1. Marketing/Finance में Post-Graduation
Candidate के पास Marketing या Finance में Post-Graduation होना चाहिए। Finance या Marketing specialisation वाला MBA preferred है। इसलिए MBA को अकेली स्वीकार्य qualification मानना सही नहीं होगा, लेकिन किसी भी subject की PG degree को eligible मान लेना भी गलत होगा।
- Post-Graduation कम-से-कम 2-year full-time duration की होनी चाहिए।

- University/Institute का Government/AICTE/UGC recognition या approval notice के अनुसार होना चाहिए।

2. Marks कैसे जाँचें?
Graduation और PG की consolidated marksheets देखें। यदि result CGPA में है, तो university का applicable conversion rule या equivalence document तैयार रखें। स्वयं कोई अनुमानित multiplier लगाकर 55% eligibility तय न करें। Qualification का title, specialisation, duration और study mode भी साथ जाँचें।

Experience Requirement: कौन-सा अनुभव relevant है?
कम-से-कम 2 years post-qualification experience जरूरी है। Advertisement में institutions और work areas, दोनों बताए गए हैं:

- Example 1: Full-time MBA Finance, Graduation और PG में 60% से अधिक marks तथा bank में 3 years relevant post-qualification corporate credit marketing experience — ऐसी profile आगे age और अन्य conditions की जाँच कर सकती है।
- Example 2: MBA में 68% लेकिन Graduation में 52% — सामान्य notified requirement पूरी नहीं होती, क्योंकि दोनों qualifications में minimum 55% चाहिए।
- Example 3: Full-time PG और अच्छे marks, लेकिन 2 years experience किसी unrelated retail company में — केवल sales experience होने से notice में दी गई institution और work-area requirements पूरी नहीं मानी जा सकतीं।
Age Limit: 31 August 2026 की तारीख महत्वपूर्ण है
Advertisement के अनुसार candidate की age 31 August 2026 को 35 years से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए। Age आज की तारीख या application deadline के आधार पर calculate न करें।

BDO का काम क्या होगा?
यह भूमिका business development के साथ corporate client evaluation और relationship management से जुड़ी है। Official job profile में मुख्यतः ये responsibilities हैं:

- Assigned region में business opportunities और leads identify करना।

Bank eligible candidates को shortlist करके Mumbai/New Delhi office में personal interview के लिए बुलाएगा। Interview की सूचना केवल shortlisted candidates को दी जाएगी। Notice में written examination का उल्लेख नहीं है।
Advertisement में interview shortlisting ratio 1:10 दिया गया है। साथ ही अधिक eligible candidates होने की स्थिति में Post-Graduation percentage के आधार पर shortlist बनाने का प्रावधान है। इसलिए minimum eligibility पूरी करने से interview call guaranteed नहीं है।
