Manipur PSC Dental Surgeon Recruitment 2026: 13 पद, Eligibility और Exam Pattern
Manipur Public Service Commission ने Health Department में Dental Surgeon — Manipur Health Service Grade-IV के 13 पदों पर direct recruitment के लिए notification जारी किया है। Online applications 28 September से 18 October 2026, रात 11:59 बजे तक स्वीकार किए जाएँगे।
Dental qualification और State Dental Council registration के साथ Manipur residence तथा language conditions भी पूरी करनी होंगी।

Listed benchmark-disability categories में Deaf/Hard of Hearing, functionally compatible Specific Learning Disability और बताए गए categories को शामिल करने वाली Multiple Disability दी गई है। अपनी disability category तथा functional suitability official table से मिलाएँ।
Eligibility: Qualification के साथ Residence और Language भी जरूरी
1. Nationality
Candidate भारत का नागरिक होना चाहिए।
2. Language Requirement
Candidate Manipuri — Meetei/Meitei Lon — अथवा Manipur की किसी tribal dialect को बोलने में सक्षम होना चाहिए।
3. Manipur Residence
Candidate Manipur का permanent resident होना चाहिए। Notice में ऐसे candidate के लिए भी provision है जिसके parent या direct lineage में ancestor राज्य के permanent resident हों, और electoral-roll enrolment तथा birth certificate जैसे उचित documentary proof उपलब्ध हों।
4. Dental Qualification और Registration
- Notification के अनुसार Indian Dentist Act, 1948, as amended, की First या Third Schedule में शामिल recognized dental qualification।
- State Dental Council में registration।
- Upload checklist में BDS marksheets और degree certificate आदि माँगे गए हैं।
Notice minimum work-experience duration नहीं देता; experience certificate “if any” है। फिर भी qualification, registration, residence और बाकी conditions अनिवार्य रूप से मिलानी होंगी।

Age Limit और Relaxation की Important Condition
23 September 2026 को minimum age 21 years और maximum age 38 years है।
Notice की general relaxation wording में SC/ST के लिए 5 वर्ष, OBC के लिए 3 वर्ष और differently abled persons के लिए 10 वर्ष का प्रावधान है। संबंधित reserved categories और disability के combination में cumulative relaxation तथा government servants के लिए rendered service के अनुरूप relaxation का उल्लेख भी है।
Fee concession और age relaxation अलग नियम हैं। Fee table में category का नाम होना अपने-आप उस category की reserved vacancy या age relaxation साबित नहीं करता।

Salary और Probation
Dental Surgeon, MHS Grade-IV का pay scale Level 12: ₹53,100–₹1,67,800 है। Probation period दो वर्ष दिया गया है।
₹1,67,800 pay scale का upper end है, starting या in-hand salary नहीं। Notice actual take-home salary तथा allowances/deductions का पूरा breakup नहीं देता।

Payment केवल prescribed online mode से eMPSC portal पर करनी है। Notification net banking और VISA/MASTER Card/Debit Card का उल्लेख करता है। दूसरे mode से fee payment स्वीकार नहीं होगी।
Fee non-refundable है और दूसरी examination/selection के लिए reserve नहीं की जाएगी। इस notice में सभी female candidates के लिए अलग fee exemption नहीं दी गई है।

Negative Marking का उदाहरण
मान लें किसी practice paper में 60 answers सही और 20 गलत हैं। Advertised marking rule से calculation होगी:
यह केवल calculation example है, expected cutoff नहीं।
Interview Shortlisting और Tie-breaking
- Interview के लिए प्रत्येक advertised category की vacancies के तीन गुना candidates बुलाने का नियम है।
- Written exam में last shortlisted candidate के बराबर marks वाले candidates भी बुलाए जाएँगे। इसलिए total interview calls हमेशा exactly 39 हों, यह जरूरी नहीं।
- Final merit written और interview marks जोड़कर बनेगी।
- Total marks बराबर होने पर अधिक written marks वाला candidate ऊपर रहेगा।
- Total और written दोनों marks बराबर हों तो अधिक age वाला candidate ऊपर रहेगा।
Interview/Viva Voce 15 marks का है। Advertisement का “Physical Interview” wording in-person interview को दर्शाता है; अलग physical-efficiency test का pattern नहीं दिया गया है।

- Dental Surgeon, MHS Grade-IV और Advertisement 04/2026 की सही entry चुनें।
- Portal के registration/login instructions पूरे करें।
- Personal, qualification, category, residence और registration details certificates के अनुसार भरें।
- Required documents सही fields में upload करें।
- Applicable fee prescribed online mode से pay करें।
- Preview में dates, certificate details और uploads की readability जाँचें।
- 18 October 2026, 11:59 PM से पहले final submission करें।
- Application acknowledgement और payment receipt सुरक्षित रखें।
Application किसी दूसरे mode से स्वीकार नहीं होगी। Commission candidate-filled details सुधारने के लिए queries/representations स्वीकार न करने की चेतावनी देता है, इसलिए final submission से पहले पूरा review करें।

Preparation की शुरुआत कैसे करें?
यह practical preparation advice है, Commission द्वारा निर्धारित study schedule नहीं।
- Official syllabus पहले: विषयों की सूची को detailed syllabus से मिलाकर topic tracker बनाएँ।
- Weightage समझें: Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics तथा Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery के 11-11 questions हैं—कुल 22/85। इन्हें पर्याप्त revision time दें।
- Basic Sciences न छोड़ें: 23 marks का हिस्सा final written score में महत्वपूर्ण है।
- Timed practice: 85-question, 2-hour mock में accuracy और time दोनों record करें।
- Error review: गलत concept, जल्दबाजी और uncertain guessing की mistakes अलग लिखें।
- Interview preparation: अपने professional background और relevant dental knowledge को स्पष्ट, संक्षिप्त तरीके से प्रस्तुत करने का अभ्यास करें।
