Educational Qualification: चार स्वीकार्य Combinations
Recognised university की Master’s degree के साथ नीचे दिए चार विकल्पों में से कोई एक पूरा होना चाहिए:

अपने documents में क्या मिलाएँ?
- Master’s degree का exact subject।
- Graduation marksheets में Hindi/English का major या elective status।
- जहाँ लागू हो, degree-level examination medium का proof।
- Qualification का mode और recognised institution details।
सिर्फ “English पढ़ी है” या “Hindi आती है” को prescribed subject condition के बराबर न मानें। Subject wording अस्पष्ट हो तो institution से documentary clarification लें।

Experience: क्या एक वर्ष अनिवार्य है?
नहीं—qualification table में इसे desirable कहा गया है। Bank/financial institution में reports, documents और letters का English से Hindi तथा Hindi से English translation करने का एक वर्ष का experience desirable है।
इसके विपरीत computer proficiency अनिवार्य है। Candidate को MS Word और Excel में Hindi तथा English translated documents स्वयं type/create करने आने चाहिए।
AI-based translation tools के development से संबंधित exposure/experience added qualification है; इसे mandatory requirement न समझें।
Age Limit और DOB Range

Age eligibility के लिए matriculation/secondary certificate या accepted equivalent record में दर्ज DOB लागू होगी। Category-wise age relaxation इस advertisement में अलग से नहीं दी गई है।
Date calculation के लिए Candidate Tools उपयोग कर सकते हैं; official DOB range से result जरूर मिलाएँ।
Salary: Basic Pay, Emoluments और CTC

Figures September 2026 के अनुसार हैं। CTC में employer PF contribution, medical और अन्य benefits भी शामिल हैं। Monthly emoluments को in-hand salary न मानें; deductions के बाद bank credit अलग हो सकता है।
Posting Mumbai only है और accommodation की व्यवस्था candidate को स्वयं करनी होगी।
₹2 Lakh Service Bond
Joining पर ₹2 lakh का service bond execute करना होगा। Minimum service period तीन वर्ष है; इससे पहले छोड़ने पर bond clause के अनुसार ₹2 lakh देना होगा। Loss of Pay days से bond period बढ़ सकता है।
Initial probation एक वर्ष है और IBPS इसे बढ़ा सकता है। Confirmation satisfactory probation तथा staff rules की बाकी requirements पर निर्भर है।
Selection Process और Exam Pattern
Selection में Online Examination, Skill Test & Item Writing Exercise, Group Exercises और Personal Interview शामिल हैं। Schedule October 2026 के लिए tentative है; exact date/time call letter से मिलेगा।

Negative Marking और Cutoff
गलत answer पर उस question के assigned marks का one-fourth काटा जाएगा। Blank question पर penalty नहीं है। इसे हर गलत answer पर flat 0.25 mark deduction न लिखें, क्योंकि sections के marks distribution अलग हैं।
प्रत्येक test में minimum score तथा आगे shortlist होने के लिए sufficiently high scores जरूरी हैं। Cutoffs IBPS तय करेगा।
Exam Centre और Further Selection Venue
Response के अनुसार online exam केवल IBPS Mumbai या multiple centres पर आयोजित हो सकता है। Annexure I की city list tentative है। Further selection IBPS Mumbai में होगा; call letter में venue और timing देखें।
Selection अगले दिन तक बढ़ सकता है। Candidates को travel/lodging की व्यवस्था और खर्च स्वयं करना होगा।

Application Fee और Payment
₹1,000 प्रत्येक candidate के लिए payable है। इस notice में category-based fee exemption नहीं दी गई है। Bank transaction charges candidate को देने होंगे।
Payment window 23 September–6 October 2026 है। Integrated gateway में available Debit/Credit Card, Internet Banking, IMPS, supported wallets/cash cards या UPI options से online payment करें।
Successful transaction के बाद e-receipt और application printout सुरक्षित रखें। Payment processing के दौरान Back/Refresh दबाने से बचें। Unsuccessful transaction होने पर saved registration से login करके official instructions के अनुसार payment पूरा करें।

Live photograph capture भी जरूरी है: Scanned photograph के अतिरिक्त webcam/mobile से photo capture और upload करने की प्रक्रिया है।
Handwritten Declaration का Exact Text
अपना नाम भरकर declaration स्वयं English में, white paper पर black ink से लिखें। इसे Hindi में या पूरी तरह CAPITAL LETTERS में न लिखें। Signature भी CAPITAL LETTERS में स्वीकार नहीं है। लिखने में असमर्थ candidates के लिए notification में दिया specific exception देखें।
Documents तैयार करने में Candidate Tools की उपलब्ध utilities मदद कर सकती हैं; resize/compress करने के बाद text और signatures की readability जाँचें।
How to Apply Online
- IBPS official website पर Hindi Officer Grade E, Advertisement IBPS/2026-27/04 का apply link खोलें।
- New Registration से basic information भरें और provisional registration number/password सुरक्षित रखें।
- Master’s subject के साथ graduation language subjects और medium की details सही भरें।
- Photo, signature, thumb impression, declaration, resume और supporting documents upload करें; live photo capture पूरा करें।
- SAVE AND NEXT से details जाँचें। COMPLETE REGISTRATION से पहले सभी fields और uploads verify करें।
- ₹1,000 fee तथा applicable transaction charges का online payment करें।
- Successful e-receipt और system-generated application download/print करें।

Selection के समय कौन-से Documents चाहिए?
- Valid call letter और system-generated online application printout।
- DOB proof, accepted photo ID और address proof।
- Educational marksheets/certificates और result declaration evidence।
- University के अनुसार CGPA-to-percentage conversion proof, जहाँ लागू हो।
- Experience claim करने पर duties/service period दर्शाने वाले certificates।
- Applicable payslip, appointment/promotion/relieving records।
- Name change होने पर prescribed supporting documents।
- Government/quasi-government/PSU, nationalised bank या financial institution में serving candidates के लिए employer का original NOC।
Originals और self-attested photocopies तैयार रखें। Ration Card और Learner’s Driving Licence valid ID के रूप में स्वीकार नहीं होंगे। Call letter और ID पर name match होना चाहिए।
Joining पर prescribed medical fitness और police verification requirements लागू हैं। Employed selected candidates को valid relieving/discharge certificate देना होगा।
Role समझकर तैयारी करें
काम में confidential examination questions का Hindi-English translation और Hindi proficiency जाँचने के लिए objective/descriptive test items तैयार करना शामिल है। इसलिए preparation को केवल grammar MCQs तक सीमित न रखें।
- Translation: Publicly available छोटे passages का दोनों दिशाओं में अनुवाद करें; meaning, terminology और natural expression जाँचें।
- Computer work: Hindi-English typing, Word formatting और Excel में bilingual text handling का अभ्यास करें।
- Item writing: स्पष्ट question stem, एक सही answer और plausible options बनाने का अभ्यास करें।
- Timed tests: Official section timings और अलग marks distribution के अनुसार practice करें।
- Interview: अपने translation choices समझाने और errors पहचानने के examples तैयार रखें।

Service Conditions भी पढ़ें
Internal IBPS regular/contractual candidates के लिए यह position open नहीं है। Integrity, penalties, pending law-enforcement cases, prior dismissal/removal और former IBPS employment से संबंधित exclusions notice में हैं।
Unresolved bank/NBFC/financial-institution loan या credit-card defaults पर भी appointment-stage condition दी गई है। इसे हर outstanding loan पर रोक न समझें; notice default और उसके regularisation/repayment का अंतर करता है। Applicable होने पर पूरा clause पढ़ें।
