TNPSC Group 4 Recruitment 2026: 6574 Vacancies, Eligibility and Exam Date

TNPSC Group 4 Recruitment 2026 के Notification No. 11/2026 में 46 post-code entries दी गई हैं। कई posts में SSLC qualification है, लेकिन कुछ Junior Assistant posts के लिए graduation, B.Com या अतिरिक्त computer qualification चाहिए। Typist और Steno posts में technical certificates तथा forest posts में physical requirements भी लागू हैं।

Notification Overview

Important Dates: दोनों Cut-off Dates अलग हैं

TNPSC Group 4 Vacancy 2026: पूरा Post-code Breakup

Department/unit-wise detailed distribution बाद में घोषित किया जाएगा। नीचे notified post-code totals दिए गए हैं।

Selected Typist/Steno entries में backlog vacancies शामिल हैं; CMDA code 3672 की vacancy backlog है। Forest Watcher total में outstanding sportsperson reservation शामिल है। Junior Assistant code 3788 में anywhere-in-India posting तथा Sales Assistant में New Delhi, Kolkata और Tamil Nadu posting की readiness माँगी गई है।

Qualification: अपनी Eligibility किस तरह जाँचें?

SSLC वाले प्रमुख पद

VAO, कई Junior Assistant posts, Bill Collector, Revenue Assistant, Tax Collector, Junior Administrative Assistant और Record Clerk में SSLC/Minimum General Educational Qualification निर्धारित है। लेकिन नीचे दिए exceptions अवश्य देखें।

Typist और Steno Posts: Certificate Combination महत्वपूर्ण है

सिर्फ typing speed अच्छी होना Government Technical Examination certificate का विकल्प नहीं है। संबंधित post के लिए Tamil/English में Higher/Senior और Lower/Junior Grade combination, shorthand तथा Computer on Office Automation requirement देखें।

• कई Typist/Steno posts में दोनों भाषाओं की Higher Grade qualification को preference दी गई है; alternative combinations केवल निर्धारित posts में स्वीकार हैं।
• Municipal/Waqf Board जैसे कुछ posts में दोनों भाषाओं में Higher/Senior Grade conditions हैं।
• कुछ posts में Computer on Office Automation qualification बाद में probation/निर्धारित दो-वर्षीय अवधि में प्राप्त करने की अनुमति है। इसे हर post पर लागू न करें।
• Educational/technical eligibility का मूल cut-off notification date है; result/certificate संबंधी documentary rules भी देखें।

Age Limit: 1 July 2026 के अनुसार

Notification में maximum age के लिए “should not have completed” लिखा है। इसलिए नीचे दिए maximum को inclusive “तक” मानकर आवेदन न करें।

“Others” का अर्थ notification में listed SC, SC(A), ST, MBC/DC, BC(OBCM) और BCM categories से अलग candidates है। Reserved communities, PwBD, ex-servicemen तथा destitute widows की concessions post-wise अलग हैं।

• VAO के लिए listed reserved communities की सामान्य maximum age 40 दी गई है।
• कई posts में BC(OBCM)/BCM/MBC/DC के लिए 32 और SC/SC(A)/ST के लिए 35 के thresholds हैं, साथ में footnote conditions लागू हैं।
• चिह्नित posts में minimum general qualification से higher qualification होने पर specified communities को “no maximum age limit” concession मिल सकता है। इसे VAO या forest posts पर स्वतः लागू न करें।
• Forest posts में BC(OBCM)/BCM/MBC/DC के लिए 33 तथा SC/SC(A)/ST के लिए 35 के thresholds दिए हैं।
• “No maximum age limit” का अर्थ भी 60 वर्ष पूरे न होना है, जैसा notification में 1 July 2026 और selection/appointment के संदर्भ में बताया गया है।

Tamil Requirement और विशेष Restrictions

• Notification adequate knowledge of Tamil का प्रावधान देता है; proof तथा applicable service-language-test conditions paras 4.4.1–4.4.3 में हैं।
• Executive Officer जैसे Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department के संबंधित posts में prescribed religion condition लागू है।
• Waqf Board Typist 3846 और Steno Typist 3847 के लिए Muslim religion condition दी गई है।
• Specified reserved communities से बाहर के candidates जिन्होंने Government service में पाँच वर्ष या अधिक पूरे किए हैं, उनके लिए para 4.5.1 की restriction जाँचें।
• PwBD suitability हर post/department के लिए समान नहीं है। Forest posts तथा judicial/legal-services restrictions अलग से पढ़ें।

Forest Posts: Qualification, Physical और Endurance Test

Forest Watcher: Minimum General Educational Qualification आवश्यक है।

Forest Guard with Driving Licence: Higher Secondary में निर्दिष्ट science subject, valid driving licence, licence मिलने के बाद कम-से-कम तीन वर्ष LMV/HMV driving experience का certificate, automobile mechanism की basic knowledge और Tamil Nadu में recognised organisation का first-aid certificate चाहिए।

Physical Standards Test और Endurance Test Chennai में होंगे। Forest Guard with Driving Licence के लिए without-glasses vision standards तथा eye-condition restrictions भी हैं; prescribed medical certificate requirements page 15 और Annexure V से देखें।

Application Fee और OTR

• One Time Registration: ₹150; validity पाँच वर्ष। Valid OTR होने पर उसकी स्थिति जाँचें।
• Examination fee: ₹100, जब applicable exemption उपलब्ध न हो।
• Payment: Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card या UPI; applicable service charges अतिरिक्त।
• Concessions: Annexure II के category-specific rules और previously used free chances लागू हैं। BC(OBCM)/BCM/MBC/DC के लिए three-free-chances provision दिया गया है।

TNPSC Group 4 Exam Pattern 2026–27

• Objective OMR examination; Part A Tamil में और Parts B/C Tamil तथा English में होंगे।
• Part A में कम-से-कम 60/150 यानी 40% जरूरी है; तभी Parts B/C evaluate होंगे।
• Overall minimum qualifying marks 90/300 हैं। इसे selection cutoff न मानें।
• Ranking में Parts A, B और C के combined marks लिए जाएँगे। Tamil केवल qualifying नहीं, scoring भी है।
• Notification para 6.2 की conditions पूरी करने वाले differently abled candidates को General English option मिल सकता है; यह सभी candidates का unrestricted विकल्प नहीं है। Required claim और disability certificate application के समय देना होगा।

Detailed syllabus Annexure III में है। Unit-wise question distribution indicative है; उसे guaranteed question count न समझें।

Selection Process

1. Single-stage written examination।
2. Marks, reservation और applicable rules के आधार पर shortlisting।
3. Onscreen certificate verification।
4. Applicable forest candidates के लिए Physical Standards और Endurance Tests।
5. Physical certificate verification और counselling, जहाँ लागू हो।

इस scheme में interview stage नहीं दिया गया है। केवल minimum marks प्राप्त करना appointment की guarantee नहीं है। Forest Watcher outstanding-sportsperson reservation का ranking process अलग है; उसके लिए para 5.13 पढ़ें।

Salary: सभी Posts का Pay समान नहीं

Notification में post-wise Pay Levels 3, 5, 8 और 10 तथा कुछ organisation-specific scales दिए गए हैं। उदाहरण:

• VAO और कई Junior Assistant/Typist posts: Level 8।
• कई Steno Typist posts: Level 10।
• Junior Assistant Accounts 3848: ₹19,500–₹62,000, organisation की Level 3 scale।
• Bill Collector 3214: ₹16,600–₹52,400, organisation की Level 3 scale।
• Junior Assistant 3788: ₹17,000–₹54,060।
• Forest Watcher: Level 3; Forest Guard with Driving Licence: Level 5।

Pay level या scale maximum को monthly in-hand salary न समझें। Exact pay तथा EPF marking के लिए notification की vacancy table देखें।

Online Form कैसे भरें?

1. TNPSC examination portal खोलें और OTR register/login करें। Aadhaar linking instructions पूरी करें।
2. Group IV, Notification 11/2026 का अलग exam application खोलें।
3. SSLC details, date of birth, community, qualification तथा technical certificates की entries मिलाएँ।
4. Forest posts के लिए willing और eligible हों तो relevant option ध्यान से चुनें। Notification में “All the Posts” और forest posts के अतिरिक्त posts वाला option दिया है।
5. Applicable reservation, Tamil-medium/PSTM, disability, employment और fee-concession claims केवल supporting proof के आधार पर भरें।
6. Portal instructions के अनुसार photograph, signature और required claim documents upload करें।
7. Preview की प्रत्येक entry पढ़ें; applicable exam fee जमा करें और final Submit करें।
8. Application number, submitted form तथा receipt सुरक्षित रखें। Correction के बाद भी changes save और finally submit करना जरूरी है।

OTR image specifications: Notice में recent photograph 20–50 KB और signature 10–20 KB, JPG format तथा 200 DPI दिए गए हैं। Examination application के additional photo instructions भी पढ़ें; केवल file size सही होना पर्याप्त नहीं है।

Documents Ready रखें

• SSLC/HSC records और accepted date-of-birth proof।
• Applicable degree, diploma, marksheets और result-publication proof।
• Typewriting, shorthand और computer certificates, जहाँ जरूरी हों।
• Community, PSTM, PwBD, ex-serviceman, destitute-widow या sports claim के applicable certificates।
• Forest driving experience, first aid, physical और eye-fitness documents, जहाँ लागू हों।
• Government/other covered employment की declaration और prescribed NOC, जहाँ लागू हो।

कुछ documents application के समय और अन्य certificate-verification call पर माँगे जाते हैं। Portal की stage-specific instructions देखें। जब तक specifically न माँगा जाए, application printout डाक से भेजने की जरूरत नहीं है।

तीन महीने की Practical Preparation Strategy

यह suggested plan है, official syllabus का विकल्प नहीं। अपना topic checklist Annexure III से बनाएँ।

तीन घंटे की daily study उपलब्ध हो तो Tamil को 75 minutes, GS को 60 minutes, aptitude को 30 minutes और mistake review को 15 minutes से शुरू कर सकते हैं। Diagnostic performance के अनुसार समय बदलें।
