Educational Qualification: कौन-से दो Routes हैं?

Recognised university से नीचे दिए किसी एक Master’s degree route की qualification चाहिए:

दोनों routes के साथ अतिरिक्त अनिवार्य qualification: Government-recognised university/institute से translation में कम-से-कम 1 वर्ष का full-time diploma होना चाहिए।

“OR” और “AND” का अंतर समझें

Hindi और English Master’s degrees alternative routes हैं। Translation diploma दोनों में से किसी भी route के साथ अलग से आवश्यक है। इसे desirable qualification या experience से replace होने वाली condition न समझें।

Experience: 5 वर्ष का कौन-सा काम Count होगा?

1 September 2026 तक English से Hindi और Hindi से English translation में न्यूनतम 5 वर्ष का post-qualification experience चाहिए। Government, Semi-Government, Railway Organisations, PSUs और Autonomous Bodies का experience preferred बताया गया है।

“Preferably” को compulsory government service condition में न बदलें। लेकिन किसी भी employer के experience को तभी relevant मानें जब काम का nature और अवधि notification की requirements पूरी करते हों।

यह Experience Relevant नहीं माना जाएगा

• Teaching;
• Training;
• Consultancy;
• Freelancing.

इन exclusions का स्पष्ट उल्लेख advertisement में है। Freelance translation projects या language teaching के वर्षों को जोड़कर minimum 5-year experience पूरा दिखाना सही नहीं होगा।

Experience certificate में क्या स्पष्ट होना चाहिए?

Previous और current organisations के certificates में service period और काम की nature स्पष्ट होनी चाहिए। केवल “worked as Executive” जैसे designation से translation experience सिद्ध नहीं होता। Certificate तथा supporting record से bilingual translation responsibilities समझ आनी चाहिए।

Age Limit: 37 Years as on 1 September 2026

Maximum age 37 वर्ष है और reference date 1 September 2026 है। Notification Government of India guidelines के अनुसार applicable age relaxation तथा IRCON departmental/contractual employees के लिए extant recruitment rules का उल्लेख करता है।

विज्ञापन में category-wise relaxation years की अलग table नहीं दी गई है। इसलिए सामान्य SC/ST/OBC age-relaxation figures जोड़कर इस UR vacancy की eligibility तय न करें। Applicable rule और supporting certificate की जाँच जरूरी है।

Salary, Allowances और Posting

Manager/Rajbhasha (E-3) का advertised pay scale ₹60,000–₹1,80,000, IDA है। इसके अतिरिक्त allowances और Performance Related Pay लागू होंगे। ₹1,80,000 को starting या in-hand monthly salary न समझें।

Notification में company rules के अनुसार निम्न compensation components बताए गए हैं:

• Basic pay और Variable Dearness Allowance;

Place of posting

Posting Corporate Office, Saket, New Delhi में बताई गई है। हालांकि company requirement के अनुसार भारत या विदेश में IRCON projects/offices में posting भी हो सकती है। इसे केवल Delhi में स्थायी रूप से रहने की guarantee न मानें।

₹3 Lakh Service Bond और Joining Condition

Selected candidate को company में कम-से-कम 3 वर्ष सेवा देने के लिए ₹3 lakh का surety bond execute करना होगा। यह application fee से अलग service commitment है।

How to Apply Offline: Step-by-Step Process

1. Official advertisement और prescribed application form download करें। English form PDF के pages 9–10 और Hindi form pages 4–5 में है।
2. A4-size paper पर prescribed format में application neatly type करें। अपना बनाया हुआ CV form का replacement न बनाएँ।
3. Name, DOB, category, contact details, current organisation और qualifications सही भरें।
4. Post-qualification experience latest employment से पहले वाले employment की ओर दिए format में लिखें।
5. Percentage बिना rounding off के भरें। Master’s degree की consolidated marksheet के figures उपयोग करें; consolidated marksheet न होने पर notification का semester/year-average instruction follow करें।
6. Passport-size photograph affix करें और application तथा declaration पर आवश्यक signatures करें। Form में photo self-attested रखने का निर्देश है।
7. Qualification, DOB, experience, identity तथा applicable category/NOC documents की copies लगाएँ। Fee applicable होने पर Demand Draft संलग्न करें।
8. Packet की complete copy अपने पास रखें और sealed envelope पर prescribed superscription लिखें।

Government/PSU Employees: NOC और Relieving Rule
