Post-wise Eligibility: कौन आवेदन कर सकता है?

1. Banker Faculty–Technical

उम्र: 1 September 2026 को 50 से 61 वर्ष।

Education और domain background: विज्ञापन में recognized university/institute से full-time B.Tech., B.E. या AMIE के अंतर्गत निम्न disciplines दिए गए हैं:

Electrical, Mechanical और Civil
Electronic & Telecommunication तथा Instrumentation
Chemical, Information Technology और Computer Science

इसी qualification column में “AND / OR” के साथ Finance, Forex, Insurance, Treasury, Risk Management, Credit, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence और Machine Learning आदि का exposure रखने वाले Banker का उल्लेख भी है।

Experience column में दिए गए रास्ते:

Public Sector Bank / financial organization / public sector organization से superannuation, voluntary retirement, SBP VRS, Exit Option या superannuation से पहले अन्य प्रकार से सेवा छोड़ चुके Scale IV और उससे ऊपर के officer; minimum 15 years का अनुभव, preferably Technical Officer / SSI Officer के रूप में senior management cadre में।
या विज्ञापन में बताए Finance, Forex, Insurance, Treasury, Risk Management, Credit, Cyber Security, AI, Machine Learning आदि क्षेत्रों का exposure रखने वाला Banker।
या reputed institute/college में संबंधित विषयों में एक या अधिक विषय पढ़ाने का minimum 15 years का अनुभव।

Computer operation, विशेष रूप से MS Office, का अच्छा ज्ञान आवश्यक है।

Technical Faculty की eligibility ध्यान से पढ़ें: Official table में education और experience के भीतर अलग-अलग “AND / OR” clauses हैं। इसलिए इसे केवल “B.Tech. + 15 years” या केवल “retired banker” तक सीमित करना सही नहीं होगा। अपने qualification और experience का पूरा combination विज्ञापन के page 2 से मिलाएँ। विशेष रूप से banker-exposure वाले विकल्प में स्वयं कोई अतिरिक्त eligibility assumption न जोड़ें; scrutiny का निर्णय IBPS करेगा।

2. Banker Faculty

उम्र: 1 September 2026 को 50 से 61 वर्ष।

Recognized institution/university से किसी भी discipline में Graduation या Postgraduation।
CAIIB preferable है; इसे अनिवार्य qualification के रूप में नहीं लिखा गया है।
Public Sector Bank में Chief Manager या उससे ऊपर के पद पर काम किया होना चाहिए।
विज्ञापन में retirement, voluntary retirement, SBP VRS, Exit Option या superannuation से पहले service छोड़ने की निर्धारित श्रेणियाँ दी गई हैं।
Training institute में faculty experience और/या banks अथवा public sector organizations की recruitment/promotion examinations के question papers तैयार करने का अनुभव preferable है।
Computer operation, विशेषकर MS Office का अच्छा ज्ञान जरूरी है।

Candidate check: केवल bank में काम करने का अनुभव पर्याप्त नहीं है। Previous employer का प्रकार, Chief Manager या उससे ऊपर का पद और service-exit condition तीनों जाँचें।

3. Executive Secretary to Director

उम्र: 1 September 2026 को 45 से 61 वर्ष।

किसी भी discipline में Graduation या Postgraduation। Computer experience additional qualification है।
Public Sector Banks के Executive Director, Managing Director या Board Secretariat में top management के Executive Secretary के रूप में Chief Manager / Assistant General Manager / Deputy General Manager स्तर पर कम से कम तीन वर्ष काम किया होना चाहिए।
Windows, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint या similar software की proficiency तथा नया software सीखने की क्षमता।
अच्छी English, interpersonal skills, organization, multitasking और time management।
Confidential environment में स्वतंत्र रूप से काम करने और deadlines संभालने की क्षमता।
Marathi का working knowledge desirable है।

यह entry-level secretary post नहीं है: सामान्य office assistant या personal assistant का तीन वर्ष का अनुभव अपने-आप eligibility पूरी नहीं करता। Advertisement में employer, management office, designation level और duration का विशिष्ट combination माँगा गया है।

Age की गणना application closing date से नहीं, 1 September 2026 से होगी। किसी दूसरी IBPS recruitment की category-wise relaxation यहाँ स्वतः लागू न करें।

Salary और Annual CTC: ₹90,000 तथा ₹20.21 Lakh का अंतर

Annual CTC को monthly in-hand salary न समझें। Advertisement के अनुसार CTC में institute rules के तहत medical benefits, mediclaim, leave encashment, telephone/newspaper bill reimbursement, canteen subsidy और performance-linked incentive जैसी मदें शामिल हैं।

₹90,000 × 12 का consolidated remuneration component ₹10.80 lakh होता है। शेष CTC को हर महीने मिलने वाला assured cash allowance मानकर budget न बनाएँ। Applicable income tax तथा अन्य statutory tax deductions भुगतान से पहले किए जा सकते हैं।

Contract की शर्तें: आवेदन से पहले यह निर्णय जरूरी है

अवधि: तीन वर्ष, yearly review के अधीन।
Renewal: प्रारंभिक contract के बाद नया engagement IBPS के discretion, performance, physical fitness, institutional requirement और उस समय की guidelines पर निर्भर होगा।
Permanent status: Absorption या regularisation का कोई claim नहीं होगा।
Increment: Contract अवधि में remuneration unchanged रहेगा; annual increment/percentage increase नहीं दिया गया है।
PF/Gratuity: General instructions के अनुसार इस contractual engagement पर PF/Gratuity आदि के provisions लागू नहीं होंगे।
Allowances: Remuneration footnote में TA, DA, HRA, LTC/HTC जैसे अन्य allowances/benefits admissible नहीं बताए गए हैं।
Full-time commitment: दूसरी professional appointment, paid या unpaid, स्वीकार नहीं की जा सकती।
Working requirements: आवश्यकता पड़ने पर office hours के बाद, weekends या holidays पर अतिरिक्त remuneration/benefit के बिना काम लिया जा सकता है।
Accommodation: Mumbai में रहने की व्यवस्था candidate को स्वयं करनी होगी।

व्यावहारिक फैसला: Monthly remuneration को Mumbai के rent, commute और household expenses के साथ देखें। साथ ही यह जाँचें कि क्या आप दूसरी consultancy या professional engagement छोड़कर full-time काम करने के लिए तैयार हैं।

Selected Candidates को क्या काम करना होगा?

Executive Secretary to Director	Director का calendar, correspondence, travel, Board/committee meetings, meeting material और reports; follow-up, confidential records तथा official liaison।

Faculty roles में assessment-content development महत्वपूर्ण है। इसलिए केवल classroom teaching या branch operations की जानकारी के साथ प्रश्नों की accuracy, clarity और suitability पर काम करने की क्षमता भी समझें। Official responsibilities indicative हैं; IBPS अतिरिक्त काम सौंप सकता है।

Selection Process: क्या Written Exam होगा?

इस advertisement में selection process Shortlisting और Interview है। Written examination का कोई अलग stage घोषित नहीं किया गया है।

Online application और uploaded qualification/experience documents की scrutiny।
Screening committee के आधार पर candidates की shortlisting।
Shortlisted candidates का interview और जरूरी original documents की जाँच।
Selection के बाद medical fitness, antecedent verification और अन्य appointment conditions पूरी करना।

Minimum eligibility पूरी होना interview call की guarantee नहीं है। IBPS qualifications और experience के आधार पर candidates की संख्या सीमित कर सकता है। इसलिए relevant अतिरिक्त experience को प्रमाण सहित application में शामिल करें।

Selection process Mumbai में होगा। यदि प्रक्रिया अगले दिन तक चले, तो रहने की व्यवस्था candidate को स्वयं करनी होगी। Non-shortlisted/non-selected candidates को अलग communication भेजना जरूरी नहीं बताया गया है।

Interview की तैयारी कैसे करें?

नीचे दिए सुझाव preparation guidance हैं; IBPS द्वारा घोषित syllabus या अलग test नहीं हैं।

Faculty candidates: अपने specialization में कुछ original sample questions तैयार करके देखें। प्रत्येक का answer rationale, ambiguity check और difficulty level समझाने का अभ्यास करें। Previous employer का confidential question bank साझा न करें।
Banker Faculty: Banking/financial awareness content को source-check करने और पुराने प्रश्नों को update करने की अपनी प्रक्रिया स्पष्ट रखें।
Executive Secretary: Board meeting coordination, action-point tracking, competing appointments और confidential correspondence संभालने के वास्तविक, non-confidential examples तैयार रखें।
सभी candidates: Resume में लिखे हर designation, period और responsibility को supporting record से मिलाएँ।

Application Fee: क्या भुगतान करना है?

कोई application fee prescribed नहीं है। PDF के page 6, Section J में यह स्पष्ट लिखा है।

पहले पेज की schedule table में generic “with fee” wording दिखती है, लेकिन specific Application Fee section कोई fee निर्धारित नहीं करता। इस भर्ती में दूसरी IBPS recruitment की ₹1,000 या अन्य fee copy करके लागू न करें। किसी subsequent official clarification की स्थिति में IBPS website देखें।

IBPS Online Application कैसे भरें?

IBPS official website खोलें।
Banker Faculty–Technical, Banker Faculty और Executive Secretary to Director के contract recruitment वाला advertisement चुनें। Advt. IBPS/2026-27/03 मिलाएँ।
संबंधित “Apply Online” link और फिर “New Registration” चुनें।
Basic details भरकर provisional registration number और password सुरक्षित रखें।
अपना सही post, qualification और experience विवरण भरें। Dates तथा designation supporting documents के अनुरूप हों।
Photograph, signature, thumb impression, handwritten declaration, resume और आवश्यक certificates upload करें।
Registration process के दौरान webcam या mobile से required live photograph capture करें।
“Save and Next” से सभी entries और uploaded files जाँचें।
Final review के बाद “Complete Registration” करें।
System-generated application का print/PDF और registration details अपने पास रखें। यह printout IBPS को भेजना नहीं है।

Final submission के बाद correction की अनुमति नहीं: नाम, DOB, post, qualification, service history और uploads पहले जाँचें। एक candidate को एक ही application submit करनी चाहिए। Multiple applications होने पर केवल latest valid completed application retain की जाएगी।

Documents Checklist: पहले क्या तैयार रखें?

Brief resume in PDF format।
SSC/SSLC/10th या equivalent certificate और DOB proof।

Signature और handwritten declaration CAPITAL LETTERS में नहीं होने चाहिए। Declaration candidate की अपनी handwriting में हो; जो candidates लिख नहीं सकते, उनके लिए annexure में दिया exception लागू है। Left thumb उपलब्ध न होने की स्थिति में भी annexure के alternative-impression instructions का पालन करें।

ऊपर के text में अपना नाम डालकर prescribed तरीके से लिखें। Upload preview में पूरी declaration और सभी documents की readability जाँचें।

किन Conditions को नजरअंदाज नहीं करना चाहिए?

Earlier applicants: Advertisement कहता है कि इन पदों के लिए earlier advertisements के तहत apply कर चुके candidates को दोबारा apply करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
Internal candidates: IBPS के regular या contractual internal candidates के लिए ये positions open नहीं हैं।
Service record: Integrity, disciplinary punishment और conviction/pending law-enforcement cases से संबंधित eligibility conditions लागू हैं।
Past employment: Advertisement में specified dismissal/removal तथा IBPS से resign कर चुके ex-employees के reappointment पर restrictions हैं।
Loan defaults: Outstanding default को offer-letter date तक regularise/repay न करने पर appointment eligibility प्रभावित होती है। Regularisation/repayment की स्थिति में lender NOC की शर्त देखें।
Joining checks: Medical fitness certificate और police verification आवश्यक हैं; previous employers/referees की reports भी appointment conditions का हिस्सा हो सकती हैं।

Application को मजबूत बनाने के लिए Experience कैसे प्रस्तुत करें?

अपने resume में केवल “30 years in banking” लिखने के बजाय वह जानकारी सामने रखें जिससे IBPS संबंधित eligibility clause जाँच सके। नीचे practical structure है; यह कोई अलग mandatory form नहीं है।
