📋 Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification
- Master's Degree (M.A/M.Sc) in Psychology from a recognized university/institution; and
- 1-year Diploma in Guidance & Counselling from a recognized university/institution.
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in Guidance & Counselling/Counselling in any recognized school/educational institution.
Age Criteria
Above 28 years and below 50 years, as on 1 May 2026.
Desirable Qualifications
Certificate courses from recognized institutes in:
- Cognitive Behaviour Therapy skills
- Attention Deficit Hyper Activity Disorder (ADHD)
- Behavioural issues and learning difficulties
- Building emotional intelligence and resilience

📄 Nature of Engagement
- Purely contractual — no claim to regularization or to any regular sanctioned NVS position.
- Contract terminable by either party with one month's notice, or one month's remuneration in lieu.
- Shared accommodation provided if available; one casual leave/month, subject to approval.
- Full-time engagement — no other trade, business, or occupation permitted alongside.
- Confidentiality of student records/data is mandatory; breach may result in termination and legal action.
