  • Examination Related Issues: Admit card download, exam centre, exam date, syllabus, result, answer key objections, OMR sheet, marks.

Candidates must choose the correct grievance category and sub‑category to ensure quick resolution.

🔧 Two Methods to File a Grievance

1. OTR‑Based Grievance

Choose this option if the problem is not related to a specific examination. Examples:

  • Unable to complete One Time Registration (OTR).
  • Technical issues during OTR.
  • Profile modification not working.
  • Forgotten OTR credentials.

2. Application Number‑Based Grievance

Choose this option if the problem is related to a specific recruitment examination. Examples:

  • Unable to fill or submit online application form for a particular exam.
  • Admit card not downloading.
  • Discrepancy in exam date, centre, or shift.
  • Issue with answer key, result, OMR sheet, or marks.
  • Syllabus related queries.

📝 Step‑by‑Step Guide to Register a Grievance on RPSC Portal

Step 1: Visit the Candidate Grievance Portal

Go to the official RPSC website: https://rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in/. Look for the link to “Candidate Grievance Portal” on the homepage. (The direct link may be provided in the notification section.)

Step 2: Verification & OTP

Select the appropriate option based on your issue:

  • OTR‑based: Enter your OTR number and registered mobile number.
  • Application Number‑based: Enter your Application Number (for the specific exam) and mobile number.

Click on “Validate & Send OTP”. You will receive a One Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and the captcha code displayed on the screen, then click “Submit”.

Step 3: Choose Grievance Category and Sub‑Category

After successful login, select the most accurate Grievance Category and Grievance Sub‑Category from the dropdown menus. Examples:

  • Technical Issue: Online form, fee payment, portal access.
  • Examination Related: Admit card, exam centre, exam date, syllabus.
  • Result/Answer Key: Answer key objection, OMR sheet, marks, result.

Choosing the correct category helps the Commission route your grievance to the right department for faster resolution.

Step 4: Write Complaint Details & Upload Documents

In the “Grievance Details” box, write your problem clearly and concisely in at least 30 characters. Use simple language and explain the issue in a way that is easy to understand.

If you have any supporting documents (screenshots, error messages, correspondence), upload them in PDF format (maximum file size 2 MB).

Finally, click on “Submit Grievance”.

Step 5: Note Your Grievance Number

Upon successful submission, a pop‑up message will appear confirming registration. You will receive a unique Grievance Number on the screen and also via SMS on your registered mobile number. Save this number for future tracking and correspondence.

📊 How to Track Your Grievance Status

After submitting a grievance, you can check its current status anytime:

  1. Go to the Candidate Grievance Portal homepage.
  2. Click on “View Existing Grievance Status” button (located at the top right).
  3. Enter your Grievance Number, Mobile Number, and the Captcha Code.
  4. Click “Submit”. The portal will display the current status of your complaint and any reply from the Commission.

You can also view the response from RPSC directly on the portal. No separate email or postal communication may be sent.

⚠️ Important Notes for Candidates

  • Grievances related to RTI (Right to Information) applications are not accepted on this portal. Candidates must follow the prescribed procedure for RTI.
  • Only grievances submitted through the portal will be entertained. Complaints via email, post, or phone will not be considered.
