📌 General Conditions (Apply Across This Notification)
- Konkani relaxation: for Group 'A' posts in Professional Colleges and Consultants in the Directorate of Health Services, GPSC may recommend a candidate without Konkani knowledge if no suitable Konkani-knowing candidate is available — this relaxation requires Government approval on GPSC's recommendation.
- Prescribed qualifications are the minimum — meeting them does not automatically entitle a candidate to an interview call. If applications are numerous, GPSC will shortlist candidates as per its published "Instructions."
- If any discrepancy exists between the English and translated (Konkani) version of the notice, the English version is authoritative.
