 years post-qualification experience।

Preferred profile:

• MBA / PGDM।
• Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing certification तथा Google Ads, Performance Marketing और GA4 certifications।
• कुल experience में 3–5 years full-time Digital Acquisition या relevant Social Media Marketing experience।

Role में digital acquisition, customer journeys, campaigns, channel performance और agency coordination जैसे काम शामिल हैं। Interview के लिए acquisition funnel, conversion improvement और campaign measurement के अपने वास्तविक examples तैयार रखें।

3. Content Specialist

Mandatory qualification: Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising या related field में Bachelor’s degree।

Experience: Notification में content production, digital operations या creative coordination में 5–7 years hands-on experience लिखा है; financial services या अन्य regulated industries का अनुभव ideally अपेक्षित है।

Digital Marketing, SEO, Content Writing, Advertising, Creative Writing और Communications से संबंधित certifications preferred हैं। Content workflows, CMS, marketing automation, campaign execution और English communication skills पर ध्यान दें।

Related field का अर्थ: अपनी degree को स्वयं equivalent घोषित न करें। Degree certificate में specialization स्पष्ट न होने पर संबंधित university/college से specialization certificate की जरूरत पड़ सकती है।

Experience Eligibility: Resume से पहले यह Checklist बनाएं

SBI ने स्पष्ट किया है कि teaching और training experience eligibility के लिए count नहीं होगा। Relevant employer certificate में काम का nature भी स्पष्ट होना चाहिए। केवल designation या employment duration पर्याप्त प्रमाण नहीं हो सकता।

Illustrative example: किसी applicant के पास 8 years relevant marketing experience और 2 years teaching experience है। Teaching को जोड़कर DVP की 10-year eligibility पूरी मानना सही नहीं होगा।

Salary / Annual CTC: Fixed और Variable Pay समझें

Final annual CTC negotiable है और candidate के experience, current emoluments तथा place of posting पर निर्भर करेगा। Notification के अनुसार CTC में 80% fixed और 20% variable pay है। इसलिए advertised maximum को guaranteed offer या monthly in-hand salary न समझें।

Variable pay के लिए performance appraisal में minimum 90% qualifying score की शर्त है:

Second year onwards annual increment up to 5% की provision है, लेकिन applicable performance conditions पूरी होना जरूरी है। इसे automatic annual increase न मानें। Advertisement में अन्य perks “No” बताए गए हैं।

Contract Period and Posting Conditions

• Initial contract 3 years का होगा।
• Further 2 years renewal SBI के discretion पर है; पूरे 5 years का automatic assurance नहीं है।
• Contract termination के लिए advertisement में three months’ notice या उसके बदले prescribed compensation की शर्त है।
• Mumbai / Navi Mumbai indicative posting है। Bank आवश्यकता के अनुसार अन्य स्थान पर posting कर सकता है।

Selection Process: Interview and Presentation

1. Shortlisting: SBI की committee qualifications, experience और अपने shortlisting parameters के आधार पर candidates चुनेगी। Minimum eligibility पूरी होने से interview call guaranteed नहीं है।
2. Interview: Interview 100 marks का होगा। Qualifying marks bank तय करेगा।
3. DVP presentation: दोनों DVP posts के shortlisted applicants को relevant job profile पर 5–10 minute की PPT presentation देनी होगी।
4. CTC negotiation: Negotiation interview के समय या बाद में bank के निर्णय के अनुसार हो सकता है।
5. Final selection: Interview merit, successful CTC negotiation और applicable verification/formalities के अधीन।

Content Specialist के लिए notification में DVP वाली mandatory PPT condition नहीं दी गई है। फिर भी अपने work examples तैयार रखना उपयोगी है।

Interview marks के cutoff पर tie होने पर अधिक आयु वाले candidate को merit में ऊपर रखा जाएगा। Offered CTC स्वीकार नहीं करने पर candidature के संबंध में notification की negotiation conditions लागू होंगी।

Application Fee

Fee non-refundable है। Applicable transaction charges candidate को वहन करने पड़ सकते हैं। Payment receipt और final application copy सुरक्षित रखें।

How to Apply Online

1. SBI Current Openings खोलें।
2. Advertisement No. CRPD/SCO/2026-27/24 चुनें। इसी date पर अन्य SCO advertisements भी हैं, इसलिए number जरूर मिलाएँ।
3. Detailed advertisement, Bio-data, CTC Negotiation Form और Undertaking Format download करें।
4. सही post चुनकर active email ID और mobile number से registration करें।
5. Name, DOB, category, qualifications और employment history documents के अनुसार भरें।
6. Required documents, signed Bio-data और undertaking upload करें।
7. Preview में post name, dates, category, experience और uploaded files की readability जाँचें।
8. Applicable fee जमा करके final submission पूरा करें।
9. Registration number, submitted form और e-receipt सुरक्षित रखें।

एक ही post के लिए multiple applications होने पर केवल last valid completed application retain की जाएगी; दूसरी registrations की fee forfeited हो सकती है। Correction का भरोसा करके गलत form submit न करें।

Documents and Upload Specifications

• Recent photograph और signature।
• Updated resume और prescribed signed Bio-data।
• Identity proof तथा date-of-birth proof।
• Mandatory educational qualifications; relevant additional qualifications/certifications।

Signature white paper पर black ink से करें; capital letters में signature स्वीकार्य नहीं है। File compress करने के बाद names, dates, seals और signatures पढ़ने योग्य होने चाहिए। Upload screen की specific instructions भी मिलाएँ।

File preparation के लिए Candidate Tools तथा application documents checklist देखें। किसी tool का output SBI acceptance की guarantee नहीं है।

Bio-data Form Filling Guide

Provided Bio-data form में own handwriting की instruction है। Print लेकर साफ handwriting में भरें, prescribed photograph लगाएँ और जहाँ आवश्यक हो signature/date दें।

1. Post and registration: Applied post और registration number online application से मिलाएँ। Interview date/centre केवल confirmed communication मिलने पर भरें।
2. Office-use fields: Verification वाले “For Office Use Only” हिस्से स्वयं न भरें।
3. Personal details: Name, DOB, family details, nationality और category सही records के अनुसार लिखें।
4. Qualifications: Passing month/year, marks/percentage और specialization का सही record दें।
5. Employment history: Joining/relieving dates, designation और duties स्पष्ट लिखें।
6. References and declarations: मांगे गए referees तथा applicable disclosures complete करें।
7. Enclosures: केवल वास्तव में उपलब्ध documents के boxes tick करें और declaration/signature complete करें।

Photo online application वाली ही रखें और form के निर्देशानुसार sign across/date करें। Category options में form और application के बीच कोई ambiguity हो तो category बदलने के बजाय SBI से clarification लें।

Undertaking and CTC Negotiation Form: क्या भरना है?

Mandatory undertaking

Undertaking में pending या contemplated disciplinary/vigilance proceedings से संबंधित declaration है। Advertisement के अनुसार disciplinary proceedings pending या contemplated होने पर candidate eligible नहीं है। Declaration पूरी तरह सत्य होना चाहिए।

Provided format में “name of Bank” जैसे fields हैं। यदि आपका current employer non-banking company है, तो fictitious bank details न लिखें; वास्तविक employment details के साथ format-related clarification SBI से लें।

CTC negotiation form

इसमें present employer, designation, qualification, experience, current fixed pay, variable pay, other fixed allowances और expected annual CTC के fields हैं। Current annual CTC और expected CTC को अलग रखें।

Form supporting evidence में latest Form 16/26AS, offer letter, last three months’ salary slips, promotion letter if applicable और relevant last six months’ salary-account statement का उल्लेख करता है।

Practical approach: यह form और supporting records पहले तैयार रखें। Submission/upload के लिए portal या SBI की interview/negotiation instructions follow करें; इसे बिना निर्देश किसी अन्य email या address पर न भेजें।

Interview Preparation: Role के अनुसार तैयारी करें

नीचे दी गई तैयारी editorial guidance है, SBI का घोषित interview syllabus नहीं। अपने वास्तविक काम और verified achievements पर answers आधारित रखें।

DVP के लिए 5–10 Minute PPT का Suggested Structure

1. Problem: एक relevant marketing/business problem बताएं।
2. Evidence: आपने कौन-से data और metrics इस्तेमाल किए?
3. Action: Strategy, execution और आपकी व्यक्तिगत जिम्मेदारी क्या थी?
4. Result: Verified outcome, measurement period और limitations समझाएँ।
5. Application to the role: Banking context में approach कैसे adapt करेंगे?

Confidential customer data या employer-owned sensitive material share न करें। जहाँ अनुमति हो वहाँ anonymised examples इस्तेमाल करें। काल्पनिक numbers को अपने actual achievements की तरह प्रस्तुत न करें।

Content Specialist के लिए Work Examples

• एक content brief और उससे बने approved output का example।
• Content calendar या publishing workflow में अपनी जिम्मेदारी।
