The selected bidder will be responsible for the following tasks as per the RFP:
- Supply of Workstations: Delivery of high-end workstations as per the technical specification in Annexure-G.
- Installation: Installation of the latest stable Windows 11 Professional OS and drivers.
- Software Setup: Installation of basic software as instructed by the IBPS IT team (e.g., MS Office 2016, WinZip, Adobe Reader). Software will be provided by the IBPS in-house team.
- OS Activation: Activation of the Windows 11 Professional OS must be completed by the vendor.
