📂 Documents Required for Additional DV-II

Candidates must bring the following documents in original, along with two sets of clear, legible photocopies (A4 size), at the time of DV:

• Original Certificates: As listed in item No. 2 of the e-call letter instructions (educational/technical qualifications, date of birth, community/category certificate, etc.).
• Photographs: 3 current passport size photographs and 3 current stamp size passport size photographs.
• Application Photograph: One copy of the same color passport photograph that was uploaded in the online application.
• CBT E-Call Letter: Upper portion of the Computer Based Test (CBT) e-call letter.
• Aadhaar Card: Photocopy of both sides of the Aadhaar card.
• Medical Examination Fee: Rs. 24/- (in cash) to be paid at the RRB office.

Note: All certificates must be in English or Hindi, in the prescribed format. No additional time will be given to produce missing certificates.

🏥 Medical Examination (ME) – What to Expect

Candidates who are found suitable during Document Verification will have to undergo a Medical Examination (ME) at nominated Railway hospitals. This may involve extra travel and stay from the RRB office to the city of the Railway Hospital. Candidates are advised to come prepared to stay for 3 to 4 days for the complete DV and ME process.

• Identification Marks: Candidates must indicate at least two clearly visible identification marks on their face/body in the RRB Document Verification portal (https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv). These marks should be the same as those indicated in the application form. If no or only one mark was indicated earlier, candidates must add the balance marks in the OIRMS portal.
• Medical Memo: These identification marks will be used for entry in the medical memo.

📥 How to Download Additional DV-II E-Call Letter

1. Visit the RRB Secunderabad website: https://rrbsecunderabad.gov.in.
2. Click on the link for "Download E-Call Letter for Additional Document Verification-II (CEN 02/2024 – Technician Grade-III)".
3. Alternatively, use the direct login link: RRB DV E-Call Letter Login.
4. Enter your registration number/roll number and date of birth/password.
5. Your e-call letter will appear on the screen. Download and take a printout (preferably color).

Note: E-call letters and travel passes (as applicable) will be made live one week before the scheduled date of Document Verification. Candidates will be informed via their registered email ID.

💻 Mandatory Portal Uploads (Before DV)

Candidates must upload the following items on the RRB Document Verification portal (https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv) before their scheduled DV date:

• Passport size photograph (clear and legible, same as uploaded in the online application)
• Scanned signature
• Two marks of identification marks (not scars/cut marks)

The portal will be active from 12 June 2026 until the date of your DV. All uploaded documents must be clear and legible.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria – Technician Grade-III (CEN 02/2024)

• Educational Qualification: 10th pass (Matriculation) with ITI in the relevant trade OR Diploma in Engineering in the relevant discipline OR B.E./B.Tech in the relevant discipline.
• Age Limit (as on 01.07.2024): 18 to 33 years (age relaxation as per government rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen).

💰 Salary / Pay Scale – Technician Grade-III (7th CPC)

Selected candidates also receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance, and other allowances as per Railway rules.
